  • the device 2000 manipulates the pattern of the envelope and closes it on itself to give it a trunk shape. This manipulator is able to cooperate with the sealing device 3000.
  • the device 3000 comprises a heating device adapted to come into contact with the inner face and the outer face of the envelope. At this stage of the process, the envelope is kept closed on itself forming a trunk. In this configuration the heating device performs a "skin against flesh" seal of the envelope. This sealing is performed in the longitudinal direction of the envelope. This sealing is performed along the entire length of the envelope in its longitudinal direction. This sealing thus forms the zone 205 illustrated in the preceding figures. This sealing is carried out over a width of the envelope of between 1 and 20 mm and preferably between 1 and 5 mm and advantageously equal to 5 mm.
  • a trunk loading manipulator 4000 positions said trunk on a sealing station 6000.
  • This sealing station receives on the one hand the trunks and sockets. Sockets are provided by the device 5000.
  • the sockets are sealed at the lower section of the trunk.
