Description
- L'objet de l'invention fait référence à une procédure de construction de revêtement de sols, et au revêtement de sol obtenu avec cette procédure.
- Dans le présent mémoire, « revêtement de sol » se réfère à tout revêtement de sol ayant l'apparence de pierres, carreaux, pavés, dalles ou autres, dans le cadre des travaux publics (par exemple, pour construire des rues et des places) ou pour des applications dans le secteur privé (par exemple, pour construire des chemins, des terrasses ou autres).
- La procédure de construction de revêtement de sols, conformément à l'invention, dispose un aggloméré d'asphalte de nature flexible sur lequel on place une structure continue formée par des carreaux adossés entre eux; ces carreaux étant de nature flexible, d'une épaisseur inférieure à 40 millimètres et constitués par une résine thermoplastique mélangée avec au moins un agrégat. L'on dispose aussi une imprégnation en résine liquide thermoplastique entre le support et la structure continue.
- Le revêtement de sol résultant, selon la procédure de construction objet de l'invention, de par ses caractéristiques (lesquelles sont décrites ci-dessous) est applicable de préférence dans tout type de sols extérieurs et, plus particulièrement, dans des zones urbaines, piétonnières ou semi-piétonnières ne devant pas supporter de passage de véhicules.
- Dans l'actuel état de la technique, le demandeur ne connaît aucun antécédent de revêtement de sols ni de procédures de construction de revêtement de sols dans lesquelles apparaissent les caractéristiques décrites; bien que des revêtements de sols utilisés pour la construction soient connus (même ceux ayant l'apparence de pierres, carreaux, pavés, dalles et autres) : certains sont décrits, par exemple et entre autres, dans les documents
GB1171131A DE9106308U1 ,WO9954552 WO02095133 DE8715158 . - Certains des problèmes non résolus de ces revêtement de sols connus sont leurs faibles prestations (ils ne résistent pas au passage de véhicules), et leurs difficultés de mise en place : paver ou carreler une rue est en général compliqué et lent, les coûts et les nuisances pendant les travaux étant élevés.
- L'objet de l'invention résout cette problématique. Il préconise une nouvelle procédure de construction de revêtement de sols selon la revendication 1, ainsi que le revêtement de sol obtenu avec cette procédure selon la revendication 5.
- La procédure se caractérise aussi par le fait que, dans la dite structure continue, les carreaux sont placés selon un patron déterminé, et que ceux-ci sont obtenus avec des moules qui présentent la finition souhaitée et différente pour le tronçon de revêtement de sol que l'on souhaite obtenir dans chaque cas.
- Elle se caractérise aussi parce que, de plus, la face visible de la structure continue est recouverte, imprégnée ou baignée avec une ou plusieurs couches de finition.
- Le revêtement de sol résultant est un produit à hautes prestations et différentes finitions (selon les besoins) dont la durée est très supérieure à celle des sols carrelés, pavés ou de chaussées traditionnelles dans les zones où il n'existe de passage de véhicules. Il se caractérise par le fait que, étant de ceux qui présentent un revêtement de sols à l'apparence de pierres, carreaux, pavés, dalles et autres, il se compose de carreaux préformés, flexibles et de petite épaisseur, qui sont un mélange de, au moins, une résine thermoplastique et, au moins, un agrégat.
- L'emploi de carreaux d'une épaisseur inférieure à 40 millimètres, qui sont un mélange d'un ou de plusieurs résines thermoplastiques et d'un ou de plusieurs agrégats sélectionnés de différentes granulométries et/ou dureté (selon les besoins) est inclus dans l'objet de la revendication 1.
- Elle se caractérise aussi par le fait que, selon la revendication 1 la résine thermoplastique employée se compose d'un Monomère de Méthyle Méthacrylate (MMA) et d'un polyuréthane.
- Les avantages de la procédure de construction de revêtement de sols objet de l'invention dérivent:
- de la flexibilité des composants utilisés, ce pourquoi elle s'adapte sans problème à de possibles déformations du substrat et évite des ruptures à cause du tassement et des dilatations ;
- de la résistance des composants employés, ce pourquoi elle supporte sans problème et pendant longtemps tant le passage de véhicules que des conditions environnementales défavorables (par exemple, les gelées ou la chaleur extrême);
- de sa simplicité constructive, qui permet une mise en place « in situ » rapide et continue (sans avoir à placer de joints de dilatation).
- Les avantages du revêtement de sol résultant selon la procédure de construction objet de l'invention dérivent:
- de sa flexibilité, qui est très supérieure à celle de tout autre revêtement de sol connu;
- de sa résistance, qui est aussi très supérieure à celle des sols carrelés et pavés traditionnels;
- de sa composition, qui permet la réalisation de revêtement de sols avec différents aspects/finitions.
- D'autres configurations et avantages de l'invention peuvent être déduits à partir de la description suivante, et des revendications dépendantes.
- Dans le but de mieux comprendre l'objet de l'invention, une forme préférentielle de réalisation est représentée sur les figures jointes, susceptible de changements accessoires ne dénaturant pas son fondement. Dans ce cas :
- La
figure 1 représente une vue générale schématique en perspective d'un revêtement de sol placé selon la procédure objet de l'invention. - La
figure 2 représente une coupe générale schématique d'un revêtement de sol, réalisé selon la procédure et en employant le produit objet de l'invention, dans laquelle l'on peut observer sa structuration et ses particularités pour un exemple de réalisation. - La
figure 3 représente une coupe générale schématique semblable à lafigure 2 , pour un exemple de réalisation alternative qui inclut une couche de finition (2). - Ci-dessous est décrit un exemple de réalisation pratique, non exhaustif, de la présente invention. D'autres modes de réalisation dans lesquels sont introduits des changements accessoires ne dénaturant pas son fondement ne sont absolument pas écartés.
- L'objet de l'invention est une procédure de construction de revêtement de sols, ainsi que le revêtement de sol résultant.
- Selon la procédure de construction préconisée, l'on dispose sur le substrat à paver un support en aggloméré d'asphalte (AA) de nature flexible sur lequel est placée une structure continue (EC) composée par des carreaux (1) adossés entre eux. On dispose aussi une imprégnation de résine liquide thermoplastique (RL) entre le support en aggloméré d'asphalte (AA) situé au-dessous et la structure continue (EC) située en haut pour que l'ensemble, après la prise, forme une unité continue et inséparable.
- La structure continue (EC) est constituée par des carreaux (1) placés selon un patron déterminé; ces carreaux (1) étant de nature flexible et de petite épaisseur par rapport à leur surface totale. Ces carreaux (1) sont obtenus dans des moules qui présentent la finition souhaitée et différente pour le tronçon de revêtement de sol que l'on souhaite obtenir dans chaque cas.
- Il est inclus dans l'objet de l'invention que, de plus, la face visible de la structure continue (EC) est recouverte, imprégnée ou baignée avec une ou plusieurs couches de finition (2). Le revêtement de sol résultant est du type de ceux qui fournissent un revêtement de sol dont l'apparence est celle de pierres, carreaux, pavés, dalles ou autres, et est applicable de préférence dans toute classe de sols extérieurs; plus particulièrement dans des zones urbaines, piétonnières ou semi-piétonnières, où il n'existe pas de passage de véhicules. Conformément à l'invention, le revêtement de sol obtenu se compose de carreaux (1) flexibles et de petite épaisseur, qui sont le résultat du mélange de, au moins, une résine thermoplastique (11) et, au moins, un agrégat (12) en formant un tout unique très flexible et de faible épaisseur qui est placé en s'adaptant à de possibles déformations du substrat à paver et évite des ruptures à cause de tassements et de dilatations.
- La géométrie de ces carreaux (1) varie selon les besoins, parce que l'on obtient ces derniers en mélangeant les résines thermoplastiques (11) et les agrégats (12) dans des moules dont la géométrie est celle que l'on désire donner au produit final.
- La finition peut aussi varier à volonté, en mélangeant avec les résines thermoplastiques (11) les agrégats (12) de granulométrie ou dureté différente, et même de différentes couleurs, pour obtenir des carreaux (1) ayant l'apparence de pierre naturelle, pavé, asphalte, granit, de dalles ou tout autre.
- La résine thermoplastique utilisée se compose d'un Monomère de Méthyle Méthacrylate (MMA) et d'un polyuréthane qui confère aux portions préformées (1) une grande résistance et une haute flexibilité (des caractéristiques qui se sont révélées particulièrement appropriées pour les applications auxquelles est destiné ce revêtement de sol).
- Concrètement, l'on emploie de la résine MMA flexible, de deux composants et au durcissement rapide, qui est résistant aux gelées, antidérapant et flexible; avec un coefficient de glissement SRT compris entre 0,65 et 0,75 selon les agrégats (2) utilisés. Les agrégats (12) utilisés varient en fonction de l'utilisation à laquelle est destiné le revêtement de sol : pour des routes qui doivent résister à une circulation intense, l'on utilise des bauxites de quartz ou des porphyres et pour des îlots, des chaussées, des parcs et des quais, l'on emploie des marbres, qui sont plus lisses et aptes au polissage.
- Dans l'objet de l'invention, il est inclus de recouvrir la face visible des carreaux (1) avec une ou plusieurs couches de finition (2), qui lui confèrent des propriétés supplémentaires antidérapantes. Voir
figure 2 . - Les matériaux, les dimensions, proportions et, en général, tous les autres détails accessoires ou secondaires n'altérant pas, ni ne modifiant ou ne changeant pas le fondement proposé pourront être variables.
- Les termes dans lesquels est rédigé ce mémoire sont vrais et reflètent fidèlement l'objet décrit, et doivent être compris dans leur sens le plus vaste, et ceci jamais de manière limitative.
Claims (5)
- Procédure de construction de revêtement de sols, où, selon cette dernière, sur le substrat à paver :a) l'on dispose un support en aggloméré d'asphalte (AA) de nature flexible, sur lequel est placéeb) une structure continue (EC) formée par des carreaux (1) adossés entre eux,c) l'on dispose aussi une imprégnation en résine liquide thermoplastique (RL) entre le support en aggloméré d'asphalte (AA) et la structure continue (EC),caractérisée par le fait que les dits carreaux (1) sont constitués par un mélange de résines thermoplastiques (11) et d'agrégats (12) sélectionnés de différentes granulométries, au moins une résine thermoplastique utilisée étant composée d'un monomère de méthacrylate de méthyle (MMA) et d'un polyuréthane, ces carreaux (1) étant une petite épaisseur.
- Procédure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la structure continue (EC) est constituée par des carreaux (1) placés selon un patron déterminé.
- Procédure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les carreaux (1) sont obtenus dans des moules qui présentent la finition souhaitée et différente pour le tronçon de revêtement de sol que l'on souhaite obtenir dans chaque cas.
- Procédure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que, de plus, la face visible de la structure continue (EC) est recouverte, imprégnée ou baignée avec une ou plusieurs couches de finition (2).
- Revêtement de sol obtenu selon la procédure de la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les dits carreaux (1) sont d'une épaisseur inférieure à 40 millimètres.
