Claims (18)
- Betonmischer, umfassend:- ein Gestell (1)- einen konischen Bottich (10), der im oberen Teil geschlossen ist,- eine Entleerungsvorrichtung (13) im unteren Teil, umfassend eine untere Öffnung (130) des Bottichs und einen Verschluss (131), der imstande ist, von einer geschlossenen Position in eine Entleerungsposition überzugehen,- Mischwerkzeuge (20) in dem konischen Bottich (10), umfassend eine Schneckenschraube (21), die sich entsprechend der Höhe des Bottichs erstreckt und mindestens einen Abstreifer (22, 22'), der dazu bestimmt ist, die konische Wand des Bottichs (10) abzuschaben,- Einrichtungen zur gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen dem konischen Bottich (10) und dem Gestell (1), die imstande sind, die Drehung des konischen Bottichs um seine Achse zu ermöglichen,- Antriebseinrichtungen, die imstande sind, den konischen Bottich (10) in
eine Drehbewegung zu versetzen,
und wobei die Mischwerkzeuge (20) in Bezug auf das Gestell (1) an festen Positionen angeordnet sind,
und wobei:- die Mischwerkzeuge (20) in dem konischen Bottich (10), die fest mit dem Gestell (1) verbunden sind, neben der Schneckenschraube (21) und dem mindestens einen Abstreifer (22) ein schnelles Mischwerkzeug (23) umfassen, das eine Drehwelle (25) umfasst, an deren Ende ein Mischende (24) angeordnet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, das Stoffgemisch in dem Bottich zu homogenisieren,- ein Motor/Getriebemotor (26) des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) konfiguriert ist, um den Drehantrieb des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 150 Umdrehungen/Minute, mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer ist als die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Schneckenschraube (21), die im Bereich zwischen 50 Umdrehungen/Minute und 100 Umdrehungen/Minute liegt, zu ermöglichen,- die Schneckenschraube (21), das schnelle Mischwerkzeug (23) und der mindestens eine Abstreifer (22, 22') winkelförmig um die Achse des konischen Bottichs (10) herum verteilt sind und derart in dem Bottich angeordnet sind, dass beim Vermischen mindestens während eines gegebenen Zeitraums der konische Bottich (10) entsprechend der Richtung - Schneckenschraube (21), schnelles Mischwerkzeug (23) und Abstreifer (22, 22') drehend angetrieben werden kann und die Schneckenschraube (21) gleichzeitig derart drehend angetrieben wird, dass die Stoffe nach oben transportiert werden,
und derart, dass bei einer Drehung des Bottichs, der Stoff nacheinander der Wirkung der Schneckenschraube (21), die den Stoff nach oben transportiert, der Wirkung des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23), auf das der Stoff fällt, der durch die Schneckenschraube nach oben transportiert wurde, und der Wirkung des Abstreifers oder der Abstreifer (22, 22'), die den Bottich (10) unterhalb des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs reinigen, unterzogen wird,
und wobei der Mischer Einrichtungen zum Abwechseln der Drehrichtung des Bottichs (10) umfasst. - Betonmischer, umfassend:- ein Gestell (1)- einen konischen Bottich (10), der im oberen Teil geschlossen ist,- eine Entleerungsvorrichtung (13) im unteren Teil, umfassend eine untere Öffnung (130) des Bottichs und einen Verschluss (131), der imstande ist, von einer geschlossenen Position in eine Entleerungsposition überzugehen,- Mischwerkzeuge (20) innerhalb des konischen Bottichs (10), die einen Rotor (21'), der sich entsprechend der Höhe des Bottichs erstreckt, der unterschiedliche Schaufeln (27) aufweist, die in Höhe und auf dem Umfang des Rotors angeordnet und derart geneigt sind, dass sie es ermöglichen, die Stoffe ähnlich wie eine Schneckenschraube nach oben zu transportieren, und mindestens einen Abstreifer (22, 22') umfassen, der dazu bestimmt ist, die konische Wand des Bottichs (10) abzuschaben,- Einrichtungen zur gelenkigen Verbindung zwischen dem konischen Bottich (10) und dem Gestell (1), die imstande sind, die Drehung des konischen Bottichs um seine Achse zu ermöglichen,- Antriebseinrichtungen, die imstande sind, den konischen Bottich (10) in Drehbewegung zu versetzen,
und wobei die Mischwerkzeuge (20) in Bezug auf das Gestell (1) an festen Positionen angeordnet sind,
und wobei:- die Mischwerkzeuge (20) innerhalb des konischen Bottichs (10), die fest mit dem Gestell (1) verbunden sind, neben dem Rotor (21') und dem mindestens einen Abstreifer (22) ein schnelles Mischwerkzeug (23) umfassen, das eine Drehwelle (25) umfasst, an deren Ende ein Mischende (24) angeordnet ist, das dazu bestimmt ist, das Stoffgemisch in dem Bottich zu homogenisieren,- ein Motor/Getriebemotor (26) des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) konfiguriert ist, um den Drehantrieb des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mehr als 150 Umdrehungen/Minute, mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer ist als die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Rotors (21'), die im Bereich zwischen 50 Umdrehungen/Minute und 100 Umdrehungen/Minute liegt, zu ermöglichen,- der Rotor (21'), das schnelle Mischwerkzeug (23) und der mindestens eine Abstreifer (22, 22') winkelig um die Achse des konischen Bottichs (10) herum verteilt sind und derart in dem Bottich angeordnet sind, dass beim Vermischen mindestens während eines gegebenen Zeitraums der konische Bottich (10) drehend gemäß der Richtung - Rotor (21'), schnelles Mischwerkzeug (23) und Abstreifer (22, 22') angetrieben werden kann und der Rotor (21') gleichzeitig derart drehend angetrieben wird, dass die Stoffe nach oben transportiert werden,
und derart, dass bei einer Drehung des Bottichs, der Stoff nacheinander der Wirkung des Rotors (21'), die den Stoff nach oben transportiert, der Wirkung des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23), auf das der Stoff fällt, der durch den Rotor (21') nach oben transportiert wurde, und der Wirkung des Abstreifers oder der Abstreifer (22, 22'), die den Bottich (10) unterhalb des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs reinigen, unterzogen wird,
und wobei der Mischer Einrichtungen zum Abwechseln der Drehrichtung des Bottichs (10) umfasst. - Mischer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Drehrichtung der Schneckenschraube (21) oder des Rotors (21'), die das Nachobentransportieren von Produkten hervorrufen einerseits, und die Drehrichtung des konischen Bottichs (10) entsprechend der Richtung der Werkzeuge, mit denen das Gemisch bearbeitet wird, nämlich der Richtung - Schneckenschraube (21)/Rotor (21') - der mindestens eine Abstreifer (22) - schnelles Mischwerkzeug (23) andererseits, ähnlich sind.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das schnelle Mischwerkzeug das Mischende (24) umfasst, das in unmittelbarer Nähe des unteren Teils der konischen Wand des Bottichs (10) und des Verschlusses (131), in der Verschlussposition des Verschlusses, positioniert ist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Mischende (24) des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) aus einem flachen Element besteht, wobei die Drehachse des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) in der Ebene des flachen Elements verläuft.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, wobei das flache Element in Bezug auf die Drehachse des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) symmetrisch ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 6, wobei das flache Element des Mischendes die Form eines umkehrten "A" aufweist, das in der Achse der Drehwelle (25) des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) positioniert ist, wobei die Drehwelle (25) starr mit dem horizontalen Schenkel des "A" des flachen Elements verbunden ist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der mindestens eine Abstreifer (22, 22') einen unteren Abstreifer (22) und einen oberen Abstreifer (22') umfasst, die um die Achse des Bottichs winkelversetzt sind, angeordnet jeweils teilweise in Höhe des konischen Bottichs (10), die imstande sind, die Wand des konischen Bottichs (10), jeweils auf dem unteren Teil (12) und dem oberen Teil (11) des konischen Bottichs (10) abzuschaben.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der mindestens eine Abstreifer (22, 22'), gegebenenfalls der untere Abstreifer (22), es ermöglicht, neben der konischen Wand des Bottichs die Wand des Verschlusses (131) abzuschaben.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, der eine Stoffzufuhröffnung (7) in der Mitte des oberen Teils des konischen Bottichs (10) aufweist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, der Schwenkeinrichtungen zwischen dem Verschluss (131) und seinem Träger aufweist, wobei die Schwenkeinrichtungen eine Drehachse aufweisen, die zur Drehachse des konischen Bottichs (10) in Verschlussposition des Verschlusses derart koaxial ist, dass sich der Verschluss (131) mit dem Bottich in Verschlussposition des Verschlusses (131) fest verbunden dreht.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 11, wobei es ein Zylinder (132) ermöglicht, den Verschluss (131) von der Verschlussposition in eine abgehobene Position entsprechend einer parallel zur Achse des konischen Bottichs (20) verlaufenden Richtung translational zu verschieben, wobei die Verschluss/Zylinder-Einheit fest mit einem Arm (134) verbunden ist, der beweglich auf dem Gestell befestigt ist, um den Verschluss vollständig in die Entleerungsposition abzuklappen.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die Entleerungsvorrichtung (13) einen Ring (136) umfasst, der auf dem konischen Bottich in Höhe der unteren Öffnung (130) abnehmbar befestigt ist, der einen Sitz für den Verschluss (131) in Verschlussposition bildet und die Dichte zwischen dem Verschluss (131) und der konische Bottich (10) gewährleistet.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 13, wobei die untere Wand des Bottichs von einer keramischen Verschalung (15) bedeckt ist, wobei es der Ring (136) ermöglicht, den Totraum zwischen der Verschalung (15) des konischen Bottichs (10) und dem Verschluss (131) in Verschlussposition zu beseitigen.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Verschluss und seinem Träger Elastomerelemente (133) umfasst, um ein Achsversatz des Verschlusses (131) zu ermöglichen.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, umfassend Einrichtungen zur Zuführung von Flüssigkeit in den Bottich, die angeordnet sind, um die Flüssigkeiten direkt in Höhe des schnellen Mischwerkzeugs (23) einzuführen.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, wobei die Drehachse des Bottichs in Bezug auf die Vertikale geneigt ist, bevorzugt derart, dass eine Mantellinie des konischen Bottichs (10) im Wesentlichen vertikal ist.
- Verwendung eines Mischers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 zum Mischen von Beton.
