Claims (22)

  1. Rührdeckel (5) zum Anbringen auf einem Gefäß (1), umfassend
    - einen in seinem Zentrum senkrecht durch den Rührdeckel verlaufenden Hohlzylinder (60);
    - ein erstes Ende (62) einer Rührachse (61), die zumindest bezüglich einer Translation frei beweglich in dem Hohlzylinder (60) angebracht ist;
    - wobei das zweite Ende (63) der Rührachse (61) zumindest eine Rührschaufel (6) aufweist, die zumindest bezüglich einer Rotation um die Rührachse (61) frei beweglich ist,
    wobei der Rührdeckel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    die Rührschaufel (6) oder Rührschaufeln (6) von dem Gewicht der Rührschaufel (6) oder Rührschaufeln (6), die zur Anordnung in dem Gefäß (1) geeignet sind, wenn der Rührdeckel (5) auf dem Gefäß angebracht ist, zumindest in Rotation um die Rührachse (61) versetzt werden, wobei das dem mit der Rührachse (61) verbundenen Ende gegenüberliegende Ende der Rührschaufel (6) ein mit der Rührschaufel (6) verbundenes Gewichtselement (67) aufweist.
  2. Rührdeckel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rührschaufel mit der Rührachse (61) durch zumindest einen Ring (64) verbunden ist.
  3. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rührschaufel (6) durchbrochen ist.
  4. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rührschaufel (6) im Wesentlichen trapezförmig ist, wobei die lange Grundseite des Trapezes das an der Rührachse (61) befestigte Ende bildet.
  5. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rührschaufel (6) metallisch ist.
  6. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er außerdem ein Ausgusstüllensystem (10) mit variablem Durchfluss umfasst, der von einem Schieber geregelt ist, der durch elastische Mittel in eine Schließstellung geführt wird, und dessen Öffnungsstellung durch einen Griff eingestellt wird, der drehbar auf dem Rührdeckel der Ausgusstülle gegenüber angebracht über ein Gestänge mit dem Schieber zur gemeinsamen Bewegung verbunden ist.
  7. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgusstüllensystem (10) eine Ausgangsöffnung, ein flaches Verschlusselement (101) zum Verschließen dieser Ausgangsöffnung und Mitnahmemittel (102) für das Verschlusselement (101) zur Verschiebung auf der Öffnungsfläche der Ausgangsöffnung umfasst, wobei das flache Verschlusselement einen starren Körper umfasst, dessen Kontaktfläche mit der Öffnungsfläche der Ausgangsöffnung mit einem hydrophoben und das Gleiten des Verschlusselements (101) auf der Öffnungsfläche erleichternden Material bedeckt ist.
  8. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser des Rührdeckels (5) deutlich größer als der Durchmesser des Gefäßes (1) ist, wobei der Rührdeckel (5) eine innere Schürze umfasst, deren Außendurchmesser mit dem Innendurchmesser des Gefäßes (1) übereinstimmt, und der Rührdeckel (5) außerdem elastische Zungen umfasst, die den Halt des Rührdeckels (5) sicherstellen.
  9. Rührdeckel nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rührdeckel (5) ferner einen Greifgriff (11) aufweist.
  10. System (0) zum Rühren oder zur Konservierung von Farbe, die in zumindest einem zylindrischen Gefäß (1) enthalten ist, auf dem ein Rührdeckel (5) angebracht ist, der einen in seinem Zentrum senkrecht durch den Rührdeckel verlaufenden Hohlzylinder (60) und ein erstes Ende (62) einer Rührachse (61), die zumindest bezüglich einer Rotation und einer Translation frei beweglich in dem Hohlzylinder (60) angebracht ist, umfasst, wobei das zweite Ende (63) der Rührachse (61) zumindest eine Rührschaufel (6) aufweist, und die Rührachse (61) vom Gewicht der Rührschaufel (6) oder Rührschaufeln (6), die sich in dem Gefäß (1) befinden, wenn der Rührdeckel (5) auf dem Gefäß (1) angebracht ist, zumindest in Rotation versetzt wird,
    wobei das System außerdem zumindest eine Reihe (2x1 ; 2x2) von gleichmäßig auf zumindest einem Träger (31, 32) angeordneten zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) umfasst, wobei die zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) zueinander parallele Achsen besitzen, und zumindest eine zylindrische Walze (2a1 ; 2a2) aus zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) von einem Antriebssystem (4) um ihre Achse in Rotation versetzt ist, und der Abstand (d1, d2) zwischen zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Walzen kleiner oder gleich dem Durchmesser eines Gefäßes (1) ist, sodass die zylindrische Oberfläche des Gefäßes auf der zylindrischen Oberfläche zweier benachbarter zylindrischer Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) aufliegen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) geneigte Achsen besitzen, wobei die Rührschaufel (6) des Rührdeckels während der von den Walzen (2a1, 2b1 ; 2a2, 2b2) angetriebenen Rotation des Gefäßes (1) und des Rührdeckels (5) von ihrem Gewicht in einer vertikalen Ausrichtung gehalten wird.
  11. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebssystem (4) eine Antriebsscheibe (6), die einen Riemen (7) antreibt, umfasst, wobei das Antriebssystem (4) außerdem eine Mehrzahl von mit den zylindrischen Walzen verbundenen und von dem Riemen (7) angetriebenen Riemenscheiben (3a1, 3a2) umfasst, wobei der Riemen (7) abwechselnd auf einer rechten Seite einer ersten Riemenscheibe (3a1) einer ersten zylindrischen Walze und dann auf einer linken Seite einer zweiten Riemenscheibe (3a2) der benachbarten zylindrischen Walze in Laufrichtung (8) des Riemens (7) angeordnet ist, wobei jede der mit einer zylindrischen Walze (2a1, 2b1) verbundenen Riemenscheiben (3a1, 3b1) von einer Riemenscheibe (3b2) einer zylindrischen Walze gefolgt und/oder vorausgegangen ist, die ihre zugeordnete zylindrische Walze (2b1) frei rotieren lässt.
  12. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebssystem (4) eine Antriebsscheibe (6), die einen Riemen (7) antreibt, umfasst, wobei das das Antriebssystem (4) außerdem eine Mehrzahl von mit den zylindrischen Walzen verbundenen und von dem Riemen (7) angetriebenen Riemenscheiben (3a1, 3a2) und eine Mehrzahl von Zwischenscheiben (4a1), die jeweils zwischen zwei mit den zylindrischen Walzen verbundenen Riemenscheiben (3a1) angeordnet sind, umfasst, wobei der Riemen (7) abwechselnd auf einer rechten Seite einer Riemenscheibe einer zylindrischen Walze und dann auf einer linken Seite einer benachbarten Zwischenscheibe (4a1) in Laufrichtung (8) des Riemens (7) angeordnet ist, und jede der Riemenscheiben (3a1) der zylindrischen Walzen ihre zugeordnete zylindrische Walze mitführt.
  13. System nach den Ansprüchen 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsscheibe von einem Motor (9) angetrieben wird, wobei die Antriebsscheibe (6) Antrieb eine vertikale Rotationsachse aufweist, wobei die durch den Riemen (7) durch die Antriebsscheibe (6) auf die Riemenscheiben (3a1, 3b1) der zylindrischen Walzen über zumindest eine Umlenkscheibe (10) übertragen wird.
  14. System nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (9) ein Elektromotor ist, der eine veränderbare Rotationsgeschwindigkeit auf die Antriebsscheibe (6) überträgt.
  15. System nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 10, 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riemen (7) ein Riemen mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt ist.
  16. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Träger (31, 32), die jeweils eine Reihe (2x1, 2x2) von zylindrischen Walzen tragen, übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei der Abstand zwischen zwei Trägern jeweils die Durchführung eines Behälters erlaubt, sodass der Behälter (1) auf zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Walzen angeordnet werden kann, und die Träger in Form von entnehmbaren Einlegeböden durch gemeinsame Stützen (13) gehalten werden, und eine Welle (14) die Rotationsbewegung des Motors auf die Antriebsscheiben jedes Trägers überträgt.
  17. System nach Anspruch 16, wobei sich der Abstand (d1) zwischen zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1) einer ersten Reihe (2x1) von zylindrischen Walzen von dem Abstand (d2) zwischen zwei benachbarten zylindrischen Walzen (2a2, 2b2) einer zweiten Reihe (2x2) von zylindrischen Walzen unterscheidet.
  18. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen der zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1; 2a2, 2b2) um einem Winkel zwischen 20° und 60° relativ zu einer vertikalen Achse geneigt sind.
  19. System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen der zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1; 2a2, 2b2) um 45° relativ zu einer vertikalen Achse geneigt sind.
  20. System nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1; 2a2, 2b2) eine zylindrische Oberfläche besitzen, die mit einem griffigen Material bedeckt ist.
  21. System nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (31, 32) oder die Träger (31, 32) einen V-förmigen Querschnitt (S1) mit einem Winkel von 90° besitzen, wobei der V-Förmige Querschnitt (S1) einen Teil des Trägers definiert, der zur Aufnahme der zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1; 2a2, 2b2) vorgesehen ist, und ein Schenkel des V durch eine horizontale Strecke (S2) verlängert ist, wobei die horizontale Strecke (S2) einen Teil des Trägers (31) definiert, auf dem die Antriebsscheibe (6) angebracht ist.
  22. System nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Walzen (2a1, 2b1, 2a2, 2b2) zwei zylindrische Teile (200, 201) umfassen, wobei ein erster zylindrischen Abschnitt (200) zur Aufnahme zumindest der Umfangsfläche des Rührdeckels (5) einen kleineren Durchmesser hat als der Durchmesser des zweiten zylindrischen Teils (201) zur Aufnahme zumindest eines Teils der zylindrischen Oberfläche des Gefäßes (1), auf dem der Rührdeckel (5) angebracht ist.
