Abstract

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Griffelement für eine Frontplatte für Möbel, insbesondere für Küchen, mit einer Leiste, die an einer Stirnseite einer Frontplatte festlegbar ist, und einem Griff, der einen an einer Vorderseite der Frontplatte hervorstehenden Griffabschnitt und mindestens einen Befestigungsabschnitt aufweist, sowie eine Frontplatte.
  • Die DE 20 2006 007 376 offenbart eine Griffleiste für Schrankmöbel, bei der ein flexibler Materialstreifen zur Bildung eines Auges gefaltet wird und dann an einer Stirnseite einer Frontplatte fixiert wird. Hierfür ist integral mit der Griffleiste ein Harpunensteg vorgesehen, der in eine Nut an der Stirnseite eingefügt wird. Bei einer solchen Griffleiste besteht das Problem, dass der Austausch der Griffleiste im Beschädigungsfall schwierig vorzunehmen ist, denn meist wird der Harpunensteg zusätzlich in der Frontplatte verklebt, so dass die gesamte Frontplatte ausgewechselt werden muss. Zudem ist die Modellvielfalt bei der Griffleiste nicht gegeben, da hinsichtlich des Designs kaum Varianten möglich sind.
  • Die DE 77 30 173 offenbart eine Griffleiste, bei der ein Winkelprofil an einer Stirnseite einer Frontplatte vorgesehen wird. An der Winkelleiste ist ein Harpunensteg ausgebildet, der in eine entsprechende Nut an einer Stirnseite der Frontplatte verankert wird. Die Griffleiste ist mit einem flexiblen Material umschäumt, so dass eine bessere Haptik vorhanden ist. Allerdings besteht auch hier das Problem, dass nur ein einziges Griffleistendesign zur Verfügung steht und eine Anpassung an die Optik des Möbels nur begrenzt möglich ist.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein Griffelement für eine Frontplatte für ein Möbel zu schaffen, das optisch flexibel gestaltet werden kann und an das Design des jeweiligen Möbels anpassbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Griffelement mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Griffelement eine an einer Stirnseite einer Frontplatte festlegbare Leiste und einen Griff, der einen von der Frontplatte hervorstehenden Griffabschnitt und mindestens einen Befestigungsabschnitt aufweist, der an der Leiste festgelegt ist. Der Griff und die Leiste sind somit als zwei Teile ausgebildet, die beim Zusammenbau erst an der Frontplatte fixiert werden. Dadurch kann der Griff auf das Design der Küche abgestimmt werden und der Benutzer hat eine Vielzahl von Auswahlmöglichkeiten, um das passende Griffdesign für sein Möbel zu erhalten.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Befestigungsabschnitt zwischen der Leiste und der Stirnseite der Frontplatte angeordnet. Dadurch kann eine stabile Fixierung des Befestigungsabschnittes durch die Leiste gewährleistet werden, wobei sich die Leiste über die gesamte Länge der Stirnseite erstrecken kann, so dass über die Leiste die Befestigungsabschnitte gesichert sind.
  • Für eine besonders stabile Befestigung kann an der Stirnseite der Frontplatte mindestens bereichsweise eine Nut eingefräst sein, in die ein Steg der Leiste und/oder ein Steg an dem Befestigungsabschnitt eingefügt ist. Vorzugsweise besitzt sowohl die Leiste einen Steg, der in die Nut eingefügt ist, als auch der Befestigungsabschnitt. Die Leiste kann dabei im Bereich des Befestigungsabschnittes eine Aussparung umfassen, in die der Befestigungsabschnitt eingefügt ist, so dass über die Leiste der Befestigungsabschnitt in axiale Richtung unverschiebbar positioniert ist. Zudem überdeckt die Leiste den Befestigungsabschnitt, so dass auch in vertikale Richtung ein Lösen des Befestigungsabschnittes verhindert wird. Wenn der Griff an dem Befestigungsabschnitt ebenfalls eine in die Nut eingreifende Leiste aufweist, kann der Griff auch in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Frontplatte relativ stabil fixiert sein. Für eine besonders gute Festlegung können dabei der Steg der Leiste und der Steg des Befestigungsabschnittes in der Nut verklebt sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Befestigungsabschnitt über eine Stufe mit dem Griffabschnitt verbunden, wobei die Stufe an einer Vorderseite der Leiste anliegt. Die Stufe bildet somit eine Kontaktfläche aus, die an der Vorderseite der Leiste anliegt, wodurch ein optisch kaum sichtbarer Übergang zwischen dem Griffabschnitt und der Leiste vorhanden ist und zudem auch eine mechanische Abstützung möglich ist. An dem Befestigungsabschnitt und der Leiste können ferner Profilierungen, wie Vorsprünge, Aufnahmen, Stege, Zähne, Rastvorsprünge, Druckknöpfe oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein, um eine mechanische Kopplung zu erreichen. Zudem oder alternativ kann ein Verkleben des Befestigungsabschnittes mit der Leiste erfolgen.
  • Der Griffabschnitt ist vorzugsweise bügelförmig ausgebildet und weist zwei Befestigungsabschnitte auf. Die Befestigungsabschnitte können in einem vorbestimmten Rastermaß angeordnet sein, so dass an der Leiste unterschiedliche bügelförmige Griffabschnitte fixiert werden können. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, andere Griffabschnitte vorzusehen, die beispielsweise kugelförmig, leistenförmig oder mit anderer Geometrie ausgebildet sind, wobei die Leiste vorzugsweise standardisierte Abmessungen besitzt.
  • Um den Griff besonders flexibel an das Design des Möbels anpassen zu können, ist dieser vorzugsweise aus einem unterschiedlichen Material wie die Leiste hergestellt, für den Griff können als Material Kunststoff, Metalle, Holz, Alu, Glas oder Marmor eingesetzt werden, während für die Leiste eher härtere Materialien in Betracht kommen, insbesondere Metall, wie Aluminium, Glas oder Holz. Die Oberflächen der Leiste und/oder des Griffes können unterschiedliche Farben, Glanzgrade oder Oberflächenstrukturen aufweisen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In Figur 1 ist eine Möbelfront 1 dargestellt, die beispielsweise an einem Schubkasten, einer Tür oder einer Klappe eines Schrankmöbels vorgesehen sein kann und eine Frontplatte 2 aufweist, beispielsweise aus einem Holzwerkstoff, die eine Vorderseite 3 und mehrere Stirnseiten aufweist. An einer Stirnseite, vorzugsweise an der oberen Stirnseite, ist ein Griffelement 5 fixiert, wobei die obere Stirnseite über die gesamte Länge durch eine Leiste 4 abgedeckt ist.
  • In Figur 2 ist das Griffelement 5 vor der Montage an der Frontplatte 2 gezeigt. Die Leiste 4 umfasst einen im Wesentlichen plattenförmigen Abschnitt 6, der rechteckförmig ausgebildet ist und eine Stirnseite 10 der Frontplatte 2 vollflächig abdeckt. An diesen plattenförmigen Abschnitt 6 erstreckt sich senkrecht hierzu ein Steg 7 nach unten, der durch zwei Aussparungen 8 unterbrochen ist. Jede Aussparung 8 erstreckt sich dabei teilweise bis in den plattenförmigen Abschnitt 6 hinein. An dem Steg 7 ist eine Profilierung 9 ausgebildet, die Rippen und Rillen umfasst, so dass beim Einfügen des Steges 7 in die Nut 11 an der Stirnseite 10 ein Verklemmen der Leiste 4 erfolgt. Der Steg 7 erstreckt sich dabei nicht über die gesamte Länge der Leiste 4, sondern über einen kürzeren Abschnitt, da auch die Nut 11 nicht über die gesamte Länge der Stirnseite 10 eingefräst sich, damit an den benachbarten Stirnseiten der Frontplatte 2 die Nut 11 nicht sichtbar ist.
  • An der Leiste 4 ist ein Befestigungsabschnitt 12 des Griffelementes 5 fixierbar. Das Griffelement 5 umfasst einen bügelförmigen Griffabschnitt 17, der über die Vorderseite 3 der Frontplatte 2 hervorsteht, und einen Befestigungsabschnitt 12, der im Bereich der Stirnseite 10 der Frontplatte 2 angeordnet wird. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 12 umfasst einen parallel zur Ebene der Frontplatte 2 ausgerichteten Steg 13, der in die Nut 11 an der Stirnseite 10 eingefügt werden kann. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 12 ist im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildet und wird zwischen der Leiste 4 und der Stirnseite 10 eingefügt, so dass die Leiste 4 den Befestigungsabschnitt 12 überdeckt und positioniert. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 12 ist dabei in Längsrichtung der Nut 11 durch die Stege 7 gesichert, die ein axiales Verschieben des Griffelementes 5 verhindern. An dem Übergang zwischen dem Befestigungsabschnitt 12 und dem Griffabschnitt 17 ist eine Stufe 14 ausgebildet, die an einer Vorderseite des Abschnittes 6 der Leiste 4 anliegt. Die Oberseite des Griffabschnittes 17 ist dabei flächenbündig mit der Oberseite des Abschnittes 6 ausgerichtet, so dass der Übergang zwischen dem Griffabschnitt 17 und der Leiste 4 kaum sichtbar ist. Der Befestigungsabschnitt 12 ist dabei kürzer als die Breite des plattenförmigen Abschnittes 6, so dass an der Rückseite der Frontplatte dieser nicht sichtbar ist.
  • An dem Befestigungsabschnitt 12 befinden sich ferner an der Oberseite zwei Leisten 15, zwischen denen eine Klebekammer ausgebildet ist. Um das Griffelement 5 sowie die Leiste 4 dauerhaft an der Frontplatte 2 zu fixieren, können die Stege 7 und 13 in der Nut 11 verklebt sein und ferner kann die Leiste 4 an dem Befestigungsabschnitt 12 verklebt sein, wobei hierfür in die Klebekammer 16 Klebstoff eingebracht wird.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Griffabschnitt 17 bügelförmig ausgebildet und weist zwei beabstandete Befestigungsabschnitte 12 auf, die jeweils in einer Aussparung 8 an der Leiste 4 aufgenommen sind. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, nur einen Befestigungsabschnitt 12 für einen Griff vorzusehen. Ferner können auch mehr als zwei Befestigungsabschnitte 12 an der Leiste 4 und der Frontplatte 2 fixiert werden. Der Griff kann knopfförmig, kugelförmig, leistenförmig oder in jeder anderen Geometrie ausgebildet sein und zudem aus einem unterschiedlichen Material bestehen wie die Leiste 4. Natürlich ist auch eine Herstellung aus dem gleichen Material möglich. Ferner kann die Oberflächenstruktur an das Möbel angepasst sein, je nachdem, welche Optik das Möbel besitzt.
  • Um eine mechanische Kopplung des Befestigungsabschnittes mit der Leiste zu erreichen, kann das Griffelelement 5 mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt 12 auch von vorne zwischen die Leiste 4 und die Stirnkante 10 eingeschoben werden. Dabei können an dem Befestigungsabschnitt 12 und der Leiste 4 Profilierungen, beispielsweise eine schwalbenschwanzförmige Führung oder eine Nut-Feder-Verbindung vorgesehen sein, die eine zusätzliche mechanische Kopplung bereitstellen.
  • In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel wird der Befestigungsabschnitt 12 zwischen die Stirnkante 10 und die Leiste 4 eingefügt. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, an der Leiste 4 mindestens eine Aufnahme auszubilden, in die ein oder mehrere Befestigungsabschnitte 12 des Griffelementes 5 eingefügt ist. An der Aufnahme kann dann der Griffabschnitt 12 mechanisch über Befestigungsmittel und/oder Verkleben fixiert werden, so dass auch eine Vormontage des Griffelementes 5 und der Leiste 4 vorgenommen werden kann.

Claims (9)

  1. Griffelement (5) für eine Frontplatte (2) für Möbel, insbesondere für Küchen, mit einer Leiste (4), die an einer Stirnseite einer Frontplatte (2) festlegbar ist, und einem Griff der einen an einer Vorderseite der Frontplatte (2) hervorstehenden Griffabschnitt (17) und mindestens einen Befestigungsabschnitt (12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Befestigungsabschnitt (12) an der Leiste (4) festgelegt ist.
  2. Griffelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (12) zwischen der Leiste (4) und der Stirnseite (10) der Frontplatte (2) angeordnet ist.
  3. Griffelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Stirnseite (10) der Frontplatte (2) mindestens bereichsweise eine Nut (11) eingefräst ist und ein Steg (7) der Leiste (4) und/oder ein Steg (13) an dem Befestigungsabschnitt (12) in die Nut (11) eingefügt ist.
  4. Griffelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (7) der Leiste (4) und der Steg (13) des Befestigungsabschnittes (12) in der Nut (11) verklebt sind.
  5. Griffelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste einen plattenförmigen Abschnitt (6) und einen senkrecht hervorstehenden Steg (7) aufweist, an dem mindestens eine Aussparung (8) zum Einfügen eines Befestigungsabschnittes ausgebildet ist.
  6. Griffelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (12) über eine Stufe (14) mit dem Griffabschnitt (17) verbunden ist und die Stufe (14) an einer Vorderseite der Leiste (4) anliegt.
  7. Griffelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffabschnitt (17) bügelförmig ausgebildet ist und zwei Befestigungsabschnitte (12) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Griffelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griff (5) und die Leiste (4) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sind.
