Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zünder für die seismische Prospektion, für Bergbauapplikationen oder dem Einsatz in der Erdöl- oder Erdgasindustrie, mit einer Sprengkapsel, in der ein Explosivstoff, ein Anzündelement und interne Drähte zur Initialisierung des Anzündelements angeordnet sind, wobei die internen Drähte in einen Stopfen führen, der an einem Ende der Sprengkapsel angeordnet ist.
- Zünder für die seismische Prospektion oder Bergbauapplikationen werden heutzutage vom Hersteller mit vorkonfektionierten Längen an Draht (in der Regel zwischen 1 m und 75 m lang und entweder gefaltet oder auf Spulen gewickelt) gefertigt und an den Kunden verkauft.
- Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit den Zünder mit einem Stopfen zu versehen der als Steckverbinder ausgebildet ist. Passend zu diesem Steckverbinder wird dann der in der Länge vorkonfektionierte Draht, der mit dem Gegenstück des Steckverbinders versehen ist, geliefert.
- Die
WO2010/066672A1 offenbart einen Zünder für Bergbau-, Seismik- und Ölfeldanwendungen mit einer Kapsel, welche einen Mehrfunktionen-Stopfen umfasst, welcher eine Betätigungsvorrichtung beinhaltet, mit der sich der Zünder von einem Transportzustand in einen Anwendungszustand schalten lässt, wobei im Transportzustand die internen Drähte kurzgeschlossen sind. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe einen gattungsgemäßen Zünder so zu verbessern, dass der Anwender einfach externe Drähte, ohne sie vorher abisolieren zu müssen, in den Stopfen einführen kann und im Stopfen die elektrische Verbindung der internen mit den externen Drähten stattfindet. Die externen Drähte sollen über keinen Steckverbinder oder das Gegenstück eines Steckverbinders verfügen. Auf diese Weise soll vermieden werden, dass der externe Draht vorkonfektioniert werden muss.
- In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sollen die internen Drähte des Zünders im Transportzustand einen Kurzschluss aufweisen, der während des Verbindungsvorgangs mögliche elektrische Potentialdifferenzen ausgleicht und im Anwendungszustand offen, also einsatzbereit ist. Zusätzlich sollte der Zünder im Anwendungszustand unempfindlich gegen Flüssigkeit sein.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
- Durch die Ausführung des Stopfens als Mehrfunktionenstopfen mit einer ersten Betätigungsstufe und einer zweiten Betätigungsstufe und den genannten Eigenschaften des Mehrfunktionenstopfens kann der Anwender einfach externe Drähte, ohne sie vorher abisolieren zu müssen, in den Mehrfunktionenstopfen einführen und durch Betätigen des Stopfen-Deckels die elektrische Verbindung der internen mit den externen Drähten herstellen. Die externen Drähte brauchen dabei über keinen Steckverbinder oder das Gegenstück eines Steckverbinders zu verfügen. Auf diese Weise ist sichergestellt, dass der externe Draht nicht vorkonfektioniert werden muss.
- Gemäß der Erfindung ist im Stopfen-Grundkörper eine Kurzschlussbrücke angeordnet, die in der ersten Betätigungsstufe die internen Drähte und/oder die zugehörigen Schneidkontakte kurzschließt und in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe ein am Stopfen-Deckel angeordneter Kurzschlussstempel die Kurzschlussbrücke von den internen Drähte und/oder den zugehörigen Schneidkontakten löst und den Kurzschluss aufhebt. Hierdurch weisen die internen Drähte des Zünders im Transportzustand einen Kurzschluss auf, der während des Verbindungsvorgangs mögliche elektrische Potentialdifferenzen ausgleicht und im Anwendungszustand offen, also einsatzbereit ist.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Kurzschlussbrücke federbelastet oder ein Federelement, welches in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe vom Kurzschlussstempel entgegen seiner Federkraft weg vom elektrischen Kontakt gedrückt wird. Derartige Kurzschlussbrücken sind absolut sicher und verlieren auch nach langer Lagerzeit nicht ihre Eigenschaften.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform weist der Stopfen-Deckel auf seiner Umfangsfläche umlaufende Nuten zur Aufnahme von Dichtungsringen auf, die den Stopfen-Deckel zum Stopfen-Grundkörper abdichten. Diese Abdichtung verhindert, dass Flüssigkeit in den Mehrfunktionenstopfen gelangt.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind der Stopfen-Deckel und der Stopfen-Grundkörper zylinderförmig ausgebildet. Der Mehrfunktionenstopfen passt sich dadurch dem Zünder an, der in aller Regel auch zylinderförmig ausgebildet ist. Außerdem kann der Stopfen-Deckel so leicht im Stopfen-Grundkörper geführt werden.
- In bevorzugter Ausführungsform weist der Stopfen-Deckel einen Funktionsstempel auf, mit dem er im Stopfen-Grundkörper geführt ist und weist der Funktionsstempel an seinem dem Stopfen-Grundkörper abgewandten Seite eine Betätigungsplatte auf, die in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe am Stopfen-Grundkörper anliegt. Durch das Anliegen in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe am Stopfen-Grundkörper ist ein Anschlag geschaffen.
- In bevorzugter Ausführungsform sind auf der zum Stopfen-Grundkörper gewandten Seite des Funktionsstempels die Druckstempel und der Kurzschlussstempel angeordnet und ist an der anderen Seite die Betätigungsplatte angeordnet. Hierdurch ist der Funktionsstempel einerseits Träger der Stempel und trägt andererseits die Betätigungsplatte, d.h. den Anschlag für die zweite Betätigungsstufe.
- Zur Sicherstellung der elektrischen Verbindung ist in Richtung der Aufnahmekanäle gesehen, vor und hinter dem Schneidkontakt jeweils mindestens ein Druckstempel angeordnet. Speziell sind vier Druckstempel vorgesehen, für jeden externen Draht zwei Druckstempel, einer vor und einer hinter dem Schneidkontakt.
- In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist zum Schutz vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit der Stopfen-Grundkörper mit einem wasserabweisenden gelartigen Medium gefüllt. Dieses Medium muss einerseits die Betätigung des Stopfen-Deckels mit seinen Stempeln erlauben und andererseits den Innenraum des Stopfen-Grundkörpers ausfüllen, damit der Zünder im Anwendungszustand unempfindlich gegen Flüssigkeit ist.
- Bevorzugt sind der Stopfen-Grundkörper und der Stopfen-Deckel Kunststoffteile, die einfach herzustellen sind.
- Die Erfindung beschreibt somit einen Mehrfunktionenstopfen für einen handelsüblichen elektrischen oder elektronischen Zünder der in den Bereichen Bergbau, Seismik oder Öl und Gas eingesetzt wird. Der Mehrfunktionenstopfen soll handelsübliche, nicht abisolierte Drähte mit den elektrischen oder elektronischen Komponenten verbinden. Der Mehrfunktionenstopfen zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass weder der Mehrfunktionenstopfen noch die Drähte mit einer Kupplung, einem Stecker oder einer Buchse versehen sind.
- Die Funktionen die der Mehrfunktionenstopfen erfüllt sind die Folgenden:
- Kurzschluss im Transportzustand
- Elektrische Verbindung nicht abisolierter zugeführter externer Drähte
- Ausgleich eines möglichen Spannungspotentials der zugeführten externen Drähte
- Öffnen des Kurzschlusses für den Anwendungszustand
- Abdichten der elektrischen Verbindung gegenüber Feuchtigkeit
- Die beschriebenen Funktionen werden technisch folgendermaßen ausgeführt:

Figur 1 zeigt den kompletten Zünder 8. Sichtbar sind die Sprengkapsel 7, der Stopfen-Grundkörper 1, der Stopfen-Deckel 2 und die externen Drähte 6, die in den Mehrfunktionenstopfen 1, 2 eingeführt sind. Jede derFiguren 2 bis 5 zeigt denselben Mehrfunktionenstopfen des Zünders im Detail, wobei eine Figur sich von der anderen nur durch eine Drehung des Betrachtungswinkels um 90° um die Längsachse unterscheidet. - Gegenüber konventionellen Zündern ist der Mehrfunktionenstopfen des erfindungsgemäßen Zünders 8 derart ausgelegt, dass ein Anschließen von beliebig langen externen Drähten 6 (bevorzugt sind die Drähte Zylinderdrähte) möglich ist, ohne dass die externen Drähte 6 vorher abisoliert werden müssen und ohne dass die externen Drähte 6 mit Steckverbindern versehen sind. Während der Zünder 8 sich im Transportzustand oder Lagerzustand befindet, sind die internen Drähte 4, die mit Schneidkontakten 3 verbunden sind, im Inneren des Stopfen-Grundkörpers 1 durch eine Kurzschlussbrücke 5 miteinander verbunden und sind damit kurzgeschlossen (siehe
Figur 2 ). Hiermit ist die Gefahr eines Spannungspotentials zwischen den internen Drähten 4 ausgeschlossen. Eine mechanische oder andere Sperre kann optional auch beim Transport vorhanden sein, damit dieser Kurzschluss nicht mit Gewalt oder falscher Handhabung unterbrochen werden kann.Figur 2 zeigt den Mehrfunktionenstopfen in seinem Transportzustand oder Lagerzustand. - Bei der Anwendung des Zünders 8, bzw. nach Entfernung der optionalen Sperre, werden zwei externe Drähte 6 manuell in jeweils einen Aufnahmekanal 9 im Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 eingeführt (siehe
Figur 3 ). Der Mehrfunktionenstopfen besteht in der hier gezeigten Ausführungsform aus einem zylindrischen Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 und einen im Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 verschiebbaren zylindrischen Stopfen-Deckel 2. Der Stopfen-Deckel 2 besteht aus einem Funktionsstempel 13, wobei auf der zum Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 gewandten Seite Druckstempel 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d und ein Kurzschlussstempel 11 angeordnet sind und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite am Funktionsstempel 13 eine Betätigungsplatte 14 angeordnet ist, die über den Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 auskragt und als Anschlag dient. Der Stopfen-Deckel 2 ist mit seinem Funktionsstempel 13 im zylindrischen Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 geführt und ist von einer ersten Betätigungsstufe in eine zweite Betätigungsstufe verschiebbar. - Die Druckstempel 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d am Funktionsstempel 13 ragen nicht in die Aufnahmekanäle 9 hinein, in denen die externen Drähte 6 eingesteckt sind. In dieser Stufe bzw. diesem Zustand sind die internen Drähte 6 über eine Kurzschlussbrücke 5 miteinander verbunden. In diesem Zustand ragt der Stopfen-Deckel 2 am weitesten aus dem Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 heraus.
- In der ersten Betätigungsstufe (siehe
Figur 4 ), die durch ein erstes Hineindrücken des Stopfen-Deckels 2, bzw. seines Funktionsstempels 13 in den Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 erreicht wird, werden die am Funktionsstempels 13 des Stopfen-Deckels 2 angeordneten Druckstempel 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d in die Aufnahmekanäle 9 verschoben. Dabei verschieben die Druckstempel 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d einen Teilabschnitt eines dort eingeführten externen Drahts 6 senkrecht zur Längsachse der Aufnahmekanäle 9. - In den zwei Aufnahmekanälen 9 ist jeweils ein schlitzförmiger Schneidkontakt 3 angeordnet, wobei die Schneidkontakte 3 mit den internen Drähten 6 elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. In dieser ersten Betätigungsstufe drücken die Druckstempel 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d die externen Drähte 6 so in die Schneidkontakte 3, dass die Schneidkontakte 3 die externen Drähte 6 abisolieren und eine elektrische Verbindung der externen Drähte 6 mit den internen Drähten 4 herstellen.
- In der zweiten Betätigungsstufe (siehe
Figur 5 ) wird der Stopfen-Deckel 2 weiter in den Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 eingeschoben, so weit, bis die Betätigungsplatte 14 am Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 anliegt. Hierbei drückt der Kurzschlussstempel 11 die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 weg vom elektrischen Kontakt, so dass der Kurzschluss aufgehoben ist. Der Zünder ist dann einsatzbereit. - Bei dem beschriebenen Schließvorgang des Mehrfunktionenstopfens wird somit in einer ersten Stufe eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen den Schneidkontakten 3 bzw. den internen Drähten 4 und den zwei externen Drähten 6 hergestellt (siehe
Figur 4 ). Während des Schließvorgangs werden in dieser ersten Betätigungsstufe eventuelle Spannungspotentiale zwischen den externen Drähten 6 durch die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 ausgeglichen. In der zweiten Betätigungsstufe des Schließvorgangs wird die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 geöffnet und der Kurzschluss aufgehoben (Figur 5 ). - Ein vorheriges Abisolieren der beiden externen Drähte 6 ist nicht erforderlich. Im geschlossenen Zustand ist der Zünder oder Detonator gegen Feuchtigkeit isoliert und druckdicht, wie es bei konventionellen Zündern oder Detonatoren der Fall ist.
- Nochmalige Erklärung des Schließvorgangs:
- Zustand 1: Der Schließvorgang des Zünders 8 oder Detonators erfolgt durch Niederdrücken des Stopfen-Deckels 2. Mit Stopfen ist immer der Mehrfunktionenstopfen gemeint. Die in den Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 eingeführten externen Drähte 6 werden abisoliert und über die Schneidkontakte 3 die elektrische Verbindung mit den internen Drähten 4 hergestellt.
- Zustand 2: Durch ein weiteres Eindrücken des Stopfen-Deckels 2 wird die Position 2 oder der Zustand 2 erreicht. Hierbei sind die externen Drähte 6 und die internen Drähte 4 nicht mehr durch die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 verbunden, d.h. der Kurzschluss ist aufgehoben (siehe
Figur 5 ). Dies geschieht durch den Kurzschlussstempel 11, der die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 einseitig vom elektrischen Kontakt, d.h. dem Schneidkontakt 3 wegdrückt. -
Figur 2 zeigt den Mehrfunktionenstopfen im Lager- und/oder Transportzustand. Es sind keine externen Drähte 6 angeschlossen. - Wenn der Zünder verwendet werden soll, werden die externen Drähte 6 in den Stopfen-Grundkörper 1 eingeführt (
Figur 3 ). Sie brauchen vorher nicht abisoliert zu werden. Wenn dies geschehen ist, wird der Stopfen durch Eindrücken des Stopfen-Deckels 1, d.h. durch eine Kraftbeaufschlagung in seine Position 1 gebracht (Figur 4 ). Bei diesem Betätigungsvorgang werden die externen Drähte 6 abisoliert und mit den internen Drähten 4 elektrisch leitend verbunden. Der Kurzschluss durch die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 bleibt hierbei erhalten. - Durch weiteres Eindrücken des Stopfen-Deckels wird die Position 2 erreicht (
Figur 5 ). Bei diesem Betätigungsvorgang wird die Kurzschlussbrücke 5 geöffnet, so dass auch der Kurzschluss aufgehoben ist. Der Zünder kann nun verwendet werden. - Der Funktionsstempel 5 kann auf seinem Außenumfang zwei umlaufende Nuten 12 aufweisen in denen jeweils ein Dichtungsring eingesetzt wird (in den Figuren der Einfachheit halber nicht gezeigt). Eine optionale oder weitere oder zusätzliche Abdichtung kann zum Beispiel über ein gelartiges Medium im Stopfen erfolgen.
Claims (8)
- Zünder (8) für die seismische Prospektion, für Bergbauapplikationen oder dem Einsatz in der Erdöl- oder Erdgasindustrie, mit einer Sprengkapsel (7), in der ein Explosivstoff, ein Anzündelement und interne Drähte (4) zur Initialisierung des Anzündelements angeordnet sind, wobei die internen Drähte (4) in einen Stopfen führen, der an einem Ende der Sprengkapsel (7) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen ein Mehrfunktionenstopfen ist unda) einen Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) und einen im Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) verschiebbaren Stopfen-Deckel (2) aufweist, wobei der Stopfen-Deckel (2) von einer ersten Betätigungsstufe in eine zweite Betätigungsstufe verschiebbar ist,b) im Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) Aufnahmekanäle (9) zur Einführung externer Drähte (6) angeordnet sind,c) am Stopfen-Deckel (2) Druckstempel (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) angeordnet sind, die in der ersten Betätigungsstufe nicht in die Aufnahmekanäle (9) hineinragen, jedoch in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe in die Aufnahmekanäle (9) hineinragen und einen dort eingeführten externen Draht (6) senkrecht zu den Aufnahmekanälen (9) verschieben,d) in die Aufnahmekanäle (9) jeweils ein schlitzförmiger Schneidkontakt (3) ragt, wobei die Schneidkontakte (3) mit den internen Drähten (6) verbunden sind und in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe die Druckstempel (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) die externen Drähte (6) so in die Schneidkontakte (3) hineindrücken, dass die Schneidkontakte (3) die externen Drähte (6) abisolieren und eine elektrische Verbindung der externen Drähte (6) mit den internen Drähten (4) herstellen, wobei im Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) eine Kurzschlussbrücke (5) angeordnet ist, die in der ersten Betätigungsstufe die internen Drähte (4) und/oder die zugehörigen Schneidkontakte (3) kurzschließt und in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe ein am Stopfen-Deckel (2) angeordneter Kurzschlussstempel (11) die Kurzschlussbrücke (5) von den internen Drähte (4) und/oder den zugehörigen Schneidkontakten (3) löst und den Kurzschluss aufhebt, wobei die Kurzschlussbrücke (5) federbelastet oder ein Federelement ist, welches in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe vom Kurzschlussstempel (11) entgegen seiner Federkraft weg vom elektrischen Kontakt gedrückt wird.
- Zünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen-Deckel (2) auf seiner Umfangsfläche umlaufende Nuten (12) zur Aufnahme von Dichtungsringen aufweist, die den Stopfen-Deckel (2) zum Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) abdichten.
- Zünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen-Deckel (2) und der Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) zylinderförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Zünder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen-Deckel (2) einen Funktionsstempel (13) aufweist, mit dem er im Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) geführt ist und der Funktionsstempel (13) an seinem dem Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) abgewandten Seite eine Betätigungsplatte (14) aufweist, die in der zweiten Betätigungsstufe am Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) anliegt.
- Zünder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der zum Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) gewandten Seite des Funktionsstempels (13) die Druckstempel (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) und der Kurzschlussstempel (11) angeordnet sind und an der anderen Seite die Betätigungsplatte (14) angeordnet ist.
- Zünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Richtung der Aufnahmekanäle (9) gesehen, vor und hinter dem Schneidkontakt (3) jeweils mindestens ein Druckstempel (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) angeordnet ist.
- Zünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) zum Schutz vor eindringender Feuchtigkeit mit einem wasserabweisenden gelartigen Medium gefüllt ist.
- Zünder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen-Grundkörper (1) und der Stopfen-Deckel (2) Kunststoffteile sind.
