Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un type déterminé de brûleur pour chauffer des réacteurs de conversion de chlorosilanes. Selon l'invention, ce brûleur présente un tube radiant et ce tube radiant entoure la flamme et le tube à flamme de manière étanche aux gaz, ce qui permet d'éviter que l'air de combustion et les combustibles gazeux et/ou liquides ainsi que les gaz de fumée pénètrent dans l'espace du four de réaction. L'avantage de cette configuration est que les gaz de fumée sont totalement séparés de l'intérieur proprement dit du four de réaction, ce qui rend impossible toute interaction critique entre l'humidité des gaz de fumée et les chlorosilanes en cas de rupture du système renfermant les chlorosilanes. Cet avantage permet d'utiliser des combustibles gazeux ou liquides pour chauffer un tel four à réaction. Un apport local excessif de chaleur par contact direct de la flamme est empêché, l'apport de chaleur est homogénéisé.
