Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen zunderarmen Vergütungsstahl gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zunderarmen Bauteils nach Anspruch 8, sowie die Herstellung eines Bandes aus diesem Stahl nach Anspruch 14.
- Derartige Bauteile werden aus Vorprodukten, wie z. B. aus Blechen, Blechplatinen, nahtlosen oder geschweißten Rohren hergestellt und hauptsächlich in der Automobilindustrie verwendet, aber auch im Landmaschinenbau z. B. für Pflugscharen, im Bauwesen z. B. für Verschleißplatten oder bei Windenergieanlagen, beispielsweise als Tragkonstruktionen, bieten sich Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
- Bekanntermaßen wird der Vergütungszustand eines Bauteils durch Austenitisieren, Abschrecken und anschließendes Anlassen des Stahlwerkstoffs erreicht, wobei je nach Einsatzbedingungen Bauteile auch nur im gehärteten, also nicht angelassenen Zustand, eingesetzt werden.
- Der heiß umkämpfte Markt in der Automobilindustrie zwingt die Automobilhersteller ständig nach Lösungen zur Senkung ihres Flottenverbrauches unter Beibehaltung eines höchstmöglichen Komforts und Insassenschutzes zu suchen. Dabei spielt einerseits die Gewichtsersparnis aller Fahrzeugkomponenten eine entscheidende Rolle andererseits aber auch ein möglichst günstiges Verhalten der einzelnen Bauteile bei hoher statischer und dynamischer Beanspruchung im Betrieb wie auch im Crashfall.
- Dieser Notwendigkeit versuchen die Vormateriallieferanten dadurch Rechnung zu tragen, dass durch die Bereitstellung hoch- und höchstfester Stähle die Wanddicken reduziert werden können bei gleichzeitig verbessertem Bauteilverhalten bei der Fertigung und im Betrieb.
- Diese Stähle müssen daher vergleichsweise hohen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Festigkeit, Dehnfähigkeit, Zähigkeit, Energieaufnahme und Korrosionsbeständigkeit sowie ihrer Verarbeitbarkeit beispielsweise bei der Kaltumformung und beim Schweißen genügen.
- Unter den vorgenannten Aspekten gewinnt die Herstellung von Bauteilen aus warmumformbaren und pressgehärteten Stählen zunehmend an Bedeutung, da diese bei geringerem Materialaufwand die gestiegenen Anforderungen an die Bauteileigenschaften ideal erfüllen.
- Die Herstellung von pressgehärteten Bauteilen mittels Abschreckung von Vorprodukten aus presshärtbaren Stählen durch Warmumformen in einem Umformwerkzeug, ist aus der
DE 601 19 826 T2 bekannt. Hier wird eine zuvor oberhalb der Austenitisierungstemperatur auf 800 - 1200°C erwärmte und mit einem metallischen Überzug aus Zink oder auf Basis von Zink versehene Blechplatine in einem fallweise gekühlten Werkzeug durch Warmumformung zu einem Bauteil umgeformt, wobei während des Umformens durch schnellen Wärmeentzug das Blech bzw. Bauteil im Umformwerkzeug eine Abschreckhärtung (Presshärtung) erfährt und dadurch die geforderten Festigkeitseigenschaften erreicht. Der metallische Überzug wirkt hier als Oxidations- bzw. Verzunderungsschutzes. - Die Herstellung von Bauteilen mittels Abschreckung von Vorprodukten aus presshärtbaren Stählen durch Warmumformen in einem Umformwerkzeug, ist ebenfalls aus der
DE 699 33 751 T2 bekannt. Hier wird ein Blech, das mit einem metallischen Überzug aus einer Aluminiumlegierung beschichtet ist, vor einem Umformen auf über 700°C erwärmt, wobei eine intermetallisch legierte Verbindung auf Basis von Eisen, Aluminium und Silicium auf der Oberfläche entsteht und nachfolgend das Blech umgeformt und mit einer Geschwindigkeit oberhalb der kritischen Härtgeschwindigkeit abgekühlt wird. Der metallische Überzug wirkt auch hier als Oxidations- bzw. Verzunderungsschutzes. - Das Aufbringen eines Oxidations- bzw. Verzunderungsschutzes auf das umzuformende Vorprodukt vor der Erwärmung auf Umformtemperatur ist bei dem bekannten Pressformhärten von Vorteil, weil durch den Überzug eine Verzunderung des Grundmaterials und übermäßiger Werkzeugverschleiß wirksam verringert oder sogar vermieden werden können.
Ohne einen solchen Schutz würden die erhitzten Vorprodukte in Kontakt mit dem Sauerstoff der Atmosphäre verzundern und die Werkzeuge starkem Verschleiß aussetzen. Zwar werden die industriell eingesetzten Erwärmungsöfen üblicherweise mit einer für Eisen nicht oxidierenden Atmosphäre betrieben, allerdings erfolgt beim Transfer der Platine vom Ofen in die Presse an der Umgebungsatmosphäre eine starke Verzunderung. Vor der Weiterverarbeitung müssten die Bauteile in aufwändiger Weise durch Strahlen entzundert werden. - Der als Oxidations- bzw. Verzunderungsschutz wirkende metallische Überzug, wird üblicherweise im kontinuierlichen Durchlaufverfahren auf das Warm- oder Kaltband aufgebracht. Bei Schmelztauchüberzügen kann dies z. B. eine Feuerverzinkung oder Feueraluminierung sein. Bekannt ist es auch als Oxidationsschutz anstelle eines metallischen Überzugs eine nichtmetallische Beschichtung auf Lackbasis einzusetzen. Weiter bekannt ist es als Oxidationsschutz eine elektrolytisch abgeschiedene metallische Schicht aus Zink und Nickel zu verwenden.
- Bekannte warmumformbare Vergütungsstähle für den Einsatzbereich in der Automobilindustrie sind z. B. der bekannte Mangan-Bor-Stahl "22MnB5" und neuerdings auch luftvergütbare Stähle gemäß einer noch unveröffentlichten Patentanmeldung des Anmelders.
- Die Herstellung solcher Bauteile durch Pressformhärten von Vorprodukten aus den bekannten Werkstoffen weist allerdings mehrere Nachteile auf.
- Ist eine Beschichtung oder ein Überzug zur Vermeidung einer Verzunderung im Zuge der Erwärmung auf Umformtemperatur erwünscht, so erhöhen sich die Herstellungskosten für derartige Stähle deutlich. Darüber hinaus werden Ressourcen verbraucht und die Umwelt durch den erhöhten Energieverbrauch zusätzlich belastet.
- Da die Umformung oberhalb der Ac3-Temperatur in der Regel deutlich oberhalb 800°C erfolgt, werden zudem extrem hohe Anforderungen an die Temperaturstabilität eines Verzunderungsschutzes gestellt. Bei einem Verzunderungsschutz auf Zinkbasis besteht zusätzlich auch noch die Gefahr einer Flüssigmetallversprödung.
- Nachteilig ist auch die Verarbeitung von presshärtbaren Stählen mit einer Beschichtung oder einem Überzug als Verzunderungsschutz an sich, da bestimmte Halte-bzw. Ofenzeiten bei der Erwärmung auf Umformtemperatur eingehalten werden müssen, wodurch die Flexibilität im Prozessablauf beim Kunden eingeschränkt wird. Zudem erhöhen sich die Ausschussraten, da z.B. eine Platine bei einer störungsbedingten Verlängerung der Ofenzeit nicht mehr verwendet werden kann.
- Aber auch bei Vorprodukten, die ohne eine Umformung nur über eine entsprechende Temperaturführung in einen Härte- oder Vergütungszustand überführt und anschließend zu einem Bauteil weiterverarbeitet werden sollen, ist die Verzunderung der Werkstückoberfläche oftmals vor der Weiterverarbeitung aufwändig zu entfernen, was die Herstellkosten ebenfalls deutlich erhöht.
- Aus der
DE 36 04 789 C1 sind Vergütungsstähle bekannt, die das Problem aufweisen, dass bei Al-Gehalten von mehr 0,015% die erforderlichen Austenitisierungstemperaturen mit 950 bis 1050°C sehr hoch sind und damit u.a. eine starke Verzunderung einhergeht. Um die Härtbarkeit auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen zu gewährleisten, wird dem Stahl in auf den Stickstoffgehalt abgestimmter Menge Zirkon zulegiert, um die für eine ausreichende Härtbarkeit als schädlich erkannten Aluminiumnitrid-Ausscheidungen im Stahl zu verhindern. Die dort in Tafel 1 untersuchten erfindungsgemäßen Vergütungsstähle A-H mit guten Vergütungseigenschaften weisen folgende Legierungszusammensetzung auf in %: C: 0,32-0,75, Si: 0,26-0,37, Mn: 0,40-1,50, P: 0,009-0,012, S: 0,005-0,012, Al: 0,016-0,022, Cr: 0,02-1,52, Zr: 0,035-0,060, N: 0,0042-0,0065. - Ein weiterer zunderarmer Vergütungsstahl mit ähnlicher chemischer Zusammensetzung ist aus
JP H10 212 560 A - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Vergütungsstahl anzugeben, der sich ohne Beschichtung oder Überzug durch eine sehr geringe Zunderneigung auszeichnet und dadurch ein nachträgliches Entfernen des Zunders vor der Weiterverarbeitung überflüssig macht. Insbesondere soll dieser Vergütungsstahl auch zum Pressformhärten von Vorprodukten, wie Blechen, Blechplatinen oder Rohren, geeignet sein.
- Eine weitere Aufgabe besteht darin, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zunderarmen Bauteils aus diesem Stahl anzugeben.
- Außerdem ist ein geeignetes Produktionsverfahren zur Herstellung eines Metallbandes als Vorprodukt aus diesem Stahl anzugeben.
- Nach der Lehre der Erfindung wird ein Vergütungsstahl eingesetzt, der folgende Zusammensetzung in Gew. % aufweist:

- Ni: weniger als 3,0

- Rest Eisen und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen.
- Der erfindungsgemäße Werkstoff weist gegenüber dem aus der
DE 601 19 826 T2 bekannten Vergütungsstahl den Vorteil auf, dass ein zusätzlicher Oxidationsschutz vor der Pressformhärtung nicht mehr erforderlich ist. - Hierdurch wird ein zusätzlicher Produktionsschritt eingespart, wodurch die Herstellkosten für ein gehärtetes oder pressformgehärtetes Bauteil trotz der höheren Legierungskosten insgesamt sinken und darüber hinaus Ressourcen geschont werden.
- Außerdem wird eine mögliche Flüssigmetallversprödung des Bauteils durch den Wegfall einer zinkbasierten Oxidationsschutzbeschichtung vermieden.
- Im Gegensatz zu den aus der
DE 36 04 789 C1 bekannten Vergütungsstählen, werden für Vergütungsstähle außergewöhnlich hohe Gehalte an Aluminium mit optional auf bis zu 3 Gew.% erhöhten Silizium- und Chrom-Gehalten zugegeben, die als Ferritbildner zwar die Umwandlungstemperatur Ac3 und damit die notwendige Austenitisierungstemperatur anheben, aber einen hervorragenden Verzunderungsschutz realisieren. Nachteile bestehen allerdings in längeren Aufwärm- und damit Taktzeiten bei einer Pressformhärtung, da höhere Temperaturen erreicht werden müssen, wodurch die Produktivität verringert wird. - Zur Überwindung dieser Nachteile ist deshalb erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Umwandlungstemperatur Ac3 durch eine Zugabe des Austenitbildners Mangan in den erfindungsgemäßen Gehalten von 0,5 bis 6 Gew.% die Austenitisierungstemperaturen wieder deutlich abgesenkt werden.
- Auch Zugaben von Nickel in Gehalten von bis zu 3,0 Gew.%, vorteilhaft in Kombination mit Kupfer in Gehalten von bis zu 3,0 Gew.% bewirken ebenfalls eine Absenkung der Austenitisierungstemperatur und können zusätzlich zu Mn dem Stahl zulegiert werden. Falls Nickel und/oder Kupfer zu Absenkung der Austenitisierungstemperatur zugegeben werden, sollte die Zugabe, um eine ausreichende Wirkung zu entfalten, jeweils 0,05 Gew.% nicht unterschreiten.
- Insgesamt sollte der Summengehalt aus Mangan, Nickel und Kupfer einen Wert von 1,0 Gew.%, besser 2,0 Gew.%, optimal 3,0 Gew.% nicht unterschreiten.
- Während Nickel allgemein einen sehr starken Einfluss auf die Umwandlungstemperaturen hat aber recht teuer ist, reduziert Kupfer insbesondere in hoch aluminiumhaltigem Stahl die Umwandlungstemperaturen deutlich und ist relativ kostengünstig. Optimal ist die Zugabe von Cu in Kombination mit Ni, um so kupferbedingte Oberflächenfehler wie eventuell auftretende Warmbrüchigkeit zu vermeiden.
- Erreicht wird die sehr geringe Verzunderungsneigung des Werkstoffs bei Erwärmung dadurch, dass der erfindungsgemäße Stahl mit 0,5 % bis 3,0 Gew.% einen gegenüber bekannten Vergütungsstählen überhöhten Anteil am sauerstoffaffinen Element Aluminium hat und zusätzlich optional erhöhe Gehalte der ebenfalls sauerstoffaffinen Elemente Silizium und/oder Chrom aufweist.
- Um eine ausreichende Wirkung zu erzielen, sollte insgesamt der Summengehalt an Aluminium, Silizium und Chrom wenigstens 1,0 Gew.%, besser 2,0 Gew.%, optimal 3,0 Gew. % betragen.
- Überraschend hat sich bei Versuchen herausgestellt, dass sich bei der Erwärmung auf Umform- oder Härtetemperatur in einer geeigneten Ofenatmosphäre auf der Oberfläche des erwärmten Vorproduktes insbesondere eine dichte Schicht aus Al2O3 ausbildet, die eine Verzunderung des Eisens im Stahl wirksam verringert bzw. sogar vollständig hemmt. Bei einer üblichen Erwärmung in einer für Eisen nicht oxidierenden Atmosphäre wirkt die Al2O3-Schicht Zunderhemmend während des Transfers der Platine an Umgebungsatmosphäre vom Ofen in die Presse.
- Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass für eine möglichst homogene Oxidschicht und einen guten Verzunderungsschutz eine geeignete Glühatmosphäre vorhanden sein muss..
- Der erfindungsgemäße Vergütungsstahl weist somit einen intrinsischen Verzunderungsschutz auf, der eine zusätzliche Beschichtung als Verzunderungsschutz oder eine nachträgliche Zunderentfernung vor der Weiterverarbeitung überflüssig macht.
- Erfindungsgemäß werden dem Vergütungsstahl Titan in Gehalten von 0,010 - ≤ 0,050% und Bor in Gehalten von 0,0015 - ≤ 0,0040% zugegeben.
- Das Element Bor bewirkt eine Verbesserung der Härtbarkeit des Stahls durch eine vorteilhafte Verschiebung der relevanten Umwandlungspunkte. Dies wird durch Zugabe von Titan zusätzlich gefördert, indem der im Stahl vorhandene Stickstoff zu Titannitriden abgebunden wird. Auf diese Weise werden Bornitridausscheidungen vermieden und die Wirksamkeit des zugegebenen Bors verbessert.
- Versuche haben gezeigt, dass die Ausbildung einer die Verzunderung hemmenden Schicht auf der Werkstückoberfläche signifikant durch die Glühatmosphäre während der Erwärmung beeinflusst werden kann. Bei den Versuchen hat sich außerdem gezeigt, dass sich bei zu viel Sauerstoff bzw. Feuchte in der Ofenatmosphäre vermehrt Manganoxide aus dem im Stahl enthaltenen Mn bilden, die nur einen unzureichenden Verzunderungsschutz bieten.
- Zur Ausbildung einer die Verzunderung hemmenden Schicht aus Aluminium, Silizium und Chrom-Oxiden im Zuge der Erwärmung auf Härte- bzw. Umformtemperatur hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, den Sauerstoffgehalt bzw. den Feuchtegehalt in einer stickstoffhaltigen Ofenatmosphäre, die optional auch Wasserstoff, Kohlenmonoxid und Kohlendioxid enthalten kann, soweit herabzusetzen, dass der Taupunkt vorteilhaft unter 0°C liegt, da bei geringen Sauerstoffgehalten bzw niedrigen Taupunkten die im Vergleich zu Mangan sauerstoffaffineren Elemente wie Aluminium oder Silizium oder Chrom verstärkt an der Werkstückoberfläche oxidieren und Oxidfilme bilden.
- Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Taupunkt auf unter -10°C oder sogar unter -20°C oder sogar unter -30°C abgesenkt wird, damit sich eine stabile und dichte Schicht aus vorteilhaften Aluminium-Oxiden ausbildet und optional auch Silizium- und Chrom-Oxide auf der Oberfläche des erwärmten Vorproduktes entstehen. Die Absenkung des Taupunktes wird dabei vorteilhaft durch Einsatz von Stickstoff mit einem entsprechend niedrigen Feuchtegehalt erreicht.
- Es ist bekannt, dass bei erhöhten Gehalten an Aluminium oder Silizium über 2,0 Gew.% das Vergießen mit den bekannten Verfahren (Stranggießen, Dünnbrammengießen) durch auftretende Makroseigerungen, Gießpulvereinschlüsse oder Biegungen des Stranges während der Erstarrung erschwert werden kann.
- In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist daher vorgesehen, dass die Erzeugung von Stahlband mit der erfindungsgemäßen Legierungszusammensetzung vorteilhaft auf einer beispielsweise aus der
DE10 2004 062 636 A1 bekannten horizontalen Bandgießanlage erfolgt, bei der Makroseigerungen und Lunker aufgrund sehr homogener Abkühlbedingungen weitgehend vermieden werden. - Da bei diesen Anlagen kein Gießpulver verwendet wird, entfällt die Gießpulverproblematik ebenfalls.
- Verfahrenstechnisch wird für den Bandgießprozess vorgeschlagen, dass die Schmelze in einer horizontalen Bandgießanlage strömungsberuhigt und biegefrei zu einem Vorband im Bereich zwischen 6 und 30 mm vergossen und anschließend zu Warmband mit einem Umformgrad von mindestens 50% gewalzt wird.
- Die Strömungsberuhigung ist dadurch zu erreichen, dass eine ein synchron oder mit optimaler Relativgeschwindigkeit zum Band mitlaufendes Feld erzeugende mitlaufende elektromagnetische Bremse eingesetzt wird, die dafür sorgt, dass im Idealfall die Geschwindigkeit des Schmelzenzulaufs gleich der Geschwindigkeit des umlaufenden Förderbandes ist. Die als nachteilig angesehene Biegung des erstarrenden Vorbandes wird dadurch vermieden, dass die Unterseite des die Schmelze aufnehmenden Gießbandes sich auf einer Vielzahl von nebeneinander liegenden Rollen abstützt. Verstärkt wird die Abstützung in der Weise, dass im Bereich des Gießbandes ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, so dass das Gießband fest auf die Rollen gedrückt wird
Um die benötigten Bedingungen während der kritischen Phase der Erstarrung aufrecht zu erhalten, wird die Länge des Förderbandes so gewählt, dass am Ende des Förderbandes vor dessen Umlenkung das Vorband weitestgehend durcherstarrt ist. - Am Ende des Förderbandes schließt sich eine Homogenisierungszone an, die für einen Temperaturausgleich und möglichen Spannungsabbau im Vorband genutzt wird.
- Das Walzen des Vorbandes zu Warmband kann entweder in-line oder separat off-line erfolgen. Vor dem off-line-Walzen kann das Vorband nach der Herstellung vor dem Abkühlen entweder direkt warm gehaspelt oder zu Tafeln geschnitten werden. Das Band- oder Tafelmaterial wird dann nach einer eventuellen Abkühlung wiedererwärmt und für das off-line-Walzen abgewickelt bzw. als Tafel wiedererwärmt und gewalzt.
- In der im Anhang gezeigten einzigen Figur ist schematisch ein erfindungsgemäßer Verfahrensablauf für die Bedingung Gießgeschwindigkeit = Walzgeschwindigkeit dargestellt.
- Dem Warmwalzprozess vorgeschaltet ist das Gießverfahren mit einer horizontalen Bandgießanlage 1, bestehend aus einem umlaufenden Förderband 2 und zwei Umlenkrollen 3, 3'. Zu erkennen ist auch eine Seitenabdichtung 4, die verhindert, dass die aufgegebene Schmelze 5 rechts und links vom Förderband 2 herunterfließen kann. Die Schmelze 5 wird mittels einer Pfanne 6 an die Bandgießanlage 1 transportiert und fließt durch eine im Boden der Pfanne vorgesehene Öffnung 7 in ein Zulaufgefäß 8. Dieses Zulaufgefäß 8 ist wie ein Überlaufgefäß ausgebildet.
- Nicht dargestellt sind die Einrichtungen zur intensiven Kühlung der Unterseite des Obertrums des Förderbandes 2 sowie die vollständige Einhausung der Bandgießanlage 1 mit entsprechender Schutzgasatmosphäre.
- Nach Aufgabe der Schmelze 5 auf das umlaufende Förderband 2 kommt es infolge der intensiven Kühlung zur Erstarrung und zur Bildung eines Vorbandes 9, das am Ende des Förderbandes 2 weitestgehend durcherstarrt ist.
- Zum Temperaturausgleich und Spannungsabbau schließt sich an die Bandgießanlage 1 eine Homogenisierungszone 10 an. Diese besteht aus einer wärmegedämmten Einhausung 11 und einem hier nicht dargestellten Rollgang.
- Das dann nachfolgende erste Gerüst 12 ist entweder nur als reines Treiberaggregat ggf. mit einem geringen Anstich oder als Walzenaggregat mit einem vorgegebenen Anstich ausgebildet.
- Es folgt eine Zwischenerwärmung, vorteilhafterweise hier als induktive Erwärmung z. B. in Form einer Spule 13 ausgebildet. Die eigentliche Warmumformung findet in der nachfolgenden Gerüststaffel 14 statt, wobei die ersten drei Gerüste 15, 15', 15" die eigentliche Stichabnahme bewirken, während das letzte Gerüst 16 als Glättwalzwerk ausgebildet ist.
- Nach dem letzten Stich folgt eine Kühlzone 17, in der das fertige Warmband bis auf Haspeltemperatur heruntergekühlt wird.
- Zwischen Ende der Kühlstrecke 17 und Haspel 19, 19' ist eine Schere 20 angeordnet. Diese Schere 20 hat die Aufgabe, das Warmband 18 quer zu teilen, sobald einer der beiden Haspel 19, 19' vollgewickelt ist. Der Anfang des nachfolgenden Warmbandes 18 wird dann auf den zweiten frei gewordenen Haspel 19, 19' geleitet. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Bandzug über die gesamte Bandlänge aufrecht erhalten bleibt. Dies ist insbesondere bei der Erzeugung dünner Warmbänder von Bedeutung.
- Nicht dargestellt sind in der Figur die Anlagenteile zum Kaltwalzen des Warmbandes.

- Zunderarmer Vergütungsstahl mit besonderer Eignung zur Herstellung von gehärteten oder pressformgehärteten Bauteilen,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende chemische Zusammensetzung in Gew. %:C: 0,04-0,50Mn: 0,5-6,0Al: 0,5-3,0Si: 0,05-3,0Cr: 0,05-3,0Ni: weniger als 3,0Cu: weniger als 3,0Ti: 0,010- ≤ 0,050B: 0,0015 - ≤ 0,0040P: weniger als 0,10S: weniger als 0,05N: weniger als 0,020Rest Eisen und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen. - Zunderarmer Vergütungsstahl nach Anspruch 1 mit

dass die Atmosphäre einen Taupunkt von unter 0°C aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,

dass die Atmosphäre einen Taupunkt von unter -10°C aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Atmosphäre einen Taupunkt von unter -20°C aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Atmosphäre einen Taupunkt von unter -30°C aufweist. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Erwärmung auf Austentisierungstemperatur induktiv, konduktiv oder mittels Strahlung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass als Vorprodukt ein warm- oder kaltgewalztes Blech oder ein Rohr verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Rohr ein nahtlos warmgewalztes oder ein aus Warmband hergestelltes geschweißtes Rohr ist. - Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Warmbandes aus einem Stahl nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, bei dem eine Schmelze zu einem Vorband vergossen und dieses anschließend zu einem Warmband gewalzt wird
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schmelze in einer horizontalen Bandgießanlage strömungsberuhigt und biegefrei zu einem Vorband im Bereich zwischen 6 und 30 mm vergossen und anschließend zu Warmband mit einem Umformgrad von mindestens 50% gewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Geschwindigkeit des Schmelzenzulaufs gleich der Geschwindigkeit des umlaufenden Förderbandes ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 und 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass für alle Flächenbereiche der mit Beginn der Erstarrung sich bildenden Strangschale eines sich über die Breite des Förderbandes erstreckenden Streifens etwa gleiche Abkühlbedingungen gegeben sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die auf das Förderband aufgegebene Schmelze am Ende des Förderbandes weitestgehend durcherstarrt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass nach der Durcherstarrung und vor Beginn der Weiterbehandlung das Vorband eine Homogenisierungszone durchläuft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Weiterbehandlung ein Abtafeln des Vorbandes ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass nach dem Abtafeln die Tafeln auf Walztemperatur erwärmt und anschließend gewalzt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Weiterbehandlung ein Aufcoilen des Vorbandes ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Vorband nach dem Aufcoilen entcoilt wird, auf Walztemperatur erwärmt und anschließend gewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Vorband vor dem Entcoilen wiedererwärmt wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Vorband in-line dem Walzprozess unterworfen und danach aufgecoilt wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Umformgrad beim Warmwalzen >70 % ist. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Umformgrad beim Warmwalzen >90 % ist. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Warmband nach der Abkühlung kaltgewalzt wird.
