Claims (7)

  1. Steuersystem (100) eines Tandem-Walzwerks, das ein Tandem-Walzwerk, das mit mehreren Walzgerüsten (161) versehen ist, als ein gesteuertes Objekt verwendet und eine Banddicke eines Bandes (163), das durch Arbeitswalzen (162), die in jedem der Walzgerüste (161) vorgesehen sind, kontinuierlich auf einen Sollwert gewalzt wird, steuert, wobei das Steuersystem (100) Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Walzenpositionsabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt (112), der eine Walzenposition der Arbeitswalzen (162), die in jedem Walzgerüst vorgesehen sind, unter Verwendung eines Ist-Walzwertes, der in jedem der mehreren Walzgerüste (161) erhalten wird, wenn das Band gewalzt wird, vorhersagt und eine Walzenpositionsabweichung der Arbeitswalzen (162) in jedem solchen Walzgerüst anhand der vorhergesagten Walzenposition und des Ist-Walzenpositionswerts der Arbeitswalzen (162) in jedem solchen Walzgerüst, der durch den Walzvorgang erhalten wird, berechnet;
    einen Banddickenabweichung-Berechnungsabschnitt (113), der eine Abweichung zwischen einer Soll-Banddicke und einer Banddicke des Bandes, die durch einen Banddicken-Messabschnitt detektiert wird, der an einer Ausgabeseite des Walzgerüsts in einer letzten Stufe des Tandem-Walzwerks vorgesehen ist, berechnet;
    einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt (115), der einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag in jedem Walzgerüst anhand jeder Walzenpositionsabweichung, die in dem Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt (115) berechnet wird, und der Banddicke des Bandes, die in dem Banddickenabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt (113) berechnet wird, berechnet; und
    einen Steuerreferenz-Einrichtabschnitt, der Walzenpositionen der Arbeitswalzen (162) in jedem solchen Walzgerüst in Bezug auf ein als nächstes zu walzendes Band berechnet, die berechneten Walzenpositionen mit Walzenpositionskompensationsbeträgen kompensiert und Walzenpositionen, die in jedem Walzgerüst eingestellt werden sollen, berechnet.
  2. Steuersystem (100) des Tandem-Walzwerks nach Anspruch 1, das ferner einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsverstärkungs-Speicherabschnitt (114) umfasst, der entsprechend einer Stahlsorte und/oder einer Soll-Banddicke und/oder einer Soll-Bandbreite eine Walzenpositionsabweichungsverstärkung, die eine Konstante gleich oder größer als O oder gleich oder kleiner als 1 ist und die Signifikanz der Walzenpositionsabweichungen angibt, und eine Banddickenabweichungsverstärkung, die eine Konstante gleich oder größer als O oder gleich oder kleiner als 1 ist und die Signifikanz der Banddickenabweichungen des Bandes angibt, speichert; wobei
    der Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt (115) von dem Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt (115) die Walzenpositionsabweichungsverstärkung und die Banddickenabweichungsverstärkung, die der Stahlsorte, der Soll-Banddicke und der Soll-Bandbreite des gewalzten Bandes entsprechen, erhält und die Walzenpositionskompensationsbeträge durch Addieren eines Wertes, in dem die Walzenpositionsabweichung und die erhaltene Walzenpositionsabweichungsverstärkung multipliziert sind, und eines Wertes, in dem die Banddickenabweichung des Bandes und die erhaltene Banddickenabweichungsverstärkung multipliziert sind, berechnet.
  3. Steuersystem (100) des Tandem-Walzwerks nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, das ferner einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Speicherabschnitt (116) umfasst, der den Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag, der in früheren Walzergebnissen berechnet wurde, für jedes Walzgerüst entsprechend einer Stahlsorte, einer Solldicke und einer Sollbreite des Bandes speichert, wobei
    der Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt (116) den Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag, der an den Steuerreferenz-Einrichtabschnitt (101) ausgegeben werden soll, anhand der Walzenpositionsabweichung, die durch den Walzenpositionsabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt (112) berechnet wird, der Banddickenabweichung, die durch den Banddickenabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt (113) berechnet wird, und des Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrags, der in dem früheren Walzvorgang berechnet wird, berechnet.
  4. Steuersystem (100) des Tandem-Walzwerks nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1-3, das ferner einen Abschnitt (111) zum Berechnen der Banddicke zwischen Gerüsten umfasst, um eine Banddicke zwischen Gerüsten, die eine Dicke auf einer Eintrittsseite jedes der mehreren Walzgerüste in Stromaufwärtsrichtung vor dem Walzgerüst der letzten Stufe des Tandem-Walzwerks ist, anhand der Banddicke, die durch die Banddickenlehre detektiert wird, die an der Ausgabeseite des Walzgerüsts bei der letzten Stufe des Tandem-Walzwerks vorgesehen ist, und einer Walzgeschwindigkeit, die eine Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Arbeitswalze jedes der mehreren Walzgerüste ist, zu berechnen; wobei
    bei der Berechnung der Walzenposition der Arbeitswalze während des Walzens anhand der Walzergebnisse des gewalzten Bandes der Walzenpositionsabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt (112) die Walzenposition der Arbeitswalze jeder der mehreren Arbeitswalzen unter Verwendung der Banddicke zwischen Gerüsten, die durch den Abschnitt (111) zum Berechnen der Banddicke zwischen Gerüsten berechnet wird, vorhersagt.
  5. Steuersystem (100) des Tandem-Walzwerks nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1-4, das ferner einen Ähnlichkeitszahl-Speicherabschnitt umfasst, der eine Ähnlichkeitszahl speichert, die ähnliche Werte entsprechend einem Grad der Ähnlichkeit einer Eigenschaft des Bandes entsprechend einer Stahlsorte des Bandes annehmen;
    einen Bandähnlichkeits-Berechnungsabschnitt (1102), der eine Ähnlichkeitszahl des gewalzten Bandes und eine Ähnlichkeitszahl eines als nächstes zu walzenden Bandes von dem Ähnlichkeitszahl-Speicherabschnitt erhält und eine Differenz zwischen den zwei erhaltenen Ähnlichkeitszahlen als eine Ähnlichkeit berechnet; und
    einen Verteilungskoeffizient-Berechnungsabschnitt (1103), der einen Verteilungskoeffizienten, der eine Konstante gleich oder größer als O oder gleich oder kleiner als 1 ist, anhand der berechneten Ähnlichkeit berechnet; wobei
    der Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsabschnitt einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag aus einem Wert, in dem der berechnete Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag und der Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag, der von dem Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Speicherabschnitt (116) erhalten wird und in den früheren Walzvorgängen berechnet wurde, durch den berechneten Verteilungskoeffizienten dividiert werden und addiert werden, und aus der Banddickenabweichung, die durch den Banddickenabweichungs-Berechnungsabschnitt berechnet wird, berechnet.
  6. Steuersystem (100) des Tandem-Walzwerks nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Verteilungskoeffizient-Berechnungsabschnitt (1103) den Verteilungskoeffizienten in der Weise berechnet, dass der Verteilungskoeffizient umso größer wird, je kleiner die Ähnlichkeit ist, und der Verteilungskoeffizient umso kleiner wird, je größer die Ähnlichkeit ist.
  7. Steuerverfahren eines Tandem-Walzwerks, das Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Walzenpositionsabweichungs-Berechnungsschritt, in dem ein Computer, der ein Tandem-Walzwerk steuert, das ein Band (163) mit mehreren Walzgerüsten (161) kontinuierlich walzt, eine Walzenposition einer Arbeitswalze (162) jedes Walzgerüsts unter Verwendung eines Ist-Walzwertes, der in jedem der mehreren Walzgerüste (161) erhalten wird, wenn das Band gewalzt wird, vorhersagt und eine Walzenpositionsabweichung in jedem Walzgerüst anhand eines Ist-Walzwertes in jedem Walzgerüst, der während des Walzvorgangs erhalten wird, berechnet;
    einen Banddickenabweichungs-Berechnungsschritt, der eine Abweichung zwischen einer Soll-Banddicke des Bandes (163) und der Banddicke, die auf einer Ausgabeseite eines letzten Walzgerüsts des Tandem-Walzwerks gemessen wird, berechnet;
    einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsschritt, der einen Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag in jedem Walzgerüst (161) aus der Walzenpositionsabweichung in jedem Walzgerüst, die in dem Walzenpositionsabweichungs-Berechnungsschritt berechnet wird, und der Banddickenabweichung, die in dem Banddickenabweichungs-Berechnungsschritt berechnet wird, berechnet; und
    einen Steuerreferenz-Einrichtschritt, der die Walzenposition der Arbeitswalze (162) in jedem solchen Walzgerüst (161) in Bezug auf ein als nächstes zu walzendes Band berechnet, die Walzenposition der Arbeitswalze (162) in jedem Walzgerüst (161), die berechnet wird, um den Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag in jedem solchen Walzgerüst, der in dem Walzenpositionskompensationsbetrag-Berechnungsschritt berechnet wird, kompensiert und eine Walzenposition, die in jedem solchen Walzgerüst (161) eingestellt werden soll, unter Verwendung der kompensierten Walzenposition berechnet.
