Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif destiné à appliquer une composition de revêtement visqueuse, notamment une couleur ou un agent adhésif, comportant un cylindre (1) logé en rotation, qui sur la circonférence extérieure porte une couche absorbante (2) en peau, en peluche, en mousse synthétique ou similaires,
    caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) contient de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent en tant qu'équipement antimicrobien.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) comporte un revêtement qui contient de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent, la part d'argent étant de préférence de 0,01 % en poids à 1,0 % en poids, de préférence par ailleurs de 0,02 % en poids à 0,6 % en poids et de manière particulièrement préférentielle de 0,03 % en poids à 0,5 % en poids en rapport au poids total de la teneur en solides du revêtement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) comporte un apprêt (4), appliqué de préférence sur la face arrière, qui est dopé avec de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent, la part d'argent étant de préférence de 0,01 % en poids à 1,0 % en poids, de préférence par ailleurs de 0,02 % en poids à 0,6 % en poids et de manière particulièrement préférentielle de 0,03 % en poids à 0,5 % en poids en rapport au poids total de la teneur en solides de l'apprêt (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'apprêt (4) est basé sur une dispersion polymère organique et/ou contient un liant organique, notamment un copolymère vinylacétateéthylène qui présente une température de vitrification Tg < 40°C, de préférence Tg < 30°C, de préférence par ailleurs Tg < 20°C.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) comprend des fils (5), des fibres ou des poils, qui sont dopés et/ou revêtus avec de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que dans la couche (2) sont incorporés des fils d'argent (6).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent est contenu dans la couche (2) sous forme finement dispersée.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que de l'argent (3) à l'échelle nanométrique ou un composé d'argent à l'échelle nanométrique est contenu dans la couche (2).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (1) est logé en rotation sur une anse porteuse (7), le logement rotatif s'effectuant de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une partie de couvercle (8) sensiblement en forme de disque qui est logée en rotation sur l'anse porteuse (7).
  10. Procédé destiné à fabriquer un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, lors duquel on munit un cylindre (1) sur sa circonférence d'une couche absorbante (2) en peau, en peluche, en mousse synthétique ou similaires,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une couche (2) qui contient de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent en tant qu'équipement antimicrobien.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que'on munit la couche (2) avant ou après la liaison avec le cylindre (1) au moins en partie d'un revêtement contenant de l'argent (3) ou un composé d'argent.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on munit la couche (2) avant la liaison avec le cylindre (1) d'un apprêt (4) qui est dopé avec de l'argent (3) ou un revêtement d'argent, de préférence l'apprêt (4) étant placé sur la face arrière et/ou utilisé pour la liaison de la couche (2) avec le cylindre (1).
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on dope et/ou on revêt des fils (5), des fibres ou des poils individuels de la couche (2) d'argent (3) ou d'un composé d'argent.
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore dans la couche (2) des fils d'argent (6).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise de l'argent (3) à l'échelle nanométrique ou un composé d'argent à l'échelle nanométrique en tant qu'équipement antimicrobien pour la couche (2).
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15,
    caractérisé en ce qu'on relie la couche (2) par matière avec le cylindre (1), de préférence par fusion ou par collage.
