Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif (1) servant à soulever et à déposer une poche de coulée (9) en vue du traitement d'un métal liquide (8) dans la poche de coulée (9) au moyen d'un dispositif de traitement (3), le dispositif (1) comprenant :
    - au moins trois montants métalliques (2) orientés verticalement,
    - au moins deux traverses (2a) orientées horizontalement, chaque traverse (2a) relie deux des montants métalliques (2) l'un à l'autre et étant fixée à ceux-ci,
    - deux poutres transversales (5), chaque poutre transversale (5) étant reliée à l'une des traverses (2a) de façon mobile dans la direction verticale,
    - au moins un élément de positionnement (4) servant à déplacer une poutre transversale (5) respective, chaque élément de positionnement (4) étant relié d'une part à l'une des traverses (2a) et d'autre part à l'une des poutres transversales (5), de sorte que les poutres transversales (5) sont mobiles indépendamment l'une de l'autre,
    - un élément de réception de poche de coulée (7) respectif relié à la poutre transversale (5) respective, qui permet de recevoir la poche de coulée (9), et
    - au moins un moyen de positionnement (4') pour orienter une position de l'élément de réception de poche de coulée (7) respectif.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, les montants métalliques (2) étant conçus à l'une de leurs extrémités pour être fixés dans un sous-sol (20).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, au moins une extrémité des deux extrémités de chaque poutre transversale (5) étant guidée dans un rail de guidage (2b).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, le rail de guidage (2b) ayant un axe longitudinal qui s'étend parallèlement aux axes longitudinaux des montants métalliques (2).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, le(s) rail(s) de guidage (2b) étant exécuté(s) d'une seule pièce avec un montant métallique (2).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, le rail de guidage (2b) étant monté sur un montant métallique (2) à une distance de celui-ci.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, quatre montants métalliques (2) étant présents.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, deux éléments de positionnement (4) par poutre transversale (5) étant prévus.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, les poutres transversales (5) étant à chaque fois pourvues d'au moins un élément (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement, le dispositif de traitement (3) pouvant être reçu à l'aide des éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, les éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement étant exécutés de manière mobile et au moins un élément de positionnement supplémentaire respectif étant présent pour le déplacement de chaque élément (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, l'élément de positionnement (4) et/ou l'élément de positionnement supplémentaire étant exécuté(s) en tant que vérin hydraulique.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, l'élément de positionnement (4) étant formé par au moins un système de câble.
  13. Installation de traitement de métal liquide (8) dans une poche de coulée (9), comprenant un dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 et un dispositif de traitement (3), le dispositif de traitement (3) étant fixé de manière détachable aux montants métalliques (2) et/ou aux traverses (2a) du dispositif (1).
  14. Installation selon la revendication 13, comprenant en outre un système de transport servant au transport de la poche de coulée (9) dans un dispositif de transport, notamment un chariot roulant (17), vers le dispositif de traitement (3).
  15. Installation selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, le dispositif de traitement (3) étant conçu pour le dégazage du métal liquide (8).
  16. Installation selon la revendication 15, le dispositif de traitement (3) pour le dégazage du métal liquide (8) étant relié à au moins une partie d'installation comprenant au moins une pompe à vide.
  17. Procédé de traitement d'un métal liquide (8) dans une poche de coulée (9) au moyen d'un dispositif de traitement (3), la poche de coulée (9) étant soulevée au moyen du dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12 jusqu'à ce que le métal liquide (8) dans la poche de coulée (9) puisse être traité au moyen du dispositif de traitement (3).
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, le dispositif de traitement (3) comportant une ouverture d'entrée (13) et une ouverture de sortie (13') et la poche de coulée (9) étant soulevée jusqu'à ce que l'ouverture d'entrée (13) et l'ouverture de sortie (13') soient plongées dans le métal liquide (8).
  19. Procédé de changement d'un dispositif de traitement (3) d'une installation selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - accouplement des éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement au dispositif de traitement (3),
    - détachement du dispositif de traitement (3) des montants métalliques (2) et, le cas échéant, d'autres parties d'installation reliées à celui-ci,
    - actionnement des éléments de positionnement (4) et déplacement des poutres transversales (5), avec les éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement et le dispositif de traitement (3), verticalement vers le bas,
    - dépose du dispositif de traitement (3) sur un dispositif de transport, désaccouplement des éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement et transport au loin du dispositif de traitement (3),
    - approche d'un nouveau dispositif de traitement (3) sur un autre dispositif de transport,
    - accouplement des éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement au nouveau dispositif de traitement (3),
    - actionnement des éléments de positionnement (4) et déplacement des poutres transversales (5), avec les éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement et le nouveau dispositif de traitement (3), verticalement vers le haut,
    - liaison du nouveau dispositif de traitement (3) avec les montants métalliques (2) et, le cas échéant, les autres parties d'installation, et
    - désaccouplement des éléments (21) de réception de dispositif de traitement du nouveau dispositif de traitement (3).
