Claims (11)

  1. Mischer (1) mit unbeweglichem Behälter, insbesondere vorgesehen zum Mischen von feuchten oder trockenen Komponenten, zum Beispiel Zement oder Kieselsand für die Herstellung von Beton, umfassend :
    - einen unbeweglichen Behälter (2), in den die verschiedenen zu mischenden Komponente eingebracht sind,
    - wenigstens ein Rührwerk (3), das eine Antriebswelle (9) und wenigstens einen mit Schaufeln (5) ausgestatteten Mischarm (4) aufweist, vorgesehen, um die im Behälter (2) vorhandenen zu mischenden Komponente zu rühren, wobei das Rührwerk (3) durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung (30) in einfache oder komplexe Drehung versetzt sei,
    - die besagte Antriebswelle (9) und ihr Achskopf (10) zumindest teilweise im Innern des Behälters (2) vorspringen, wobei der Eingang der Welle (9) mit der Antriebsvorrichtung (30) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Ausgang der Welle (9) unmittelbar oder mittelbar mit dem besagten wenigstens einen Mischarm (4) fest verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rührwerk (3) außerdem einen Topf (13) aufweist, der mit der besagten Antriebswelle (9) fest verbunden ist und mit ihr drehend ist, wobei der besagte Topf (13) eine wasserdichte Haube bildet, vorgesehen, um die besagte Welle (9) und ihren Achskopf (10) im Behälter (2) zu bedecken, um sie zu schützen.
  2. Mischer (1) nach Anspruch 1, in dem der Mischer (1) eine oder mehrere Düsen (70) zum Einspritzen von Flüssigkeit unter Druck aufweist, die hinsichtlich des Behälters (2) unbeweglich sind und für die Reinigung des Rührwerks (3), einschließlich des Topfes (13), vorgesehen sind, wenn das besagte Rührwerk in eine Drehbewegung nämlich zur Entfernung von zusammengeballten pulvrigen Materialien angetrieben ist.
  3. Mischer (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in dem der Achskopf (10) der Antriebswelle (9) des Rührwerks (3) durch ein röhrenförmiges Bauelement (40) gebildet ist, das einen Absatz (41) im Bereich des einen von seinen Enden für seine Befestigung auf der einen von den inneren Wänden des Behälters (2) aufweist, und dessen innere Durchmesser ein Käfig für die Aufnahme von einem oder mehreren Lagern (42) bildet, die vorgesehen sind, um die Führung der besagten Antriebswelle (9) zu sichern.
  4. Mischer (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, in dem der Käfig (2) eine Bodenwand, zumindest eine seitliche Wand und eine obere Wand aufweist, die zumindest teilweise die Bodenwand bedeckt, wobei das Rührwerk (3) von der oberen Wand ab nach unten vorspringt, um die in dem Behälter (2) enthaltenen Komponente zu rühren.
  5. Mischer nach Anspruch 4, in dem der Topf (13) einen Träger für den Mischarm oder die Mischarme (4) des Rührwerks (3) bildet.
  6. Mischer nach Anspruch 5, in dem der Mischarm oder die Mischarme (4) des Rührwerks (3) radial an der seitlichen Wand (14) des Topfs (13) oberhalb des Bereichs des unteren Endes der Antriebswelle (9) befestigt sind.
  7. Mischer nach Anspruch 5, in dem das Rührwerk (3) mehrere sternförmig verteilte Mischarme (4) aufweist.
  8. Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, in dem der obere freie Rand des Topfes (13) und die eine von den inneren Wänden des Behälters (2) durch eine Drehverbindung (15) verbunden sind.
  9. Mischer nach Anspruch 8, in dem die Drehverbindung (15) durch einen Felgenbauteil (16) gebildet ist, der um die Antriebswelle (9) angeordnet und auf einer der inneren Wände des Behälters (2) befestigt ist, wobei der besagte Felgenbauteil (16) einen kreisförmigen inneren Ansatz (17) aufweist, vorgesehen, um in Drehung eng mit einem kreisförmigen äußeren Ansatz (18) des oberen freien Randes des besagten Topfs (13) auf solche Art und Weise zusammenzuwirken, um eine Prallplatte (19) für die Flüssigkeiten zu bilden.
  10. Mischer nach Anspruch 9, in dem die Drehverbindung (15) eine röhrenförmige biegsame Dichtung (20) aufweist, deren innere Durchmesser die besagte Prallplatte (19) bedeckt.
  11. Mischer (1) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, in dem der Behälter zylindrisch ist, wobei das besagte Rührwerk (3) aussermittig hinsichtlich der Symmetrieachse (6) des Behälters verstellt sei, wobei die Antriebsvorrichtung erlaubt, das Rührwerk (3) in eine komplexe epizykloidische Rotationsbewegung zu bringen, und in dem :
    - die Antriebsvorrichtung durch einen Zahnkranz (7) und ein Zahnrad (8) gebildet ist,
    - der Zahnkranz (7) in Drehung beweglich und geeignet ist, um dem Rührwerk (3) als Träger zu dienen zum Versetzen des besagten Rührwerks in Drehung im Behälter (2), wobei das besagte zumindest ein Rührwerk (3) frei in Drehung um sich selbst unmittelbar oder mittelbar auf dem besagten Zahnkranz (7) gelagert sei,
    - das besagte Rad (8) unbeweglich und koaxial zu dem besagten Zahnkranz (7) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Rührwerk (3) ein Aufnahmezahnrad (12) aufweist, das um das besagte Rad herum eingreift, wobei das so vom Zahnrad erhaltene Drehmoment einen Antrieb in Drehung des Rührwerks (3) um sich selbst verursacht.
