Definitions
- the invention relates to a fence system with a plurality of Zaun colll comprisen and posts for the end support of the Zaun glycollemia, wherein the posts comprise an outer post member having a hollow profile with an approximately parallel to its extension direction, arranged substantially slot-shaped opening, and wherein in the hollow profile of outer post elements captively insertable retaining means are provided, which carry the introduced through the opening of the hollow profile in the interior Zaun hypogonal obstructive retaining means, which carry the introduced through the opening of the hollow profile in the interior Zaun hypochllemia.
- the invention further relates to a particular for such a fence system suitable post comprising an outer post member having a hollow profile with an approximately parallel to its extension direction, arranged substantially slot-shaped opening, and wherein in the hollow profile of the outer post member captive retractable retaining means are provided, which are designed to carry introduced through the opening of the hollow profile in the interior Zaunhelill instituten.
- While fencing systems are known on the one hand, whose posts as well as their fence panels are made of wood materials and usually fastened together by screws or nails, the posts of generic fencing systems are usually made of metal and, when anchored to the ground e.g. embedded in the soil or by means of suitable fasteners to other components, such. Bottom plates, screwed or in other components, such as sleeve-shaped beam shoes, can be inserted.
- the Zaunhellemia can also be made of metal or in particular of wood materials.
- a disadvantage of many known fencing systems is that their construction is relatively complicated in terms of handling technology, with a large number of additional fastening means, such as screws, bolts, clamping strips, clamps and the like, being required to the ends also referred to as "screens" Zaunhellemia to set the post, while also paying attention to the required ground clearance. Furthermore, a high corrosion resistance of such fasteners should be taken care of.
- the fence is indeed aesthetically pleasing to one side, but on the other side rather than unpleasant, which usually has to do with the fact that the fasteners are visible there and / or the fence panels or the screens must be attached to brackets, eg to cross members, to attach them to the post by means of the latter, wherein such brackets then also visible in unsightly manner at least visible from one side of the fence ,
- Zaun condensationlletti or screens are usually produced as a commodity with fixed standard dimensions and custom-made in the respectively desired length expensive or not even available, so that the Zaun pressure applied to achieve a high accuracy of fit with very tight tolerances and possibly - also with ensuring a very high accuracy of fit - must be pre-drilled with a given hole pattern to attach them to the post.
- the construction of the post is then again turn to the exact predetermined distance of the posts, so that the Zaun pressure can be attached between two adjacent posts.
- Zaun hypoxia If the Zaun hypoxia must also be often provided with water-repellent coatings, in particular to preserve their frontal cutting edges from penetrating moisture and thereby prevent swelling and deformation thereof; or it must be provided for a different, to be introduced between the Zaun collllensen and the posts protection against moisture penetration by the Zaun pressure be provided for example with end caps made of metal, plastic or the like, which is also perceived as not very aesthetically pleasing and the use of additional parts brings with it.
- end caps made of metal, plastic or the like, which is also perceived as not very aesthetically pleasing and the use of additional parts brings with it.
- fence Fasteners are permanently attached to the Upright, it is necessary to note that length changes of the Fence Filler Elements can not be absorbed, and thermal stresses occur at very high or low temperatures, which can lead to damage, in particular, to the Fence Filler Elements.
- the US 3,955,801 A describes a fence having a plurality of one-piece, formed in the form of an all-round closed hollow profile posts, which are provided with through holes to detent provided with latching Fastening set at the through holes.
- To close the open top of the hollow profile of the post serves a plug-on the latter cap.
- Particularly disadvantageous is the relatively complex assembly, which requires a latching insertion of both ends of Zaunhelillemia in the through holes of adjacent posts, which in particular requires the maintenance of very tight tolerances, which concerns the distance of the previously erected posts.
- the EP 0 443 441 A1 describes another fence whose posts are formed with channel-like U-profiles.
- the U-profiles are provided on the inside with either a plurality of projections on which the ends of the Zaun colllimplantation forming gratings can be placed; or the U-profiles of the posts have a plurality of notches, which can be fitted with clamping pieces, which in turn serve to hold the fence filling elements forming grid.
- the terminal portions of the horizontal portions of the grid forming the Gitteryoglletti be inserted at its one side between the projections in the U-profiles of the posts and at its other side in applied to these horizontal sections, approximately U-shaped clamping pieces which are also inserted into the U-profiles of the posts.
- Such an embodiment of the post is highly complex in terms of production engineering and does not offer any possibility of holding other types of fence filling elements as a grid.
- the U-profiles of the posts are visible, which is often perceived as unaesthetic.
- WO 2007/140516 discloses a fence system according to the preamble of claim 1 having a plurality of posts according to the preamble of claim 14.
- the posts are each formed by hollow profiles, which are either a U-profile similar to that of the above GB 2 500 099 A or have two facing U- or C-profiles.
- a holding means for the substantially beam-shaped Zaun sodalusement a plurality of cuboid or cuboid spacers are provided, which are inserted one above the other into the interior of the hollow profile of a respective post to take between them the superimposed Zaun spallemia under engagement thereof in the slot-shaped opening of the hollow profile.
- the invention has the object of providing a fence system and a particular suitable for this post of the type mentioned in a simple and cost-effective way to the effect that the aforementioned disadvantages while ensuring easy installation of the fence system, which in particular the use of external fasteners, such as screws, Bolt, clamps, terminal strips and the like, for attaching the Zaunhellemia to the post largely dispensable, at least largely can be met.
- the holding means comprise an inner post member having a profile part with an at least partially complementary to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross section, wherein the profile part of the inner post member having a plurality of through holes which are arranged at its the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member facing side when the profile part of the inner post member has been inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member, wherein the passage openings of the profile part of the inner post element at least partially with the opening of the hollow profile of the outer Post element aligned to the Zaun spalletti under engagement both through the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member and in the through holes of the profile part to wear the inner post element.
- the holding means comprise an inner post member having a profile part with an at least partially complementary to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross section, wherein the profile part the inner post member having a plurality of through holes, which are arranged at the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member side facing when the profile part of the inner post member has been inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member, wherein the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element at least partially are aligned with the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post element, so in that the passage openings of the profile part of the inner post element for carrying Zaunglallettin under engagement thereof are formed both through the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member and in the through holes of the profile part of the inner post member.
- the embodiment of the invention is initially characterized by a very high ease of installation by the Zaun spallimplantation in handling technology extremely easy and comfortable and without the aid of additional fasteners of the type mentioned above can be determined by the post by engaging in the substantially slot-shaped Opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member can be inserted through a respective through hole of the profile part of the inner post member inside the hollow section of the outer post member, wherein the profile part of the inner post member in turn due to its adapted to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross-section only in the longitudinal direction in the Hollow profile of the outer post element must be introduced.
- the Zaun hypochllemia can have virtually any shape and, for example, be substantially bar-shaped, and - as explained in more detail below - with spacing from each other or can be arranged partially overlapping, if a opacity of the fence is desired.
- the outer and inner post elements can be produced inexpensively both in large and small batches due to their relatively simple geometry.
- the length of Zaun collletti can be done with relatively large tolerances, because the engagement of the Zaun glycollide can be selected through the slot-shaped opening of the hollow sections of the outer post members and through the through holes of the profile parts of the inner post elements into the interior of the hollow profile of the outer post elements with different depths in that the depth of the hollow profiles of the outer post elements - or more precisely, the distance between their approximately slot-shaped opening, to which the passage openings of the inserted therein profile part of the inner post member inwardly, and its the slot-shaped opening opposite wall - substantially the available Specifies tolerances.
- the slot-shaped opening of the hollow profile of the outer profile part is closed by this facing, provided with the passage openings for receiving the Zaun glycollide portion of the profile part of the inner post member, the post formed from the outer and the inner post member in its nested state imparts a solid , aesthetically pleasing and closed on all sides impression, in particular, the cutting edges of Zaun spallemia are effectively protected from moisture and weathering.
- the materials desired for the mullion and fence fillers are virtually freely selectable, with the inner and outer mullions being made of metal materials, e.g. Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium zinc or the like, offer, while the Zaun hypothaliana may be made of appropriate materials including plastics, or in particular also of wood materials.
- the Zaun hypothalianan also the very small, about web-like bearing surface on the lower edges of the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element benefits, which is able to prevent an accumulation of precipitation water due to a very small capillary.
- the shape, such as the length and in particular the cross section, the Zaunhelletti be chosen freely, the latter may be configured, for example rectangular or square, round, oval and different and only the outer contour of the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element are adapted thereto ,
- the outer cross section of the profile part of the inner post element may preferably be selected to be at least slightly smaller than the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post element, on the one hand to ensure easy and convenient insertion of the inner post element in the outer post element, on the other hand, in particular to ensure that between the inner and the outer post member unfolds no capillary action in terms of moisture or water, provided that the post, for example has not been properly constructed while ensuring adequate sealing against the ground.
- the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post element may preferably extend substantially over its entire length, which offers a simple continuous production and the possibility of holding Zaun spallimplantationn practically over the entire length of the post.
- the length of the profile part of the inner post element is at least slightly shorter than the length of the hollow profile of the outer post element. It can be provided according to an advantageous embodiment, that the profile part of the inner post element hanging on - or in - the hollow profile of the outer post member can be fixed, so that the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element, if it is up to its hanging position in the hollow profile the outer post element has been inserted into the latter, are automatically arranged on the intended and always identical height level.

Description
The invention relates to a fence system with a plurality of Zaunfüllelementen and posts for the end support of the Zaunfüllelemente, wherein the posts comprise an outer post member having a hollow profile with an approximately parallel to its extension direction, arranged substantially slot-shaped opening, and wherein in the hollow profile of outer post elements captively insertable retaining means are provided, which carry the introduced through the opening of the hollow profile in the interior Zaunfüllelemente. The invention further relates to a particular for such a fence system suitable post comprising an outer post member having a hollow profile with an approximately parallel to its extension direction, arranged substantially slot-shaped opening, and wherein in the hollow profile of the outer post member captive retractable retaining means are provided, which are designed to carry introduced through the opening of the hollow profile in the interior Zaunfüllelementen.
Fence systems of the aforementioned type, in which several, for example, substantially beam or board-shaped Zaunfüllelemente are fixed at their opposite ends to two spaced posts, are known in various configurations. If the Zaunfüllelemente are arranged vertically apart from each other, such fencing systems can on the one hand at least partially "transparent" be formed, or they can also be opaque, in particular, if the Zaunfüllelemente are arranged, for example, one above the other on impact. They serve primarily to the fencing of built or undeveloped land, such as garden land or land of residential and / or commercial buildings to the property or even sections thereof spatially separate and possibly to protect against unauthorized access, where - as mentioned above - in many Cases also ensuring a privacy is desired.
While fencing systems are known on the one hand, whose posts as well as their fence panels are made of wood materials and usually fastened together by screws or nails, the posts of generic fencing systems are usually made of metal and, when anchored to the ground e.g. embedded in the soil or by means of suitable fasteners to other components, such. Bottom plates, screwed or in other components, such as sleeve-shaped beam shoes, can be inserted. The Zaunfüllelemente can also be made of metal or in particular of wood materials.
A disadvantage of many known fencing systems is that their construction is relatively complicated in terms of handling technology, with a large number of additional fastening means, such as screws, bolts, clamping strips, clamps and the like, being required to the ends also referred to as "screens" Zaunfüllelemente to set the post, while also paying attention to the required ground clearance. Furthermore, a high corrosion resistance of such fasteners should be taken care of. Depending on the method of attachment of the Zaunfüllelemente to the post is often added that the fence is indeed aesthetically pleasing to one side, but on the other side rather than unpleasant, which usually has to do with the fact that the fasteners are visible there and / or the fence panels or the screens must be attached to brackets, eg to cross members, to attach them to the post by means of the latter, wherein such brackets then also visible in unsightly manner at least visible from one side of the fence ,
Another disadvantage of many known fencing systems, which results in both manufacturing and assembly technical problems, is that the Zaunfüllelemente or screens are usually produced as a commodity with fixed standard dimensions and custom-made in the respectively desired length expensive or not even available, so that the Zaunfüllelemente tailored to achieve a high accuracy of fit with very tight tolerances and possibly - also with ensuring a very high accuracy of fit - must be pre-drilled with a given hole pattern to attach them to the post. In the construction of the post is then again turn to the exact predetermined distance of the posts, so that the Zaunfüllelemente can be attached between two adjacent posts. If the Zaunfüllelemente consist of wood-based materials, they must also be often provided with water-repellent coatings, in particular to preserve their frontal cutting edges from penetrating moisture and thereby prevent swelling and deformation thereof; or it must be provided for a different, to be introduced between the Zaunfüllelementen and the posts protection against moisture penetration by the Zaunfüllelemente be provided for example with end caps made of metal, plastic or the like, which is also perceived as not very aesthetically pleasing and the use of additional parts brings with it. Finally, when Fence Fasteners are permanently attached to the Upright, it is necessary to note that length changes of the Fence Filler Elements can not be absorbed, and thermal stresses occur at very high or low temperatures, which can lead to damage, in particular, to the Fence Filler Elements.

The invention has the object of providing a fence system and a particular suitable for this post of the type mentioned in a simple and cost-effective way to the effect that the aforementioned disadvantages while ensuring easy installation of the fence system, which in particular the use of external fasteners, such as screws, Bolt, clamps, terminal strips and the like, for attaching the Zaunfüllelemente to the post largely dispensable, at least largely can be met.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a fence system of the type mentioned above in that the holding means comprise an inner post member having a profile part with an at least partially complementary to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross section, wherein the profile part of the inner post member having a plurality of through holes which are arranged at its the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member facing side when the profile part of the inner post member has been inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member, wherein the passage openings of the profile part of the inner post element at least partially with the opening of the hollow profile of the outer Post element aligned to the Zaunfüllelemente under engagement both through the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member and in the through holes of the profile part to wear the inner post element.
To solve the problem underlying the invention, the invention provides for a post of the type mentioned accordingly, that the holding means comprise an inner post member having a profile part with an at least partially complementary to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross section, wherein the profile part the inner post member having a plurality of through holes, which are arranged at the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member side facing when the profile part of the inner post member has been inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member, wherein the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element at least partially are aligned with the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post element, so in that the passage openings of the profile part of the inner post element for carrying Zaunfüllelementen under engagement thereof are formed both through the opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member and in the through holes of the profile part of the inner post member.
The embodiment of the invention is initially characterized by a very high ease of installation by the Zaunfüllelemente in handling technology extremely easy and comfortable and without the aid of additional fasteners of the type mentioned above can be determined by the post by engaging in the substantially slot-shaped Opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member can be inserted through a respective through hole of the profile part of the inner post member inside the hollow section of the outer post member, wherein the profile part of the inner post member in turn due to its adapted to the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post member outer cross-section only in the longitudinal direction in the Hollow profile of the outer post element must be introduced. The Zaunfüllelemente can have virtually any shape and, for example, be substantially bar-shaped, and - as explained in more detail below - with spacing from each other or can be arranged partially overlapping, if a opacity of the fence is desired. Moreover, in particular, the outer and inner post elements can be produced inexpensively both in large and small batches due to their relatively simple geometry.
Both compliance with the required distance of the outer post elements on the occasion of their establishment as Also, the length of Zaunfüllelemente can be done with relatively large tolerances, because the engagement of the Zaunfüllelemente can be selected through the slot-shaped opening of the hollow sections of the outer post members and through the through holes of the profile parts of the inner post elements into the interior of the hollow profile of the outer post elements with different depths in that the depth of the hollow profiles of the outer post elements - or more precisely, the distance between their approximately slot-shaped opening, to which the passage openings of the inserted therein profile part of the inner post member inwardly, and its the slot-shaped opening opposite wall - substantially the available Specifies tolerances. From this and due to the fact that a respective Zaunfüllelement can be stored individually in a respective passage opening of the profile part of the inner post member, also high degrees of freedom result in terms of temperature-induced changes in length Zaunfüllelemente, which can be easily absorbed, so that there are no thermal stresses and damage caused thereby comes.
Since according to the invention, the slot-shaped opening of the hollow profile of the outer profile part is closed by this facing, provided with the passage openings for receiving the Zaunfüllelemente portion of the profile part of the inner post member, the post formed from the outer and the inner post member in its nested state imparts a solid , aesthetically pleasing and closed on all sides impression, in particular, the cutting edges of Zaunfüllelemente are effectively protected from moisture and weathering.
The materials desired for the mullion and fence fillers are virtually freely selectable, with the inner and outer mullions being made of metal materials, e.g. Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium zinc or the like, offer, while the Zaunfüllelemente may be made of appropriate materials including plastics, or in particular also of wood materials. In particular, in the latter case, the Zaunfüllelementen also the very small, about web-like bearing surface on the lower edges of the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element benefits, which is able to prevent an accumulation of precipitation water due to a very small capillary. Likewise, of course, the shape, such as the length and in particular the cross section, the Zaunfüllelemente be chosen freely, the latter may be configured, for example rectangular or square, round, oval and different and only the outer contour of the through holes of the profile part of the inner post element are adapted thereto ,
- the hollow profile of the outer post element substantially in the form of a U-profile with arranged at the U-web opposite ends of the U-legs, extending substantially parallel to the U-web webs, between which extends the opening of the hollow profile; and
- the profile part of the inner post element substantially in the form of a U-profile, in which the passage openings extend at least in the region of the U-web,
- the hollow profile of the outer post member substantially in the form of a C-profile, the opening of which extends between the free ends of the C-profile; and
- the profile part of the inner post element substantially in the form of a C-profile, in which the passage openings extend at least in the central, the arranged between the free ends of the C-profile gap portion opposite,
The outer cross section of the profile part of the inner post element may preferably be selected to be at least slightly smaller than the inner cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post element, on the one hand to ensure easy and convenient insertion of the inner post element in the outer post element, on the other hand, in particular to ensure that between the inner and the outer post member unfolds no capillary action in terms of moisture or water, provided that the post, for example has not been properly constructed while ensuring adequate sealing against the ground.
The opening of the hollow profile of the outer post element may preferably extend substantially over its entire length, which offers a simple continuous production and the possibility of holding Zaunfüllelementen practically over the entire length of the post.
- in a row in the longitudinal direction of the inner post member and at a distance from each other (if a "transparent" fence with insight between the Zaunfüllelementen is desired); or
- in at least two parallel rows in the longitudinal direction of the inner post element and offset from each other, wherein in particular the passage openings of adjacent rows partially overlap each other (if a opaque fence is desired),
In order to ensure a simple complete insertion of the profile part of the inner post element into the hollow profile of the outer post element, it can be provided in an advantageous embodiment that the length of the profile part of the inner post element is at least slightly shorter than the length of the hollow profile of the outer post element. Instead, it goes without saying for the same purpose as well In principle conceivable that the profile part of the inner post element under support on the hollow profile of the outer post element on - or in - the latter can be fixed, which can be done, for example, that at one (bottom) section inside the hollow profile of the outer post element one or more are arranged inwardly projecting abutment on which the profile part of the inner post member is supported when it has been fully inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment may be provided in this context that the profile part of the inner post member is equipped with a cover plate of the type mentioned above and the cover plate has a cross section which corresponds at least, in particular approximately exactly, the cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post element, so that the profile part of the inner post element under support of its cover plate on one end of the hollow profile of the outer post element the latter can be fixed so that it closes the cross section of the hollow profile of the outer post element frontally. Consequently, the profile part of the inner post member in a simple manner can be defined hanging on the hollow profile of the outer post member by the former is pushed to the stop of its cover plate on the front side of the hollow profile of the outer post member in this, the cover plate at the same time for a reliable seal one behind the other inserted post elements ensures. In this case, any, arranged between the cover plate of the inner post member and the front side of the outer post member seals with respect to the weight caused by both the inner post member and in the through holes of its profile part carried Zaunfüllelemente effected pressure of the cover plate of the inner post member on the front side of outer post element in most cases be dispensable. The cover plate may preferably be integrally connected to the profile part of the inner post element, for example by means of welded joints.
In an advantageous embodiment, the hollow profile of the outer post member may be attached at one of its ends to a support plate or similar, serving to its anchoring on the ground means, in which it is also possible in particular two or more hollow profiles of outer post elements on one and the same support plate in to fix the respectively desired relative arrangement for the fence to be erected, which can also be done for example by welding or the like.
Alternatively or additionally, the hollow profile of the outer post element and / or its support plate may for example also be provided with fastening devices, such as bores or the like, for several, in particular to be able to fix two outer post elements together. Thus, for example, to produce an approximately rectilinear fence in particular two hollow sections of outer post members at their respective, approximately slot-shaped opening opposite side are fastened together to form a composed of two outer (and two inner) post elements post. If the fence is to extend over a corner, the hollow sections of two outer post elements can of course be attached to each other laterally and / or with the interposition of elbows or the like to each other.
In order to provide an aesthetically pleasing inclusion of Zaunfüllelemente in the through holes of the profile part of the inner post member may advantageously be provided that at least the cross-sectional portion of the through holes of the profile part of the inner post member, which in its inserted into the hollow profile of the outer post member state with the opening the hollow profile of the outer post element is aligned, has a cross-section approximately corresponding to the cross-section of the Zaunfüllelemente cross section or the latter only slightly exceeds. In order to nevertheless ensure a simple insertion of Zaunfüllelemente in the through holes of the profile part of the inner post member, the through holes preferably (viewed in the horizontal direction of the erected fence) can be significantly wider than the width of the Zaunfüllelemente so that they are in the in the Hollow profile of the outer post member inserted state extend laterally beyond the slot-shaped opening of the hollow profile of the outer post member away (ie partially below the slit-shaped opening between itself delimiting terminal portions the hollow profile of the outer post element are arranged). After insertion of the profile part of the inner post element into the hollow profile of the outer post element, the Zaunfüllelemente are thus at least one (or both) - vertical - sides of one (or both) edge / edges of the slot-shaped opening of the hollow profile of the outer post element, while on their opposite - horizontal - sides (and optionally on one of its - vertical - sides) to the opposite - horizontal - edges (and possibly to one of - vertical - edges) of a respective through hole of the profile part of the inner post element adjacent.
As already mentioned, it proves to be advantageous in particular with respect to temperature-induced changes in length of Zaunfüllelemente if the length of the Zaunfüllelemente is smaller than the distance of a respective opening opposite sides of two supporting hollow sections of the outer post member, but larger than the distance of the through holes the inserted into these hollow sections of the outer post elements profile parts of the inner post elements, so that the Zaunfüllelemente are stored with play in the direction of extension thereof between two posts. Consequently, the Zaunfüllelemente should not engage so deeply through the through holes of the profile parts of the inner post members inside the hollow profile of the outer post members that they abut against the slot-shaped opening of the hollow sections of the outer post elements opposite inside of these hollow sections.
