Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les articles de linge (10) suspendus aux supports (34) sont déplacés par le système de transport (16) le long d'une station de contrôle ou à travers celle-ci, de préférence les articles de linge (10) suspendus aux supports (34) sont scannés individuellement au niveau de la station de contrôle pour détecter des dommages ou des défauts des articles de linge (10) et/ou des corps étrangers présents dans les articles de linge (10).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, une fois triés, les articles de linge (10) sont transportés par un système de transport (16) dans les sections de stockage (19) d'un dispositif de tri en ce que des articles de linge (10) répondant aux mêmes critères de tri sont transportés dans la même section de stockage (19) et les articles de linge (10) qui ne répondent à aucun critère de tri des sections de stockage (19) sont tout d'abord stockés temporairement dans une section de stockage temporaire (29).
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, après qu'au moins une section de stockage (19) a été libérée, les articles de linge (11) qui ont été stockés temporairement, sont acheminés vers l'au moins une section de stockage libre (19) et les articles de linge (10) répondant au même critère de tri sont introduits triés dans la section de stockage (19) en question.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque section de stockage (19) est associée, de préférence temporairement, à un type de traitement défini, par exemple un programme de lavage ou un traitement de finition, et de préférence le type de traitement, qui est associé à la section de stockage (19) respective, peut être modifié, une fois que cette section de stockage (19) a été vidée, en un type de traitement destiné à au moins certains articles de linge (10) se trouvant dans la section de stockage temporaire (29) pour acheminer les articles de linge (10) triés de la section de stockage temporaire (29) à au moins une section de stockage (19), répondant à son critère de tri, du dispositif de stockage (18).
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le poids de tous les articles de linge (11) se trouvant dans la section de stockage (19) respective est déterminé.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque les articles de linge (10) sont associés de manière triée à la section de stockage (19) correspondante, les poids des articles de linge (10) s'ajoutent et le poids total de tous les articles de linge (10) d'un lot de linge (11) se trouvant dans la section de stockage (19) respective est ainsi déterminé, le poids de l'article de linge (10) étant de préférence lu dans une mémoire de données du support (34) portant l'article de linge (10).
