Claims (11)
- Feststehender Mischer, insbesondere vorgesehen zum Mischen von feuchten oder trockenen Komponenten, zum Beispiel Zement, Kieselsand oder dergleichen für die Herstellung von Beton, umfassend:- einen feststehenden Behälter, in den die verschiedenen zu mischenden Komponente eingebracht sind,- wenigstens ein Rührwerk, aufweisend eine Welle, dIE mit Schaufel(n) ausgestattet ist, vorgesehen, um die im Behälter (2) vorhandenen zu mischenden Komponente zu rühren, wobei das Rührwerk in einfache oder komplexe Drehung durch eine Antriebsvorrichtung versetzt sei, die wenigstens eine Drehplatte umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mischer einen Träger (1) aufweist, der mit der besagten Drehplatte (2) des Mischers verbunden ist, umfassend der besagte Träger (1)- ein Gehäuse (3) mit nicht geschlossenem Umriss, das zwei Endränder (4, 5) aufweist,- eine Platte (7) mit Abmessungen, die der Öffnung entsprechen, welche die Endränder (4, 5) trennt, der im Bereich seiner Seiten mit den besagten Endrändern auf solche Art und Weise verbunden ist, um mit dem besagten Gehäuse (3) einen Hohlkörper mit geschlossenem Umriss zu bilden,- wobei die besagte Platte (7) eine innere Seite (8) und eine äußere Seite (9) aufweist, die entsprechend auf die Innen- bzw. auf die Außenseite des Hohlkörpers gerichtet sind, erlaubend die besagte Platte wenigstens die Befestigung, einerseits, der Mittel (10) zum Einspritzen von Flüssigkeit unter Druck, die in dem Hohlkörper angeordnet und mit der besagten inneren Seite (8) verbunden sind, und, andererseits, eines mit Schaufel(n) ausgestatteten Mischarmes (11), der mit der besagten äußeren Seite (9) verbunden ist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1, in dem:- das Gehäuse (3) zylindrisch ist, erhalten folgend einer Drehung insbesondere von etwa 250°, wobei die beiden Endränder (4, 5) parallel zu der Drehachse des Gehäuses seien,- die Platte (7) rechteckig ist mit einer Länge, die gleich groß oder etwas größer ist als die Entfernung, die die Endränder (4, 5) trennt, mit einer Breite, die im Wesentlichen der Höhe des zylindrischen Gehäuses (3) entspricht.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2, in dem ein Ring (12) das Zentrieren und die Befestigung des Hohlkörpers (3, 7) an der Drehscheibe (2) des Mischers erlaubt, wobei der besagte Ring (12) einen entsprechend dem Innenprofil des Hohlkörpers dimensionierten und angepassten Außenumriss mit einem kreisförmigen Teil (13), vorgesehen, um eng mit dem inneren Durchmesser des zylindrischen Gehäuses (3) zusammenzuwirken, und einem geraden Teil (14) aufweist, vorgesehen, um eng mit der rechteckigen Platte (7) zusammenzuwirken.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 3, in dem der Ring (12) nicht geschlossen ist und einen Durchlass (16) für eine Leitung zum Speisen der Spritzmittel (10) mit einer Flüssigkeit aufweist.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, in dem der Träger (1) eine starre ringförmige Leitung (17) auf dem inneren Durchmesser des zylindrischen Gehäuses (3) aufweist.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 5, in dem die starre Leitung (17) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei eine senkrechte Doppelwand, einerseits, durch die innere Wand des zylindrischen Gehäuses (3), und, andererseits, durch ein koaxiales zylindrisches Stück (18) mit kleinerem Durchmesser gebildet sei, wobei die waagerechte Doppelwand durch zwei kreisförmige Flachstreifen (19) gebildet sei, die wasserdicht mit den vertikalen Wänden geschweißt sind.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 6, in dem die starre Leitung (17) einen oberen Rand (20) aufweist, in welchem eine Eintrittsöffnung (21) für Flüssigkeit gebildet ist, wobei der Träger (1) außerdem ein Verbindungselement (22) für eine insbesondere biegsame Rohrleitung aufweist, abstützend um die Öffnung (21) herum, zumindest an dem besagten oberen Rand (20).
- Mischer nach Anspruch 7, in dem das Verbindungselement (22) folgendes aufweist:- eine obere Ausbohrung (23), vorgesehen, um mit dem Ende der besagten Rohrleitung in Eingriff gebracht zu werden,- einen Austritt (24) für Flüssigkeit, der gegenüber der Eintrittsöffnung (21) der starren Leitung (17) befindlich ist,- eine innere Ausnehmung (25), verbindend die obere Ausbohrung (23) und den Austritt (24).
- Mischer nach Anspruch 8, in dem das Verbindungselement außerdem Folgendes aufweist:- eine obere Fläche, in welcher die obere Ausbohrung (23) ausgeführt ist,- eine Rückfläche, die zu der inneren Ausnehmung (25) offen ist,- zwei seitliche Flächen (26, 27) im Allgemeinen mit der Form eines rechtwinkligen Trapezes, aufweisend zwei freie Ränder (28, 29) im Bereich der Rückfläche, die vorgesehen sind, um wasserdicht an der inneren Wand des zylindrischen Gehäuses (3) geschweißt zu werden,- eine untere Fläche, in welcher der Austritt (24) vorgesehen ist, aufweisend einen U-förmigen Rand (30), vorgesehen, um an dem oberen Rand (20) der starren Leitung (17) wasserdicht geschweißt zu werden.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, in dem der Träger außerdem die Befestigung einer Sonde zum Messen der Temperatur erlaubt.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 10, in dem die Sonde mit dem unteren Ende eines Armes (31) verbunden ist, der nach unten in den Behälter vorspringt, und in dem das obere Ende des Armes (31) unmittelbar oder mittelbar mit der inneren Seite (8) des rechteckigen Tellers (7) verbunden ist.
