Claims (7)

  1. Mischgerät für Materialien nach Art derjenigen mit einem langgestreckten Gehäuse (1), das eine Innenkammer für die Aufnahme verschiedener Mischgutarten besitzt und dabei eine Einfüllöffnung und eine Öffnung zum Entleeren des Mischguts aufweist und eine in Verbindung mit einem Motor umlaufende Welle (3) umfaßt, wobei die Welle auf ganzer Länge für die Aufnahme der Rührwerkzeuge ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an jedem Arm (6) befestigten Rührwerkzeuge (7) aus einer Schaufel bestehen, deren Profil eine Schraubenform in Längsrichtung nach einem gegebenen Winkelsektor mit einem nach oben sich verbreiternden V-förmigen Querschnitt für das Anheben und Sammeln des Rührguts im Mischer kombiniert.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaufeln mit schraubenförmigem und nach oben breiter werdendem Profil aus Metall bestehen und korrosionsgeschützt sind.
  3. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraubenbewegung der Schaufel in variablen Winkeln von 30 - 45° verläuft.
  4. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rakelende jeder Schaufel eine abriebfeste Pufferschicht (8) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme ein zusätzliches Flügelstück (11) besitzen.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arme (6) an U-förmig (5.1) profilierten Halterungen (5) befestigt sind, die nach bestimmten Winkeln entlang der Welle (3) angeordnet sind, wobei Vorkehrungen für die Verbindung (9 - 10) und Positionierung die Einstellung der Werkzeugprofile (7) gegenüber dem inneren Hohlraum des Mischers ermöglichen.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schaufeltragenden Arme je nach gewünschter Ausrichtung der Schaufeln im Mischer rechts oder links an den Halterungen (5) befestigt sind.
