le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présentant des première, deuxième et troisième surfaces d'étanchéité (111, 121, 131), qui sont réalisées pour être opposées de manière étanche à un côté inférieur (210), un côté extérieur (220) et un côté de bordure longitudinal (230) du châssis de fenêtre (200) avec interposition d'au moins un joint d'étanchéité (400),
le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présentant au moins un tronçon d'appui (110), qui comporte la première surface d'étanchéité (111) et est conçu pour assurer l'appui du châssis de fenêtre (200) sur son côté inférieur (210), le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présentant au moins un premier tronçon latéral (120), qui comporte la deuxième surface d'étanchéité (121) et se raccorde, du côté extérieur, au tronçon d'appui (110), et présentant au moins un deuxième tronçon latéral (130), qui comporte la troisième surface d'étanchéité (131) et se raccorde latéralement au tronçon d'appui (110),
et les première, deuxième et troisième surfaces d'étanchéité (111, 121, 131) se rencontrent en un sommet angulaire commun,
caractérisé en ce qu'en vue de dessus, la première surface d'étanchéité (111) présente une forme en L, l'aile inférieure ou petite aile de la forme en L est dirigée vers la deuxième surface d'étanchéité (121), et la troisième surface d'étanchéité (131) est adjacente, vers le bas, à l'aile inférieure ou petite aile de la forme en L. - Dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présente au moins un tronçon d'appui de tablette de rebord de fenêtre (140), qui se raccorde, du côté extérieur, au tronçon d'appui (110) et présente une surface d'appui (141) pour une tablette de rebord de fenêtre (300), le tronçon d'appui de tablette de rebord de fenêtre (140) étant de préférence en déclivité descendante vers l'extérieur, et/ou présentant une structure de rejet d'eau, la structure de rejet d'eau étant de préférence réalisée sous forme de nez profilé (142), sous forme de plaque de prolongement (143) ou sous forme de cornière profilée (144) .
- Dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présente au moins un tronçon en gradin (150), qui se raccorde du côté intérieur au tronçon d'appui (110) et forme une surface d'appui pour une tablette intérieure de rebord de fenêtre (500).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) comprend une cornière profilée (160), de préférence pour le renfort d'un angle entre le premier tronçon latéral (120) et le tronçon d'appui de tablette de rebord de fenêtre (140).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présente un corps de base avec une structure poreuse ou fibreuse, le corps de base étant de préférence réalisé d'un seul tenant ou sous forme de monolithe, et présentant de préférence le tronçon d'appui (110), et/ou le premier tronçon latéral (120) et/ou le tronçon d'appui de tablette de rebord de fenêtre (140) et/ou le tronçon en gradin (150).
- Dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étanchéité (100) présente un revêtement (700), qui recouvre de manière continue en les reliant, la première, deuxième et troisième surface d'étanchéité (111, 121, 131), le revêtement (700) pénétrant de préférence dans la structure poreuse ou fibreuse du corps de base, et/ou formant une surface externe lisse, imperméable à l'eau.
- Agencement comprenant un dispositif d'étanchéité (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, un châssis de fenêtre (200), une tablette de rebord de fenêtre (300) et au moins un joint d'étanchéité (400), caractérisé en ce que la première, deuxième et troisième surface d'étanchéité (111, 121, 131) est rendue étanche, par interposition du joint d'étanchéité (400), par rapport au côté inférieur (210), au côté extérieur (220) et au côté de bordure longitudinal (230) du châssis de fenêtre (200), le châssis de fenêtre (200) venant chevaucher au moins partiellement la tablette de rebord de fenêtre (300) par le dessus.
