本发明公开了一种混凝土搅拌机，包括外壳、进料口、转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、卸料阀、出料口、电动机，其特征在于所述转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、均位于外壳内部，外铲头安装在旋臂的外端，内铲头固定在旋臂中间，旋臂内端固定在转轴上，转轴由电动机带动旋转，电动机位于外壳外，进料口位于外壳上部，出料口位于外壳底部。转轴与水平面的夹角小于90°，即旋臂的旋转平面非水平，从而使混合料在旋转的铲头和自身重力的双重作用力下发生相对运动，达到均匀混合的目的。卸料阀位于出料口，用于自主卸料，外壳为球形且为双层结构，底部带有三个支脚用于支撑整个搅拌机。本发明的优点是：结构简单、成本低，实用，球形的双层外壳使得搅拌机更加耐用，内外铲头的设计使得混凝土搅拌更加均匀充分，而且工作效率高、维修方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌混凝土的机器，尤其涉及一种混凝土搅拌机。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌机是把水泥、砂石骨料和水混合并拌制成混凝土混合料的机械。主要由拌筒、加料和卸料机构、供水系统、原动机、传动机构、机架和支承装置等组成。按工作性质分间歇式(分批式)和连续式；按搅拌原理分自落式和强制式；按安装方式分固定式和移动式；按出料方式分倾翻式和非倾翻式；按拌筒结构形式分梨式、鼓筒式、双锥、圆盘立轴式和圆槽卧轴式等。为了确保混凝土的搅拌质量，要求混凝土混合料搅拌均匀,搅拌时间短，卸料快，残留量少,耗能低和污染少。影响混凝土搅拌机搅拌质量的主要因素是：搅拌机的结构形式，搅拌机的加料容量与拌筒几何容积的比率，混合料的加料程序和加料位置，搅拌叶片的配置和排列的几何角度，搅拌速度和叶片衬板的磨损状况等。随着混凝土材料和施工工艺的发展、又相继出现了许多新型结构的混凝土搅拌机,如蒸汽加热式搅拌机,超临界转速搅拌机，声波搅拌机，无搅拌叶片的摇摆盘式搅拌机和二次搅拌的混凝土搅拌机等。传统搅拌机由于搅拌机整体结构的设计不够合理，因此往往会存在机器不耐用或者混凝土的搅拌不充分等缺点，因此对使用者带来不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混凝土搅拌机，结构简单、成本低，实用，球形的双层外壳使得搅拌机更加耐用，内外铲头的设计使得混凝土搅拌更加均匀充分。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种混凝土搅拌机，包括外壳、进料口、转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、卸料阀、出料口、电动机，其特征在于所述转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、均位于外壳内部，外铲头安装在旋臂的外端，内铲头固定在旋臂中间，旋臂内端固定在转轴上，转轴由电动机带动旋转，电动机位于外壳外，进料口位于外壳上部，出料口位于外壳底部。转轴与水平面的夹角小于90°，即旋臂的旋转平面非水平，从而使混合料在旋转的铲头和自身重力的双重作用力下发生相对运动，达到均匀混合的目的。卸料阀位于出料口，用于自主卸料，外壳为球形且为双层结构，底部带有三个支脚用于支撑整个搅拌机。
本发明的优点是：结构简单、成本低，实用，球形的双层外壳使得搅拌机更加耐用，内外铲头的设计使得混凝土搅拌更加均匀充分，而且工作效率高、维修方便。

如图1所示，本发明的一种混凝土搅拌机，包括外壳1、进料口2、转轴3、旋臂4、外铲头5、内铲头6、卸料阀7、出料口8、电动机9，其特征在于所述转轴3、旋臂4、外铲头5、内铲头6、均位于外壳1内部，外铲头5安装在旋臂4的外端，内铲头6固定在旋臂4中间，旋臂4内端固定在转轴2上，转轴2由电动机9带动旋转，电动机9位于外壳1外，进料口2位于外壳1上部，出料口7位于外壳1底部。转轴2与水平面的夹角小于90°，即旋臂4的旋转平面非水平，从而使混合料在旋转的铲头和自身重力的双重作用力下发生相对运动，达到均匀混合的目的。卸料阀6位于出料口7，用于自主卸料，外壳1为球形且为双层结构，底部带有三个支脚10用于支撑整个搅拌机。本发明的优点是：结构简单、成本低，实用，球形的双层外壳使得搅拌机更加耐用，内外铲头的设计使得混凝土搅拌更加均匀充分，而且工作效率高、维修方便。

1.一种混凝土搅拌机，包括外壳、进料口、转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、卸料阀、出料口、电动机，其特征在于所述转轴、旋臂、外铲头、内铲头、均位于外壳内部，所述外铲头安装在旋臂的外端，所述内铲头固定在旋臂中间，所述旋臂内端固定在转轴上，所述转轴由电动机带动旋转，所述电动机位于外壳外，所述进料口位于外壳上部，所述出料口位于外壳底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述转轴与水平面的夹角小于90°，即旋臂的旋转平面非水平，从而使混合料在旋转的铲头和自身重力的双重作用力下发生相对运动，达到均匀混合的目的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于所述卸料阀位于出料口，用于自主卸料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土搅拌机，其特征在于：所述外壳为球形且为双层结构，底部带有三个支脚用于支撑整个搅拌机。
