Claims (11)
- Cadre pour couvercle de puits, incluant- une partie supérieure (10) en matière plastique avec des nervures d'ancrage (20) conformées et dépassant vers le bas, et une jupe extérieure (12) dépassant vers le bas et/ou une jupe intérieure (13) dépassant vers le bas, lesquelles forment au moins une partie d'une périphérie extérieure ou respectivement d'une périphérie intérieure du cadre, et- une partie inférieure (30) en béton, qui est coulée sur la partie supérieure en enfermant les nervures d'ancrage (20) et en dégageant des surfaces extérieures de la jupe extérieure (12) et de la jupe intérieure (13).
- Cadre selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que les nervures d'ancrage (20) sont réalisées au moins par paires de manière à diverger l'une par rapport à l'autre en direction d'une face extérieure du cadre (portions 21 et 22). - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les nervures d'ancrage (20) sont incurvées (21, 22) en forme d'arc. - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la jupe extérieure (12) et/ou la jupe intérieure (13) comportent au niveau de leurs bordures inférieures des portions d'étanchement (15, 16) pour étancher un moule de coulée de béton. - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par au moins une bague d'armature (14) intégrée par coulée dans la partie inférieure (30). - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que les nervures d'ancrage (20) comprennent des moyens de retenue (24) pour au moins une bague d'armature (14) avant la coulée de la partie inférieure (30), et en particulier les moyens de retenue (24) incluent des décrochements, par exemple en forme de gradins, des nervures d'ancrage (20). - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les parties supérieures (10) avec leurs nervures d'ancrage (20) sont conformées de telle façon que deux parties supérieures (10) avec des nervures d'ancrage (20) tournées l'une vers l'autre sont susceptibles d'être placées l'une dans l'autre en économisant de la place avec engagement des nervures d'ancrage (20) dans des espaces intermédiaires entre les nervures d'ancrage (20). - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que les parties supérieures (10) sont composés d'au moins deux et de préférence de quatre segments identiques (1 à 4), qui comportent chacun du côté terminal des moyens de liaison pour la liaison ferme avec un autre segment. - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (10) comporte des évidements et/ou des renfoncements (17, 18) pour la réception et/ou la fixation de pièces additionnelles, par exemple des collecteurs de saletés ou des systèmes de blocage d'un couvercle. - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que l'évidement inclut des évidements fermés vers le haut (17) et ouverts vers le bas (18). - Cadre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, en particulier selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10,
caractérisé en ce que les évidements (17, 18) sont agencés de manière à être alignés avec des évidements (31) correspondants réalisés dans la partie inférieure (30).
