Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un tricot (10, 10', 100) plat ou tridimensionnel, ayant des points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation pour stabiliser la forme du tricot (10, 10', 100), les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation étant répartis en forme de réseau ou de grille sur au moins une partie du tricot (10, 10', 100) et chaque point (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation étant formé en omettant une maille dans le rapport en hauteur du tricot, caractérisé en ce que l'on produit les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation par inversion du sens de tricotage au sein d'une rangée de mailles et formation de certaines mailles en sens de tricotage opposé, avant de retricoter des mailles dans le sens de tricotage d'origine, jusqu'au-delà du point d'inversion, dans lequel, après l'inversion du sens de tricotage, on ne forme pas de maille, au moins avec les premières aiguilles suivant le point d'inversion ou on fait flotter la deuxième aiguille suivant le point d'inversion ou on insère une boucle de charge dans cette aiguille.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on constitue la structure en forme de grille ou de réseau des points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation, de manière à ce que chaque point (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation ait au moins deux points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation voisins.
  3. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on fabrique le tricot (10, 10', 100) entre les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation suivant un liage quelconque.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on fabrique le tricot (10, 10', 100) à l'aide d'un ou de plusieurs guide fil (FF.1, FF.2).
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on met, dans la au moins une première aiguille, après le point d'inversion, une boucle de charge, on reporte la maille de cette aiguille ou de ces aiguilles sur la fonture opposée, on fait flotter cette aiguille ou ces aiguilles ou on les enlace.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on recompense, au cours du tricotage ultérieur, les mailles formées supplémentairement par la production d'un point (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation dans le rapport en hauteur du tricot (10, 10', 100).
  7. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on répartit les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation d'une manière homogène sur au moins une partie plate ou tridimensionnelle du tricot (10, 10', 100), de manière à ce que le tricot (10, 10', 100) ait la stabilité de forme souhaitée dans la direction des rangées de mailles et dans la direction des colonnes de mailles.
  8. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation d'une manière décalée les uns par rapport aux autres dans la direction des colonnes de mailles du tricot (10, 10', 100).
  9. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme plusieurs points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation au sein d'une rangée de mailles.
  10. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme des points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation également dans une rangée de début et/ou de fin du tricot.
  11. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on insère, au moins par endroit, des fils de chaîne et/ou de trame dans le tricot (10, 10', 100) .
  12. Carcasse pour des balles, des parties supérieures de chaussures ou des régions de talons de chaussettes, ayant un tricot plat ou tridimensionnel, fabriqué suivant un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, qui a au moins des points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation répartis dans une région en forme de réseau ou de grille sur la région, dans laquelle on produit les points (FP1, FP2, 7a, 8a) de fixation par inversion du sens de tricotage au sein d'une rangée de mailles et formation de certaines mailles en sens de tricotage opposé, avant de retricoter des mailles dans le sens de tricotage d'origine, jusqu'au-delà du point d'inversion, dans lequel, après l'inversion du sens de tricotage, on ne forme pas de maille, au moins avec les premières aiguilles suivant le point d'inversion ou on fait flotter la deuxième aiguille suivant le point d'inversion ou on insère une boucle de charge dans cette aiguille.
