Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'assainissement de plate-forme d'un lit de voie avec les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le lit de voie est déblayé en deux étapes sous forme d'une couche de ballast supérieure (4) et d'une couche de récupération résiduelle (7) située en dessous de celle-ci,
    b) la couche de ballast supérieure (4) est nettoyée avec production de ballast (9) et de déblai (10),
    c) le déblai récupérable (10) est déversé, aplani et compacté pour la formation d'une couche intermédiaire (14) sur une plate-forme de voie dégagée (11),
    d) du nouveau gravier (17) est déversé, aplani et compacté sur la couche intermédiaire (14) pour la formation d'une couche protectrice de plate-forme (19),
    e) du ballast nettoyé (9) est déversé pour la restauration du lit de voie sur la couche protectrice de plate-forme (19),
    caractérisé en ce que le déblai récupérable (10) est complété de gravier (17).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déblai récupérable (10) est mélangé au besoin à du gravier (17) pour la conservation d'une hauteur constante de la couche intermédiaire (14).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déblai récupérable (10) est mélangé au besoin à du gravier (17) pour la conservation d'une qualité constante de la couche intermédiaire (14), notamment en ce qui concerne une compressibilité optimale.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le déblai récupérable (10) et le gravier incorporé (17) sont mélangés à des agrégats, puis déversés pour la formation de la couche intermédiaire (14).
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche de non-tissé (15) est appliquée aussi bien sur la couche intermédiaire compactée (14) que sur la couche protectrice de plate-forme (19).
