Abstract

Bei diesem speziellen Holzstuhl für behinderte Kinder, sind alle Teile gerade und ohne Neigungswinkel gefertigt. Der Abduktionskeil (3), die Pelotten (2,4) und die Rückenplatte ermöglichen ein aufrechtes Sitzen des Kindes. Besondere Steck- und Schraubverbindungen sind die Basis zum Einstellen des Trittbretts (7), der Pelotten (2,4) und des Abduktionskeils. Durch den Verbund des Tritts mit dem Stuhl kann das Kind weder schaukeln noch umkippen. Der Stuhl ist mobil und kann leicht zu allen Therapieeinheiten mitgenommen werden. Ein behindertes Kind erhält hiermit die Möglichkeit, auf einem normalen Holzstuhl, mit Basisvorrichtungen eines Spezialstuhls, zu sitzen und mit gleichaltrigen Kindern am Tisch zu essen und zu spielen. Ein angepasstes Untergestell mit Rollen (13) ermöglicht, den Umbau zu einem Hochstuhl, sodass das Kind direkt mit am Esstisch sitzen kann. Es wurden bewusst keine Polster verwendet. Das Erscheinungsbild ist somit natürlich und ästhetisch und kommt im Gebrauch einem Holzstuhl für gesunde Kinder nahe.

Description

    A) Stand der Technik:
  • Kinder mit instabilem Sitzverhalten und geringem Sitzvermögen, z. B. durch Krankheit (Cerebralparese, motorische/ geistige Störungen) benötigen beim Sitzen zum Essen oder Spielen im Rumpfbereich mehr Halt, daher ist ein klassischer Stuhl nicht ausreichend. Die handelsüblichen Spezialsitze sind sehr komplex verschraubt, aufwendig verstellbar und daher sehr teuer. Ebenso werden durch die angebrachten Polster oder Schaumstoffverbindungen keine oder recht geringe Impulse auf die Muskeln und Nerven ausgeübt. Hinzu kommt, dass die meisten Spezialstühle durch sperrige Untergestelle und der immer noch hohen Mindesthöhe nicht an einen Kindergartentisch gestellt werden können, sodass die Kinder auf Augenhöhe sind.
  • Ebenso gibt es bereits Stühle, welche durch diverse Konstruktionen in Hochstühle umgewandelt werden. Das Untergestell für diesen Stuhl hebt sich davon ab, weil es speziell auf diesen Rehastuhl angepasst ist und durch ein Stecksystem mit einer einzelnen Verschraubung sehr schnell und stabil miteinander verbunden werden kann.
    • B) Erfindung:
  • Ein Rehastuhl für behinderte Kinder, welcher überwiegend aus Holz und ohne Polster gefertigt ist. Die seitlichen Pelotten sind an einem geraden Rückenteil montiert und stabilisieren den Rumpf des Kindes. Der Abduktionskeil verhindert das Vorrutschen der Hüfte und unterstützt zusammen mit der geraden Rückenplatte ein aufrechtes Sitzen. Die Arme und der Oberkörper des Kindes sind frei beweglich. Somit ist es einem behinderten Kind möglich, auf einem normalen Holzstuhl, der Basisvorrichtungen eines Spezialstuhls hat, am Kindertisch mit gleichaltrigen Kindern zu sitzen. Durch sein geringes Gewicht und einem ausgefrästen Griff an der Rückenplatte ist der Stuhl mobil und kann leicht zu allen Therapieeinheiten oder zu Besuchen mitgenommen werden.
  • Ein angepasstes Untergestell ermöglicht, den Stuhl zu einem Hochstuhl auszubauen, sodass das Kind mit dem gleichen Stuhl auf der Höhe eines herkömmlichen Ess- oder Küchentisches sitzen kann. Am Untergestell sind rückseitig Rollen angebracht, welche den Stuhl in zusammengesteckter Variante leichter transportieren bzw. auf den Rollen ziehen lässt und ein Umfallen des Stuhls nach hinten erschwert.
    • C) Beschreibung und Vorteil der Erfindung:
  • Der Vorteil und die Unterscheidung zu herkömmlichen Spezialstühlen bestehen darin, dass der Großteil des Stuhls, auch die verstellbaren Teile, überwiegend aus Holz gefertigt ist. Alle Teile sind gerade und ohne Neigungswinkel gefertigt. Es wurden bewusst keine Polster oder Schaumstoffverbindungen verwendet. Somit ist das Erscheinungsbild natürlich und ästhetisch und kommt im Gebrauch einem Stuhl für gesunde Kinder nahe. Der Abduktionskeil ist durch einen Eisenwinkel mit Feststellschraube stufenlos verstellbar. Dieser Rehastuhl ist für Kleinkinder ab 15 Monate geeignet und unterstützt durch die gerade Rückenplatte, die verstellbaren Pelotten und den Abduktionskeil das Kind in einer korrekten und aufrechten Sitzposition einzurahmen und zu halten. Das Kind kann damit auf einer kindgerechten Sitzhöhe stabil und mit anderen Kindern am Kindertisch sitzen. Für eine Zweitversorgung in der Kleinkindgruppe, im Kindergarten zum Essen, Spielen und Malen ist dieser Stuhl ideal. Aufgrund seines geringen Gewichts ist eine mobile Nutzung möglich. Er kann für Therapieeinheiten, bei den Ärzten im Wartebereich, Friseurtermine und Zuhause eingesetzt werden oder sogar zu Freunden und Verwandten mitgenommen werden.
  • Abweichend zum Patent WO 2012/020325 A1 wurde dieser Rehastuhl mit einer geraden Rückenlehne ohne Kippkonstruktion ausgestattet. Ebenso sind die adaptierbaren Teile wie Kopfstütze, Pelotten, Beckenhalterung und Abduktionskeil beim Patent WO 2012/020325 A1 gepolstert und das Stecksystem dieser Teile weicht ebenfalls ab.
  • Die Erfindung DE 202014007439.9 wurde dahingehend optimiert, dass in die Rückenplatte seitlich waagerecht gefräste Schlitze eingearbeitet wurden, welche durch Umstecken der Pelotten, ein beidseitiges und unterschiedlich hohes Verstellen der Pelotten in Höhe und Breite ermöglicht. Ebenso wurde eine Haltegriff ein gefräst, um den Stuhl besser bewegen und transportieren zu können. Zur Optimierung kommt hinzu, dass Gurtschlitze an der Unterseite der Rückenplatte eingearbeitet und entsprechende Gurtschnallen befestigt wurden. Somit kann ein Gurtsystem - sofern dies für einen sicheren Halt erforderlich ist - angebracht werden. Auch hier wurde abweichend zu DE202014007439.9 eine Steck- und Schraubverbindung entwickelt, welches die Höhe des Trittbretts variieren lässt. Sie sind durch einen Schraubkopf auf der Rückseite fixiert und können durch Lösen der Schraubverbindung, Umstecken und wieder Festschrauben in der Höhe individuell eingestellt werden. Durch den Verbund des Tritts mit den Vorderbeinen des Stuhls kann das Kind durch sein Eigengewicht weder schaukeln noch umkippen.
  • In den Abduktionskeil (3) ist eine Winkelverbindung aus Eisen eingearbeitet, welche den Abduktionskeil durch die Verschraubung in der Führungsschiene unterhalb der Sitzfläche stufenlos verstellen und sogar komplett abnehmen lässt. Der Abduktionskeil zwischen den Oberschenkeln verhindert das Ab- und Vorrutschen des Beckens; dieser ist durch eine an der Unterseite der Sitzfläche angebrachte Drehverschraubung stufenlos nach hinten und nach vorne zu verstellen.
    • D) Technische Beschreibung und Verwendung 1. Technische Beschreibung

  • Der Rahmen des Kinder-Rehastuhls besteht aus 2 genutete Halteschienen hinten links und rechts (1) durchgehend und auf beide Stuhlstollen (8) aufgesetzt, der Querstrebe hinten (1.1), der beiden seitlichen Elemente (1.2) und das vordere Element (1.3) unterhalb der Sitzplatte (5). Die Teile (1.1 - 1.3) sind zu einem rechtwinkligen "U" zusammengesetzt, verleimt und verschraubt. Die Sitzplatte (5) wurde auf die Teile (1.1 - 1.3) aufgesetzt und befestigt.
  • Der Abduktionskeil (3) ist abgerundet und mittig auf der Sitzplatte (5) mittels der Winkelverbindung (3.1-3.2) verschraubt. Der kurze Schenkel des Winkels (3.2) wurde in den Abduktionskeil (3) fest eingearbeitet und der lange Schenkel des Winkels (3.2) verläuft unterhalb der Sitzplatte (5) in einer Führungsschiene und kann durch eine Feststellschraube mit Gewinde (3.1) festgezogen werden. Dafür wurde im vorderen Element (1.3) des Stuhlrahmens unterhalb der Sitzplatte (5) eine Aussparung (1.4) eingearbeitet, in welcher der Winkel stufenlos, horizontal zur Sitzplatte (5) verschoben werden kann.
  • In die Rückenplatte (2) wurden links und rechts vom Rand beginnend waagerecht gefräste Schlitze (2.1) eingearbeitet. Hier werden die beiden Pelotten (4) durch ein Stecksystem (4-4.4) mit der Rückenplatte (2) verbunden. In jede Pelotte (4) sind Führungszapfen (4.2) ein gefräst und mittig im Inneren der Pelotte (4) ist ein Schraubgewinde (4.3) eingearbeitet. Die beiden Pelotten (4) werden mit den herausgearbeiteten Führungszapfen (4.2) in die Schlitze (2.1) gesteckt und jeweils mittels einer Beilagscheibe (4.4) und einer Feststellschraube (4.1) auf der Rückseite der Rückenplatte (2) befestigt. Die Pelotten (4) können durch Lösen der Feststellschraube, Umstecken der Führungszapfen (4.2) in andere Schlitze (2.1) und wieder Festschrauben, sowohl in der Höhe als auch in der Breite individuell eingestellt werden.
  • Zum Halten und Tragen des Stuhls befindet sich in der Rückenplatte (2) oben mittig eine ovale Aussparung (2.3). In das Trittbrett (7) ist jeweils links und rechts eine viereckige Aussparung (7.2) eingearbeitet, welche den Maßen des vorderen Stuhlbeines entspricht und diese an 3 Seiten umschließt, wenn das Trittbrett (7) befestigt ist. Innerhalb dieser Einkerbung (7.2) und bis ins Innere des Trittbretts (7) ist jeweils ein Schraubgewinde (7.1) versenkt. Zur Befestigung des Trittbretts (7) werden die beiden Schraubgewinde (7.1) links und rechts gleichzeitig und auf gleicher Höhe in die Lochbohrungen (7.3) der vorderen Stuhlbeine (6) geschoben. Auf der Rückseite der vorderen Stuhlbeine (6) wird das Trittbrett (7) jeweils links und rechts mit der Feststellschraube (7.2) fixiert.
  • Es ist möglich, zur weiteren Sicherheit des Kindes einen handelsüblichen Brustgurt zu montieren. Für diesen adaptierbaren Brustgurt sind am unteren Ende der Rückenplatte (2) jeweils links und rechts kleine Schlitze (2.1) angebracht, durch welche die unteren Gurtbänder durchgezogen und auf der Rückseite mit den darüber liegenden Schnallen (2.5) fixiert werden können. Ebenfalls auf der Rückseite der Rückenplatte (2) sind unterhalb des Tragegriffs (2.3) nochmals zwei Schnallen (2.4) montiert, welche zum Befestigen der von oben nach hinten geführten Gurtbänder dient.
  • Die Stuhlerhöhung (9-13.1) wird mit dem Stuhl zusammenführt, indem man zuerst die Schraube (9.5) der Querstrebe hinten (12) löst, entfernt und die Halterungsleiste (12) Hinten abnimmt. Danach führt man den Stuhl (1-8.1) leicht nach vorne gekippt mit den beiden Stuhlstollen (8) in die Schienenführung (10) des Untergestells ein und schiebt die Stuhlstollen (8) des Stuhls so weit nach vorne, bis die Stollen (8) mit der vorderen Aufhängung des Untergestells (9+11) bündig sind. Dann die hintere Halterungsleiste (12) wieder auf die Schraubverbindung (9.4) setzen und mit der Schraube (9.5) festschrauben. Somit werden gleichzeitig die Stuhlstollen (8) hinten umschlossen, fixiert und der Stuhl kann in der Vorrichtung nicht mehr verrutscht werden. Nun wurde der Kinder-Rehastuhl durch Adaptieren des Untergestells in eine stabile Konstruktion eines Hochstuhls (1-13.1) umgewandelt.
    • 2. Verwendung
  • Dieser Rehastuhl ist für Kleinkinder ab 15 Monate geeignet und unterstützt durch die gerade Rückenplatte, die verstellbaren Pelotten und den Abduktionskeil das Kind in einer korrekten und aufrechten Sitzposition einzurahmen und zu halten. Das Kind kann damit auf einer kindgerechten Sitzhöhe stabil und mit anderen Kindern am Kindertisch sitzen. Für eine Zweitversorgung in der Kleinkindgruppe, im Kindergarten zum Essen, Spielen und Malen ist dieser Stuhl ideal. Aufgrund seines geringen Gewichts ist eine mobile Nutzung möglich. Er kann für Therapieeinheiten, bei den Ärzten im Wartebereich, Friseurtermine und Zuhause eingesetzt werden oder sogar zu Freunden und Verwandten mitgenommen werden.
  • Das angepasste Untergestell ermöglicht, den Stuhl zu einem Hochstuhl auszubauen, sodass das Kind mit dem gleichen Stuhl auf der Höhe eines herkömmlichen Ess- oder Küchentisches sitzen kann. Am Untergestell sind rückseitig Rollen angebracht, welche den Stuhl in zusammengesteckter Variante leichter transportieren bzw. auf den Rollen ziehen lässt.

Claims (11)

  1. Kinder-Rehastuhl aus Holz mit 2 Pelotten (4), einem Abduktionskeil (3) in der Mitte der Sitzplatte (5) und einem um die vorderen Stuhlbeine (6) befestigtes Trittbrett (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pelottenstecksystem (2.1 und 4 - 4.4) aus mehr als zwei Führungszapfen (4.2) an den Pelotten (4) und durch Schlitze (2.1) in der Rückenplatte (2) besteht, welche durch Umstecken und Verschrauben in der Waagrechten und Senkrechten verstellbar sind.
  2. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stuhl kein Trittbrett aufweist.
  3. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Stuhl eine Beinhalterung in einer anderen Form befestigt werden kann.
  4. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stuhl eine längere Rückenplatte (2) aufweist um ein zweites Paar Pelotten (4) auf Kopfhöhe zu befestigen.
  5. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch dadurch gekennzeichnet dass an der Rückenplatte eine Vorrichtung für eine Kopfhalterung in beliebiger Form und Material befestigt werden kann.
  6. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abduktionskeil (3) komplett abnehmbar ist und eine Winkelverbindung eingearbeitet wurde, welche den Abduktionskeil (3) durch die Verschraubung in der Führungsschiene unterhalb der Sitzfläche stufenlos verstellen lässt.
  7. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abduktionskeil (3) aus Kork, Hartplastik oder im Inneren ein hartes Material und als Überzug ein weiches Material verwendet wird.
  8. Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rehastuhl in Teilen oder komplett aus Metall oder Hartplastik hergestellt wird.
  9. Mobiles Untergestell in Kombination mit dem Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stuhlstollen (8) des Rehastuhls in eine Art Schienenführung (10) des Untergestells eingeführt werden und mit einer verschraubbaren Halterungsleiste (12) hinten auf dem Untergestell (9-13.1) fixiert werden.
  10. Mobiles Untergestell in Kombination mit dem Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Kinder-Rehastuhl, also auch die Untergestell-Konstruktion mit Rollen (13-13.1) versehen sind.
  11. Mobiles Untergestell in Kombination mit dem Kinder-Rehastuhl nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rehastuhl in einer anderen Art und Weise mit einer Unterkonstruktion anderer Bauart verbunden wird, um den Kinderstuhl in einen Hochstuhl umzuwandeln.
