Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fitting arrangement for windows, doors or the like with a frame and a wing, wherein the fitting arrangement comprises a drive rod which can be arranged longitudinally movably on one side of the wing.
  • a drive rod may in particular serve to transmit the actuation, for example, of a handle of the window or the door to one or more locking elements, so that the wing can be locked in a closed state or released for opening.
  • the locking elements in associated locking parts on the frame.
  • wings that can be both opened about a rotational opening axis and tilted open about a Kippö Stammsachse and thus must be pivotable about at least two different wing sides the locking or release of the wing is not equally easy to accomplish.
  • the fitting arrangement may comprise a pivotable about an articulation point pivoting element, the articulation point is drivingly coupled to the drive rod and by means of the drive rod from a closed position via a rotary opening position in a Kippö Stammsleton, and vice versa, parallel to a longitudinal extent of the drive rod is adjustable, wherein the pivoting element a spaced apart from the articulation point locking element, in particular a pin, which is formed in the closed position and in the Kippö Stamms sueds to engage in a respective blocking recording of an associated closing part on the frame.
  • Such a pivoting element may be formed, for example, as a so-called tilting rocker (also referred to as a tilting bar) and arranged on the side of the blade remote from the band, i. on the side opposite to the (hinge side) side of the wing around which the wing can be turned open.
  • the pivoting element can then be arranged with the wing closed substantially parallel to the drive rod and swing at tilt-open wing so that it couples the wing across the opening gap with the frame to stabilize the tilt-open wing.
  • the pivoting element typically has two locking elements, namely a locking pin and a tilting pin.
  • the locking pin serves to engage in the closed position in a blocking receptacle of the closing part to lock the wing against a turn or tilt.
  • the tilting pin engages in the tilted opening position in a further blocking receptacle of the closing part in order to stabilize the tilt-opened wing on the frame.
  • the closure member may be integrally formed and at least have the two aforementioned blocking receptacles or be formed in two or more parts with a respective blocking receptacle.
  • the adjustment of the pivoting element between the various positions in which the locking elements of the pivoting element engage in the respective blocking recordings of the associated closing part or not engaged, is driven by the drive rod, with which the articulation point for the pivoting element is drivingly coupled.
  • An offset of the drive rod offset the pivot member parallel to the longitudinal extent of the drive rod, so that a respective locking element of the pivot member for locking or stabilizing the wing in a blocking receptacle of the associated Engage closing part or can emerge to release the wing for a rotation opening from the blocking receptacle.
  • the closing part as close to the Kippö Stammsachse, so near the aligned to Kippö Stammsachse band remote corner of the wing, is arranged. Because then only a small distance between the wing and frame must be bridged by the pivoting element at tilt-open wing, so that the pivoting element can be made relatively short and thus saving material and also stabilizes the wing particularly inconspicuous.
  • the object is achieved by a fitting arrangement with the features of claim 1 and in particular by the fact that the drive-effective coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod in a first adjustment range between the closed position and the rotational opening position is counter drive ineffective and in a second adjustment range between the rotational opening position and the Kippö Stammswolf is equivalent to drive, or vice versa.
  • At least two adjustment ranges of the drive rod are provided in the fitting arrangement according to the invention, in one of them differently than in the other adjustment range the drive-effective coupling is in opposite direction. In this way it can be achieved that a displacement of the drive rod parallel to its longitudinal extent leads to a first co-rotating and then opposite (or vice versa) displacement of the articulation point.
  • the distance by which the articulation point is displaced when passing through the two control ranges can thereby be smaller than the distance traveled by the drive rod at the same time.
  • the point of articulation reverses its direction of movement, so that the distance covered is shortened again. If the distance traveled in the first setting range is equal to the distance traveled in the second setting range, the articulation point as a whole only moves over a distance which corresponds to half the movement distance of the drive rod and ends its movement sequence at the starting point of the movement. In this way, advantageously, the movement of the articulation point and thus of the pivoting element with the locking element can be kept particularly compact.
  • the drive rod can be displaced within the first setting range, whereby the articulation point is offset in opposite directions to the movement of the drive rod in the rotational opening position.
  • this results in the locking element of the hinged at the articulation point pivoting member out of the blocking receptacle and releases the wing to a rotation opening.
  • the wing can then be tilted open, wherein the pivoting element pivots due to the engagement of the locking element in the blocking receptacle at a tilt opening of the wing and connects the wing with the frame stabilizing.
  • the fitting arrangement according to the invention fulfills both functions of a conventional fitting arrangement with tilting rocker, namely locking in the closed position and stabilizing in the tilted opening position.
  • the pivot element of the fitting assembly according to the invention needs to have only one locking element instead of a closure pin and a tilting pin due to the two adjustment ranges and the change between the counter-rotating and the co-axial coupling.
  • the locking element engages due to the pendulum movement both in the closed position for locking the closed wing and in the tilted opening position for stabilizing the tilt-open wing in the same blocking receptacle of the associated closing part
  • the associated closure member need only have a single blocking receptacle.
  • the closing part can thus be a cost-effective standard closing part, as used, for example, for only rotary-openable wings.
  • the pivoting element need only have a locking element and the associated closing part merely a blocking receptacle, the pivoting element and the closing part can be made particularly compact and, in particular, can also be arranged near a corner of the wing or frame.
  • the fitting arrangement comprises a coupling rod, on which the pivoting element is articulated with the articulation point, and the drive rod has a coupling portion, with which the coupling rod is coupled with variable overlap.
  • the articulation point about which the pivoting element is pivotable not directly coupled to the drive rod, but via an additional coupling rod.
  • the coupling rod in turn is coupled to the coupling portion of the drive rod, wherein the coupling rod and the coupling portion of the drive rod overlap variably, i. that the overlapping surface is variable.
  • the relative arrangement of the coupling rod to the drive rod is therefore not rigid and thus also allows an opposite drive-effective coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod.
  • the said coupling of the coupling portion of the drive rod with the coupling rod can cause the counteracting in the first control range and in the second control range corotating (or vice versa) drive-effective coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod.
  • various coupling mechanisms between the coupling rod and the coupling portion of the drive rod are possible by which a change between a counter-rotating and a co-driving-active coupling can be achieved.
  • the coupling portion having a first toothed portion with a toothing and a second toothed portion separate from the first toothed portion with a (further) toothing, wherein the first and the second toothed portion adjacent to each other in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the drive rod and the teeth in particular opposite each other, preferably offset from each other, are arranged.
  • the first and the second toothed section can functionally correspond to a respective one of the said adjustment areas.
  • an adjustment of the drive rod may cause the coupling of the coupling portion with the coupling rod via the teeth of the first toothed portion and in the other adjustment range via the toothing of the second toothed portion in the one adjustment range.
  • the toothed portions adjoin one another in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the drive rod, a smooth transition from a coupling effected by the one toothed portion to a coupling effected by the other toothed portion can be achieved. It is not necessarily the teeth of the first and the second toothing section directly adjacent to each other.
  • the teeth can also - for example in relation to a direction different from the longitudinal extension of the drive rod - be spaced apart, as will be explained below, or also a certain "dead zone" between each other, in which the drive-effective coupling in the region of the transition between the first and the second adjustment range or between the first and the second toothed portion is temporarily suspended.
  • the fitting arrangement comprises a toothed coupling element which is fixed relative to the blade in a positionally fixed and rotatably movable manner, in particular a toothed wheel via which the coupling rod is coupled to the coupling section of the drive rod.
  • the bearing of the coupling element for example, on the wing itself, such as in a fitting groove of the wing done.
  • the fitting arrangement comprises a faceplate on which the coupling element is mounted positionally fixed and rotatably movable, in particular, the faceplate is in turn positionally fixed to the wing can be arranged.
  • the position-fixed mounting of the coupling element but can also in other ways, such as directly from the interaction of the coupling rod with the drive rod arise.
  • the coupling element when the drive rod is displaced relative to the coupling element, the coupling element is alternately engaged with the toothing of the first toothed section or with the toothing of the second toothed section in order to be drivable to rotational movement by the respective toothing.
  • the interaction of the longitudinally adjustable drive rod and the positionally mounted coupling element can be used to achieve on the one hand the same direction and on the other hand, the opposite coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod.
  • the position-fixed coupling element can interact either with the toothing of the first toothed section or with the toothing of the second toothed section, it also being possible to provide a region in which no interaction takes place.
  • the interaction of the coupling element with the respective toothing can drive the coupling element to a respective rotational movement, which then in turn leads to a respective (relative to the drive rod co-rotating or counter-rotating) displacement of the articulation point.
  • the coupling element is in engagement with a toothing of the coupling rod.
  • a displacement of the drive rod can thus effect on the toothing of the respective toothed portion a rotational movement of the coupling element, which is then transmitted to the toothing of the coupling rod and thus the coupling rod to an adjustment, in particular in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the drive rod, can drive.
  • the alternating interaction of the coupling element with the teeth of the one and the other toothed portion can just cause the change between the counter-rotating and the synchronous drive-effective coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod.
  • the toothing of the first toothed portion, the toothing of the second toothed portion and the Coupling element aligned with each other such that a transition of the coupling element from one toothed section into the other toothed section causes a reversal of the directional connection of the drive-effective coupling of the articulation point with the drive rod.
  • the coupling element may initially be engaged with the toothing of the first toothed section and be driven in a first direction of rotation when the drive rod is displaced.
  • the coupling element is no longer in engagement with the toothing of the first toothed portion, but penetrates upon further displacement of the drive rod in the second toothed portion and can engage in the toothing.
  • the coupling section can be driven again to a rotational movement, which then, however, due to the relative orientation of the teeth of the toothed sections and the coupling element leads to a rotational movement in the opposite direction of rotation.
  • the coupling section has a longitudinal recess, wherein the toothing of the first toothed section and the toothing of the second toothed section are arranged on mutually opposite longitudinal edges of the longitudinal recess.
  • the longitudinal recess may be formed in the manner of a slot whose edges form edges.
  • the first and the second toothed section can be formed by a first and an adjoining second region of the longitudinal recess along its longitudinal extent.
  • the respective toothings of the toothed portions are arranged on opposite longitudinal edges of the longitudinal recess. Since the toothed sections adjoin one another and therefore do not overlap, the toothings are not directly opposite, but instead are arranged offset relative to each other in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the drive rod.
  • the positionally fixed and rotatably mounted toothed coupling element engage in said longitudinal recess or extend perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the longitudinal recess through it, to alternately engage with the teeth of the first or the toothing of the second toothing section.
  • the arrangement of the respective teeth of the first and second toothing section on opposite longitudinal edges of the longitudinal recess according to the present embodiment result in that the drive rod is displaced relative to the fixed position coupling element and therefore the coupling element first meshes with a toothing and then with the opposite other toothing meshes, whereby a reversal of the direction of rotation of the coupling element is effected.
  • the coupling rod has a longitudinal recess, wherein a toothing is provided on a longitudinal edge of the longitudinal recess.
  • the coupling element in particular permanently, be engaged, so that a rotational movement of the coupling element causes a displacement of the coupling rod via the toothing.
  • the coupling element engage in the longitudinal recess of the coupling rod or extend through this longitudinal recess therethrough.
  • the coupling element simultaneously extends through both the longitudinal recess of the coupling rod and by said longitudinal recess of the coupling portion of the drive rod and thus can simultaneously engage with the teeth of the coupling rod and with one of the teeth of the coupling portion of the drive rod.
  • the toothing on the longitudinal recess of the coupling rod can be arranged for example on a longitudinal edge of this longitudinal recess. If the teeth of the coupling rod and that toothing of the drive rod with which the coupling element is currently engaged, on the same side, ie at corresponding longitudinal edges of the respective longitudinal recess, the coupling rod and the drive rod are drivingly coupled to a concurrent motion drive. Conversely, when the teeth of the coupling rod and that toothing of the drive rod, with the coupling element is currently engaged, on different sides, ie on opposite longitudinal edges of the respective longitudinal recess, the coupling rod and the drive rod are coupled to drive counteracting each other drive-effective.
  • the locking element is a mushroom-head pin.
  • a pin has at its pointing away from the pivoting element end a circumferential radial extension, which is designed to engage behind a collar portion of the blocking receptacle of an associated closing part when the locking element is received in the blocking receptacle. In this way it is reliably prevented that the locking element can emerge in the direction of its longitudinal axis from the blocking receptacle. This increases the safety of stabilizing a tilt-open wing by means of the pivoting element.
  • the fitting arrangement comprises a corner deflection and at least one further locking element drivingly coupled to the drive rod via the corner deflection for engagement in a blocking receptacle of a further associated closing part on the frame.
  • an actuating movement transmitted by the drive rod can be transmitted around one corner of the wing to one or more further locking elements.
  • These locking elements which act as the center lock, are located in particular on the side corresponding to the tilting axis of the wing and serve to hold this side of the wing to the frame to either lock the closed wing or to store the tilt-open wing on this side of the frame. To open the wing, however, the locking elements must release the wing.
  • said coupling rod can be connected via the corner deflection with a further coupling rod, are arranged on the further locking elements.
  • another drive rod is connected to the drive rod and the locking elements are not directly and rigidly connected to this further drive rod, but in turn via a coupling mechanism as explained above, through which the opposite in the first adjustment range and in the second setting range, the same (or conversely) drive-effective coupling of the further locking elements to the drive rod is achieved.
