Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schubladenunterteiler zur nachträglichen Montage zwischen zwei Schubladenwänden, mit einer Trennwand, die an mindestens einem ihrer beiden Enden eine stirnseitige Öffnung aufweist, und mit mindestens einem federnden Klemmstück, das einen Steckabschnitt, welcher in die stirnseitige Öffnung der Trennwand eingesteckt ist und mit einem Anschlag außen an der Stirnseite der Trennwand anliegt, und einen Anlageabschnitt zur Anlage an einer Schubladenwand aufweist, wobei der Anlageabschnitt in Richtung auf den Steckabschnitt gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Federelements des Klemmstücks bewegbar ist, das durch mindestens einen Federsteg gebildet ist, welcher zusammen mit dem Steckabschnitt und dem Anlageabschnitt als einteiliges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet ist.
  • Ein derartiger Schubladenunterteiler ist beispielsweise durch JP 2004 089255 A bekannt geworden.
  • Schubladenunterteiler zur variablen Aufteilung des Innenraums einer Schublade sind seit langer Zeit bekannt. Beispielsweise ist aus DE 199 44 641 A1 ein starrer Schubladenunterteiler bekannt geworden, der sich anhand schräger Stirnseiten zwischen den Seitenwänden einer Schublade verkeilen lässt.
  • Weiterhin ist aus DE 20 2011 051 259 U1 ein Schubladenunterteiler mit einem verschiebbaren Klemmstück bekannt geworden, das eine Anpassung des Schubladenunterteilers an den Abstand der Seitenwände einer Schublade ermöglicht. Eine Verschiebung eines solchen Klemmstücks durch ein Kniegelenk ist aus DE 20 2009 015 649 U1 bekannt geworden. Aus DE 20 2004 001 899 U1 sowie FR 1.283.923 A , WO 01/84980 A1 , US D473,080 S , US 6,991,307 B2 , DE 20 2006 005 686 U1 , US 2,148 681 A und DE 20 2004 005 059 U1 ist es weiterhin bekannt geworden, anstelle eines Kniegelenks ein Federelement zum Pressen eines Anlageabschnitt des Klemmstücks gegen die Seitenwand der Schublade zu verwenden. DE 10 2006 017 578 A1 und JP 2004-89255 A offenbaren ferner, das Federelement in Form von Stegen auszubilden. Schließlich offenbaren DE 199 44 641 A1 und DE 93 01 291 U1 noch Querteiler, die an der Trennwand zur weiteren Unterteilung der Schublade vorgesehen sind.
  • Bei dem aus der eingangs genannten JP 2004 089255 A bekannten Schubladenunterteiler sind am Klemmstück zwei S-förmige Federelemente angeformt, deren freie Federenden jeweils in Richtung fort vom Anlageabschnitt gerichtet sind und sich an einer Innenwand der Trennwand abstützen.
  • Aus DE 202 06 779 U1 und DE 203 04 079 U1 sind weiterhin Schubladenunterteiler mit zwei Klemmstücken bekannt, die jeweils aus mehreren separaten Teilen bestehen, nämlich aus einem Steckteil zum Einstecken in eine stirnseitige Öffnung der Trennwand, einem Anlageteil zur Anlage an einer Schubladenwand und mehreren zwischen dem Steck- und dem Anlageteil abgestützten Druckfedern, welche beidseitig auf Zapfen der Steck- und Anlageteile aufgesteckt sind. Die Steck- und Anlageteile sind - mit den Druckfedern dazwischen - unverlierbar ineinander gesteckt, was einen verhältnismäßig hohen Zeit.-und Montageaufwand bedeutet.
  • Schließlich ist aus der DE 86 20 558 U1 noch ein Trennschied für Organisationsschubladen bekannt, das jeweils einen an der Unterseite nach unten vorstehenden Arretierungsbolzen an jedem Endbereich der Unterseite zum Eingriff in entsprechende Ausnehmungen an der Bodenfläche der Organisationsschublade und jeweils einen in Längsrichtung des Trennschieds verschiebbaren Rastbolzen an jeder der seitlichen Schmalseiten des Trennschieds zum Eingriff in entsprechende Ausnehmungen an den Seitenwänden der Organisationsschublade aufweist. Der jeweils einer Seite des Trennschieds zugeordnete Arretierungsbolzen und Rastbolzen sind an einem einstückigen Federelement ausgebildet, wobei der Rastbolzen relativ zum Arretierungsbolzen in Längsrichtung des Trennschieds federnd gehalten ist. Der Trennschied weist an einer seiner Schmalseiten eine Öffnung zum Einschieben des Federelements in des Innere des Trennschieds in seine Funktionsstellung auf, und am Federelement und an zumindest einer Wandung des Trennschieds ist jeweils zumindest ein Rastelement zum Verrasten des Federelements in seiner Funktionsstellung ausgebildet.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schubladenunterteiler der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass er einfacher und kostengünstiger hergestellt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der mindestens eine Federsteg innerhalb einer zum Anlageabschnitt offenen Aussparung des Steckabschnitts angeordnet ist..
  • Bevorzugt ist der mindestens eine Federsteg bogenförmig ausgebildet, wodurch die beiden Bogenenden federnd aufeinander zu bewegbar sind. Alternativ kann der Federsteg beispielsweise auch zickzackförmig oder doppelzickzackförmig (scherenförmig) ausgebildet sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist nicht nur an einem, sondern an beiden stirnseitigen Enden der Trennwand jeweils ein federndes Klemmstück angeordnet, um so einen größeren Feder- bzw. Klemmweg des Schubladenunterteilers zu ermöglichen.
  • In besonders bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Trennwand durch ein Hohlprofil gebildet. Die stirnseitige Öffnung ist hierbei durchgehend an der Trennwand ausgebildet. Dies ermöglicht eine kostengünstige Fertigung der Trennwand, die vorzugsweise von einem Endlos-Metallprofil, wie z.B. einem Endlos-Aluminiumprofil, abgelängt ist.
  • Die Trennwand kann ferner auf mindestens einer ihrer beiden Wandseiten zumindest eine Längsnut aufweisen, in der ein Querteilerklemmstück querverschiebbar und feststellbar angeordnet werden kann. Durch eine am Querteilerklemmstück schon angeformte Querteilertrennwand oder durch eine daran befestigte separate Querteilertrennwand kann die Schublade dabei auf flexible Art und Weise weiter unterteilt werden.
  • Mit der Erfindung ergeben sich insbesondere folgende weitere Vorteile:
    • die Einführbarkeit des Steckabschnitts in die stirnseitige Öffnung der Trennwand ermöglicht eine sehr kompakte und stabile Ausbildung des Schubladenunterteilers;
    • die Einführbarkeit des Steckabschnitts ermöglicht ferner eine lange Ausbildung der Trennwand bei sehr kurzem Klemmstück, wodurch der Schubladenunterteiler optisch vorteilhaft als Trennwand mit als Endkappe ausgebildetem Klemmstück erscheint;
    • die leichte Austauschbarkeit der Trennwand ermöglicht eine einfache Anpassung des Schubladenunterteilers an verschieden dimensionierte Schubladen.
  • Weitere Vorteile und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstands der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen und der Zeichnung. Ebenso können die vorstehend genannten und die noch weiter aufgeführten Merkmale je für sich oder zu mehreren in beliebigen Kombinationen Verwendung finden. Die gezeigten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern haben vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter für die Schilderung der Erfindung.

  • Der in Fign. 1 und 2 gezeigte Schubladenunterteiler 10 dient zur nachträglichen Montage zwischen zwei Schubladenwänden 30 (Fign. 4a, 4b) und umfasst eine Trennwand 11, zwei federnde Klemmstücke (Endkappen) 12 aus Kunststoff sowie drei Querteilerklemmstücke 13a-13c aus Kunststoff. An dem Querteilerklemmstück 13a ist eine separate Querteilertrennwand 14 aus einem U-förmig gebogenen Blech angeordnet, wohingegen das Querteilerklemmstück 13b zur Aufnahme eines ebenen tafelförmigen Blechteils (nicht gezeigt) ausgebildet ist. An dem Querteilerklemmstück 13c ist eine Querteilertrennwand 15 einteilig angeformt.
  • Die Trennwand 11 kann beispielsweise ein flaches hohles Aluminiumprofil mit jeweils einer oder mehreren stirnseitigen Öffnungen 16 an seinen beiden Profilenden sein.
  • Die beiden Klemmstücke 12 sind baugleich und weisen, wie in Fign. 3a, 3b gezeigt, jeweils einen Steckabschnitt 17 zum Einstecken in die stirnseitige Öffnung 16 der Trennwand 11, einen kappenförmigen Anlageabschnitt 18 zur Anlage an einer Schubladenwand 30 und ein dazwischen angeordnetes Federelement auf, das die Steck- und Anlageabschnitte 17, 18 miteinander verbindet und durch zwei Federstege 19 gebildet ist. Die beiden Federstege 19 sind zusammen mit dem Steckabschnitt 17 und dem Anlageabschnitt 18 als einteiliges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet, wobei der Anlageabschnitt 18 in Richtung auf den Steckabschnitt 17 gegen die Rückstellkraft der beiden Federstege 19 bewegbar ist.
  • Der Steckabschnitt 17 ist ein schmaler, U-förmiger Steckrahmen mit einer zum Anlageabschnitt 18 hin offenen Aussparung 20, dessen oberer und unterer horizontaler Randsteg 21 innerhalb der stirnseitigen Öffnung 16 verschiebbar geführt sind. Die beiden horizontale Randstege 21 weisen an ihrem zum Anlageabschnitt 18 hin gerichteten freien Enden beidseitig jeweils seitlich vorstehende Anschläge 22 auf, mit denen der in die stirnseitige Öffnung 16 der Trennwand 11 eingesteckte Steckabschnitt 17 außen an der Stirnseite der Trennwand 11 anliegt. Die beiden Federstege 19 erstrecken sich innerhalb der Aussparung 20 und sind als einander zugewandte Federbögen ausgebildet, die einerseits mit dem vertikalen Randsteg 23 des U-förmiger Steckrahmens und andererseits mit dem Anlageabschnitt 18 verbunden sind.
  • Der kappenförmige Anlageabschnitt 18 umgreift die Trennwand 11 stirnseitig von außen und trägt, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, auf seiner der Schubladenwand zugewandten Seite ein aufgestecktes Anlageelement 24 aus Gummi (oder aus einem anderen flexiblen Material) zur rutschfesten Anlage an der Schubladenwand. Am Anlageabschnitt 18 stehen innenseitig zu beiden Seiten des Steckabschnitts 17 Führungsstifte 25 vor, mit denen der Anlageabschnitt 18 in stirnseitigen Öffnungen 26 der Trennwand 11 verschiebbar geführt ist.
  • Der Schubladenunterteiler 10 wird zwischen zwei Schubladenwänden30 klemmend eingesetzt, wobei die Länge des noch nicht eingesetzten Schubladenunterteilers 10 um einige Millimeter größer als der Abstand der Schubladenwände ist. Beim Einsetzen des Schubladenunterteilers 10 zwischen die Schubladenwänden werden dann die beiden Anlageabschnitte 18 jeweils nach innen, nämlich jeweils in Richtung auf ihren an der Trennwand 11 stirnseitig festgelegten Steckabschnitte 17, gegen die Rückstellkraft der Federstege 19 aufeinander zu verschoben, wodurch der Schubladenunterteiler 10 zwischen den beiden Schubladenwänden 30 klemmend festgelegt ist. Die beiden Klemmstücke 12 weisen jeweils am Anlageabschnitt 18 noch einen beidseitigen Fußteil 27 auf, um ein seitliches Verkippen des eingesetzten Schubladenunterteilers 10 in der Schublade zu verhindern.
  • In Fign. 4a, 4b ist der zwischen zwei Schubladenwänden 30 klemmend festgelegte Schubladenunterteiler 10 gezeigt. Im hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Schubladenwände 30 durch die Innenseite einer Schubladenzarge 31 gebildet.
  • Wie in Fign. 1 bis 4 gezeigt, weist die Trennwand 11 auf ihren beiden Wandseiten zwei parallele hinterschnittene Längsnuten 28 auf, in denen die Querteilerklemmstücke 13a-13c querverschiebbar und feststellbar befestigt sind. Die Befestigung der Querteilerklemmstücke in den Längsnuten 28 wird nachfolgend am Beispiel des Querteilerklemmstücks 13a erläutert.
  • Wie in Fign. 5a, 5b gezeigt, ist das Querteilerklemmstück 13a in Form eines einteiligen Kunststoffteils ausgebildet. Auf der in Fig. 5a gezeigten Steckseite weist das Querteilerklemmstück 13a einen zentralen Steckvorsprung 40 zum Aufstecken der Querteilertrennwand 14 sowie zu beiden Seiten des Steckvorsprungs 40 jeweils Auflage- und Rastvorsprünge 41, 42 auf, welche die aufgesteckte Querteilertrennwand 14 am Querteilerklemmstück 13a sichern. Auf der in Fig. 5b gezeigten Anlageseite weist das Querteilerklemmstück 13a zwei untere Haken 43 und einen oberen Haken 44 auf, mit denen das Querteilerklemmstück 13a in die untere bzw. in die obere hinterschnittene Längsnut 28 der Trennwand 11 eingehängt wird. Zur Aushängesicherung und zur seitlichen Lagesicherung weist das Querteilerklemmstück 13a auf seiner Anlageseite zwei Sicherungsvorsprünge 45 auf, die zu beiden Seiten des oberen Hakens 44 angeordnet sind und ebenfalls in die obere Längsnut 28 der Trennwand 11 passgenau bzw. klemmend eingreifen. Dadurch werden sowohl das Hochschieben bzw. Aushängen des eingehängten Querteilerklemmstücks 13a verhindert als auch das seitliche Verschieben des Querteilerklemmstücks 13a an der Trennwand 11 erschwert. Die beiden Sicherungsvorsprünge 45 sind an einem bügelförmigen Schwenkarm 46 angeformt, der aus der in Fign. 5a, 5b gezeigten, an der Trennwand 11 anliegenden Sicherungsstellung in Pfeilrichtung 47, also in Richtung fort von der Trennwand 11, in eine Freigabestellung (nicht gezeigt) manuell verschwenkbar ist. In dieser Freigabestellung greifen die Sicherungsvorsprünge 45 nicht in die obere Längsnut 28 der Trennwand 11 ein, so dass das Querteilerklemmstück 13a ein- oder ausgehängt oder das eingehängte Querteilerklemmstück 13a seitlich in den Längsnuten 28 verschoben werden kann. Der Schwenkarm 46 weist außerdem eine Rastnase 48 auf, die in der Freigabestellung eine Oberkante 49 des Steckvorsprungs 40 hintergreift und so den Schwenkarm 46 in seiner Freigabestellung lösbar verrastet.

Claims (11)

  1. Schubladenunterteiler (10) zur nachträglichen Montage zwischen zwei Schubladenwänden (30),
    mit einer Trennwand (11), die an mindestens einem ihrer beiden Enden eine stirnseitige Öffnung (16) aufweist, und
    mit mindestens einem federnden Klemmstück (12), das einen Steckabschnitt (17), welcher in die stirnseitige Öffnung (16) der Trennwand (11) eingesteckt ist und mit einem Anschlag (22) außen an der Stirnseite der Trennwand (11) anliegt, und einen Anlageabschnitt (18) zur Anlage an einer Schubladenwand (30) aufweist,
    wobei der Anlageabschnitt (18) in Richtung auf den Steckabschnitt (17) gegen die Rückstellkraft eines Federelements (19) bewegbar ist, das durch mindestens einen Federsteg (19) gebildet ist, welcher zusammen mit dem Steckabschnitt (17) und dem Anlageabschnitt (18) als einteiliges Kunststoffteil ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der mindestens eine Federsteg (19) innerhalb einer zum Anlageabschnitt (18) offenen Aussparung (20) des Steckabschnitts (17) angeordnet ist.
  2. Schubladenunterteiler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement mindestens zwei Federstege (19) aufweist.
  3. Schubladenunterteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Federsteg (19) bogenförmig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aussparung (20) des Steckabschnitts (17) zwei bogenförmige Federstege (19) angeordnet sind.
  5. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageabschriitt (18) mindestens einen, insbesondere zwei bezüglich des Steckabschnitts (17) einander gegenüberliegende Führungsstifte (25) aufweist, die jeweils in einer stirnseitigen Öffnung (26) der Trennwand (11) verschiebbar geführt sind.
  6. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageabschnitt (18) auf seiner der Schubladenwand (30) zugewandten Seite ein separates Anlageelement (24) zur rutschfesten Anlage an der Schubladenwand (30) aufweist.
  7. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden Enden der Trennwand (11) jeweils ein federndes Klemmstück (12) angeordnet ist.
  8. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (11) durch ein Hohlprofil, insbesondere ein Aluminiumprofil, gebildet ist.
  9. Schubladenunterteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (11) auf mindestens einer ihrer beiden Wandseiten zumindest eine Längsnut (28) aufweist, in der ein Querteilerklemmstück (13-13c) querverschiebbar und feststellbar ist.
  10. Schubladenunterteiler nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Querteilerklemmstück (13a-13c) eine separate Querteilertrennwand (14) oder eine daran einteilig angeformte Querteilertrennwand (15) aufweist.
  11. Schubladenunterteiler nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Querteilerklemmstück (13a-13c) einen Schwenkarm (46) aufweist, der zwischen einer trennwandnahen Sicherungsstellung und einer trennwandfernen Freigabestellung verschwenkbar ist, wobei der Schwenkarm (46) mindestens einen Sicherungsvorsprung (45) aufweist, der in der Sicherungsstellung in die Längsnut (28) der Trennwand (11) eingreift und in der Freigabestellung nicht in die Längsnut (28) der Trennwand (11) eingreift.
