Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de bourrage d'une voie ferrée, dans lequel on déverse du nouveau ballast sur la voie (3) devant le bourrage de voie par rapport à une direction de travail parallèlement à celle-ci caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) à l'aide d'un dispositif de mesure (13), on détecte des défauts de l'assiette de la voie et, en vue d'un ballastage optimal de la voie, on calcule avec ceux-ci des quantités correspondantes de nouveau ballast à ajouter et on les mémorise en fonction du lieu du point respectif de la voie en tant que valeur de ballast nécessaire,
    b) on appelle la valeur de ballast nécessaire mémorisée pour le déversement de la quantité de ballast correspondante, dès qu'un dispositif de ballastage (9) - qui suit le dispositif de mesure (13) par rapport à la direction de travail (4) - a atteint le point correspondant de la voie.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on enregistre - après le dispositif de mesure (13) et avant le dispositif de ballastage (9) par rapport à la direction de travail (4) - le ballast dépassant un profil de lit de ballast prescrit et on le stocke en mémoire intermédiaire en vue d'un déversement selon les besoins par le dispositif de ballastage (9).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on compacte le ballast immédiatement derrière le bourrage de la voie (3) aussi bien entre des traverses voisines que dans une région de tête se raccordant aux extrémités des traverses.
  4. Machine à bourrer pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de bourrage d'une voie selon la revendication 1, qui est déplaçable sur la voie (3) à l'aide de trains de roulement sur rails (2), caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de réception de ballast (10), une réserve de ballast (11) ainsi qu'un dispositif de ballastage qui suit (9) sont disposés, par rapport à une direction de travail (4), entre un dispositif de mesure (13) positionné à l'extrémité avant de la machine (1) et balayant la voie (3) et un ensemble de bourrage (5), dans laquelle le dispositif de mesure (13) est intégré dans une base de mesure de la machine (14) déterminant les défauts de l'assiette de la voie, et dans laquelle une unité de mémoire et de calcul disposée à l'extrémité avant (12) est prévue pour le calcul et le stockage de quantités de nouveau ballast à ajouter en corrélation avec les défauts de l'assiette de la voie respectivement détectés en vue d'un ballastage optimal de la voie.
  5. Ensemble de machines pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de bourrage d'une voie selon la revendication 1, comprenant une machine de bourrage (1) déplaçable sur une voie (3) et un wagon de réserve (15), caractérisé en ce que la machine de bourrage (1) est équipée d'un dispositif de mesure (13) disposé en avant par rapport à la direction de travail (4), balayant la voie (3) et prévue pour déterminer des défauts de la voie, et il est prévu un dispositif de ballastage (9) sur le wagon de réservoir (15), dans lequel on calcule et on déverse une quantité de nouveau ballast à ajouter en corrélation avec les défauts de l'assiette de la voie respectivement détectés en vue d'un ballastage optimal de la voie.
  6. Ensemble de machines selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le wagon de réserve (15) présente un dispositif de réception de ballast (10) entre le dispositif de mesure (13) et le dispositif de ballastage (9).
