Claims (11)
- Procédé de rabotage de rails (2) d'une voie ferrée (3), dans lequel un certain nombre de pierres à aiguiser (17) disposées l'une derrière l'autre dans un sens longitudinal de rail sont abaissées pour une utilisation de travail sur une surface de roulement de rail (16) et déplacées en continu le long des rails (2), caractérisé en ce que les pierres à aiguiser (17) sont soulevées ensemble ou séparément à des intervalles de temps sélectionnables de la surface de roulement de rail (16), tournées chacune de 180° autour d'un axe (19) s'étendant verticalement par rapport à un plan de voie (15), puis abaissées de nouveau sur la surface de roulement de rail pour la poursuite de l'utilisation de travail.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la rotation des pierres à aiguiser (17) d'un module de pierres (10) présentant les pierres à aiguiser est déclenchée automatiquement lors d'un arrêt de l'avancée de travail.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au total deux modules de pierres (10) présentant des pierres à aiguiser (17) sont prévus pour le rabotage des rails (2), parmi lesquels l'un reste en service sans interruption de l'avancée de travail tandis que des pierres à aiguiser (17) de l'autre module de pierres (10) sont tournées.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la rotation des pierres à aiguiser (17) s'effectue autour de l'axe (18) au moyen d'un entraînement pouvant être télécommandé.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque pierre à aiguiser (17) est tournée séparément et indépendamment des autres pierres à aiguiser.
- Dispositif de rabotage de rails (2) d'une voie ferrée (3) conformément au procédé selon les revendications 1 à 5, avec un châssis (11) pouvant être déplacé par le biais de mécanismes de roulement ferroviaires (4) sur la voie ferrée (3) et des pierres à aiguiser (17) disposées l'une derrière l'autre sur celui-ci dans un sens longitudinal de machine ou de rail, associées chacune à un rail (2), dans lequel chaque pierre à aiguiser (17) peut être réglée dans le sens vertical à l'aide d'un entraînement (14, 20) ou peut être avancée vers une surface de roulement de rail (16), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une pierre à aiguiser (17) est réalisée de manière à pouvoir tourner de 180° autour d'un axe vertical (19) à l'aide d'un entraînement rotatif propre (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement de réglage en hauteur propre (20) est associé à chaque pierre à aiguiser (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement rotatif propre (18) est associé à chaque pierre à aiguiser (17).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de réglage en hauteur (20) et l'entraînement rotatif (18) sont disposés de manière coaxiale par rapport à l'axe vertical (19).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que deux châssis auxiliaires (21) disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans le sens longitudinal de rail et présentant chacun au moins une pierre à aiguiser (17) sont prévus sur le châssis (11) d'un module de pierres (10), lesquels sont logés à coulissement sur un guide longitudinal (22) s'étendant parallèlement au rail (2) et peuvent être décalés par rapport au châssis (11) dans un mouvement de va-et-vient oscillant au moyen d'un entraînement excentrique (23).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux châssis (11) associés chacun à un rail (2) du module de pierres (10) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par le biais d'un point d'articulation élastique (24), dans lequel deux entraînements de réglage (25) sont prévus pour un mouvement de déformation des deux châssis (11) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
