Abstract

The mixer with fixed drum to mix wet or dry components such as cement and silica sand for obtaining concrete, comprises a mixing axle having a shaft with blades to stir the components present in the drum, a support (1) subjected to the rotatable plate of the mixer, and a ring element allows centering and fixing of hollow bodies with the rotatable plate of the mixer. The mixing axle is led into simple or complex rotation by a device having a rotatable plate. The support comprises a cylindrical casing element (3) of uncovered contour having two terminal edges. The ring element has an external contour, which is dimensioned and adjusted with an internal profile of the hollow bodies with a circular part closely with an internal diameter of the cylindrical casing element and straight part for cooperating closely with the rectangular plate. The ring element is not closed, and has a passage for supplying a fluid through a conduit of projection device. The support has a rectangular rigid duct on the internal diameter of the cylindrical casing element, and a double vertical wall of which a part is formed by an internal wall of the cylindrical casing element and by a coaxial cylindrical part of small diameter. A horizontal double wall of the support is formed by two circular flat strips welded and sealed with vertical walls. The rigid duct has an upper edge on which a fluid inlet opening is formed. The support presents in a connection element for flexible tubular conduit. The connection element comprises a top bore fixed with a tubular conduit end, an outlet for fluid positioning on the inlet opening of the rigid duct, an inner recess connecting the top bore and the outlet, an upper side in which top bore is formed, a rear side opened in the inner recess, two lateral sides in rectangular trapeze form with two free edges at the rear side to be welded and sealed on the internal wall of the cylindrical casing element, and a lower surface in which outlet is made, where the outlet has a U-shaped edge to be welded and sealed to an upper edge of rigid duct. The probe is subjected to a lower end of an arm making downwards projection in the drum, and an upper end of the arm is subjected directly or indirectly to an inner side of the rectangular plate.

  • au moins un dispositif pour la projection d'un fluide sous pression permettant le nettoyage de la cuve fixe, présentant au moins une buse également assujettie au plateau tournant permettant d'asperger dynamiquement toute la circonférence de la cuve.

Claims (11)

  1. A kneader with a fixed vessel, in particular intended for the mixture of humid or dry components, for instance, cement, silica sand or other, for obtaining concrete, including:
    - a fixed vessel wherein the different components to be kneaded are introduced,
    - at least one kneading rack, exhibiting a shaft fitted with blade(s), intended for stirring the mixture components present in the vessel (2), wherein the kneading rack is driven into rotation, simple or complex rotation, by a driving device including at least one revolving platen, characterised in that the kneader exhibits a bracket (1), slaved to said revolving platen (2) of the kneader, said bracket (1) including :
    - a casing element (3), whose periphery is not closed, exhibiting two terminal edges (4,5),
    - a plate (7), of dimensions corresponding to the opening between the terminal edges (4, 5), slaved at its sides to said terminal edges so as to form with said casing element (3) a hollow body with closed periphery,
    - said plate (7) exhibiting an internal face (8) and an external face (9) respectively turned inwardly and outwardly from the hollow body, said plate enabling the attachment at least, on the one hand, of means (10) for projecting a pressurised fluid, housed in the hollow body and slaved to said internal face (8) and, on the other hand, of an arm (11) fitted with blades (s), slaved to said external face (9).
  2. A kneader according to claim 1, wherein:
    - the casing element (3) is cylindrical, obtained according to a revolution, in particular of approximately 250°, both terminal edges (4, 5) being parallel to the axis of revolution of the element,
    - the plate (7) is rectangular, whose length is equal to or slightly greater than the distance between the terminal edges (4,5), whose width is substantially equal to the height of the cylindrical casing element (3).
  3. A kneader according to claim 2, wherein a ring element (12) enables centring and fastening the hollow body (3, 7) to the revolving platen (2) of the kneader, said ring element (12) exhibiting an outer periphery sized and adjusted with the inner profile of the hollow body, with a circular portion (13), provided for co-operating tightly with the internal diameter of the cylindrical casing element (3), and a straight portion (14) provided for co-operating tightly with the rectangular plate (7).
  4. A kneader according to claim 3, wherein the ring element (12) is not closed, and exhibits a passage (16) for a supply conduit of the means (10) for projecting a fluid.
  5. A kneader according to any of the claims 2 to 4, wherein the bracket (1) exhibits an annular rigid duct (17), on the internal diameter of the cylindrical casing element (3).
  6. A kneader according to claim 5, wherein the rigid duct (17) has a rectangular cross-section, a double vertical wall being formed, on the one hand, by the internal wall of the cylindrical casing element (3) and, on the other hand, by a coaxial cylindrical part (18), of smaller diameter, the double horizontal wall being formed of two circular planar bands (19) welded tightly with the vertical walls.
  7. A kneader according to claim 6, wherein the rigid duct (17) exhibits an upper edge (20) whereon is formed an inlet opening (21) for a fluid, the bracket (1) exhibiting, moreover, a fitting element (22) for a tubular conduit, in particular a flexible conduit, bearing around the opening (21), at least on said upper edge (20).
  8. A kneader according to claim 7, wherein the fitting element (22) exhibits:
    - an upper bore (23) provided for engaging into the end of said tubular conduit,
    - an outlet (24) for fluid facing the inlet opening (21) of the rigid duct (17)
    - an inner recess (25) connecting the upper bore (23) and the outlet (24).
  9. A kneader according to claim 8, wherein the fitting element exhibits, moreover :
    - an upper face wherein is realised the upper bore (23),
    - a rear face, opened to the inner recess (25),
    - two lateral sides (26, 27) generally rectangular trapezoid in shaped, exhibiting two free edges (28,29), at the rear face, intended for being welded tightly to the inner wall of the casing element (3) cylindrical,
    - a lower face wherein is realised the outlet (24), exhibiting a U-shaped edge (30) intended for being welded tightly to the upper edge (20) of the rigid duct (17).
  10. A kneader according to any of the claims 1 to 9, wherein the bracket enables, moreover, the attachment of a temperature measuring probe.
  11. A kneader according to claim 10, wherein the probe is slaved to the lower end of an arm (31) protruding downwards in the vessel, and wherein the upper end of the arm (31) is slaved, directly or indirectly, to the internal face (8) of the rectangular plate (7).
