Claims (16)

  1. Procédé d'alignement et de saisie d'un sac (12), par lequel le sac (12) est mis dans une position de ramassage, où un bord latéral (12b) du sac (12) est situé de manière adjacente par rapport à une butée de positionnement (28), et un organe de saisie (34), qui a une butée pour organe de saisie (36), est déplacé à la hauteur du bord latéral (12b) pour saisir le sac (12) jusque dans une position de saisie, où la butée pour organe de saisie (36), alignée sur le bord latéral (12b) du sac (12), se trouve à distance de la butée de positionnement (28) selon une surdimension (a) vers le sac (12) et le bord latéral (12b) du sac (12) vient prendre appui contre la butée pour organe de saisie (36).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que, dans la position de ramassage, le bord latéral (12b) ne dépasse nulle part de plus d'une quantité de tolérance (t) par rapport à la butée de positionnement (28), dans lequel la surdimension (a) peut être comprise entre 1 % et 200 % de la quantité de tolérance (t).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le sac (12) ou au moins son bord latéral (12b) est soulevé par dessus la butée de positionnement (28).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'étape consistant à soulever le sac se trouvant le plus en haut (12) ou son bord avant (12b) est assistée par un jet d'air dirigé de manière parallèle par rapport à l'alignement du sac (12).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le sac (12) est pivoté de 90° à la verticale vers le haut par l'organe de saisie (34), transféré jusque sur des moyens d'attache (8) et rempli par un dispositif de remplissage (2).
  16. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'une distance entre le bord latéral (12b) du sac (12) et la butée de positionnement (28) est détectée avant une opération de saisie et la surdimension (a) est adaptée en fonction de la distance de telle sorte que le bord latéral (12b), au moins dans certains emplacements ou sur toute sa longueur, se trouve en appui contre la butée pour organe de saisie (36), après que l'organe de saisie (34) a été déplacé jusque dans la position de saisie.
