Claims (14)

  1. Maschine (100) zur Herstellung von Verpackungen vom Faltschachtel-Klebe-Typ, welche flache Objekte verarbeitet, die Zuschnitte sind, und aus einer Folge von Modulen (M) gebildet ist, welche jeweils einen oder mehrere Falt- und Klebevorgänge vornehmen, die Teil des Herstellungsprozesses zur Herstellung von Faltschachteln sind, wobei ein Modul (M) eine Stützstruktur (1, 2, 3, 4) umfasst, über der die flachen Objekte entlang eines gegebenen Transportwegs transportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Modul (M) ferner ein Abfuhrsystem derartiger Objekte umfasst, das eingerichtet ist, jedes flache Objekt, das unter den Transportweg fällt, abzuführen.
  2. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Abfuhrsystem Ablenkmittel (8, 9, 15, 16) aufweist, die eingerichtet sind, einen Fall des flachen Objekts in eine dedizierte Rückführzone abzulenken.
  3. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Ablenkmittel mindestens ein erstes Ablenkelement (5) umfassen, das eingerichtet ist, den Fall flacher Objekte nach unten abzulenken, wenn die Objekte über einem Abschnitt der Stützstruktur (4) ankommen.
  4. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 3, wobei jedes erste Ablenkelement (5) geneigt, über einem Abschnitt der Stützstruktur (4), positioniert ist, der sich unter dem Transportweg der flachen Objekte erstreckt.
  5. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei jedes erste Ablenkelement (5) mindestens eine geneigte Ebene (8, 9) umfasst, die in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen longitudinal in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung (F) der flachen Objekte orientiert ist.
  6. Maschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei jedes erste Ablenkelement (5) mit dem Abschnitt der Stützstruktur (4) fest verbunden ist, über den es sich erstreckt.
  7. Maschine (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Abfuhrsystem erste Auswurfmittel (10, 11) aufweist, die eingerichtet sind, jedes flache Objekt abzuführen.
  8. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die ersten Auswurfmittel mindestens ein Gebläseelement (10,11) umfassen, das eingerichtet ist, einen gepulsten Luftstrom auf der Höhe der oberen Fläche eines ersten Ablenkelements (5) zu erzeugen.
  9. Maschine (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ablenkmittel mindestens ein zweites Ablenkelement (15, 16) umfassen, das eingerichtet ist, den Fall flacher Objekte in die dedizierte Rückführzone abzulenken, wenn die Objekte unter der Stützstruktur (4) ankommen.
  10. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 9, wobei jedes zweite Ablenkelement (15, 16) geneigt positioniert ist, unter einem Abschnitt der Stützstruktur (4), der sich unter dem Transportweg der flachen Objekte erstreckt.
  11. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei jedes zweite Ablenkelement mindestens eine geneigte Ebene (15, 16) umfasst, die in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen quer in Bezug auf die Transportrichtung (F) der flachen Objekte orientiert ist.
  12. Maschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei die Ablenkmittel ein einziges zweites Ablenkelement (15) umfassen, das sich im Wesentlichen unter dem gesamten Abschnitt der Stützstruktur (4) erstreckt, der unter dem Transportweg der flachen Objekte angeordnet ist.
  13. Maschine (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei das Abfuhrsystem ferner zweite Auswurfmittel (22) umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, jedes flache Objekt, das auf einem zweiten Ablenkelement (15) vorhanden ist, abzuführen.
  14. Maschine (100) nach Anspruch 13, wobei die zweiten Auswurfmittel (15) mindestens ein Gebläseelement (22) umfassen, das eingerichtet ist, einen gepulsten Luftstrom auf der Höhe der oberen Fläche des zweiten Ablenkelements (15) zu erzeugen.
