Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen stapelbaren Warenbehälter mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Ein Warenbehälter ist beispielsweise aus der EP 1 985 209 A1 bekannt. Dieser wird für die Selbstbedienungsentnahme von Brot, Brötchen oder dergleichen verwendet. Er weist einen Innenraum für die Aufnahme der Waren auf. Zur Entnahme ist ein Hilfswerkzeug vorgesehen, dass die gewünschte Ware von dem Innenraum (Vorratsraum) in einen Entnahmebereich bewegen kann. Um ein Zurücklegen von Ware zu vermeiden und somit die gewünschten Hygienevorschriften einzuhalten, ist eine Rückhaltevorrichtung (Hygienesicherung) vorgesehen. In der oben genannten Anmeldung sind drei Varianten aufgezeigt, wie eine solche Rückhaltevorrichtung ausgeführt sein kann. Alle dieser Beispiele weisen eine Vielzahl von beweglichen Bauteilen auf und nutzen die Vorteile der Schwerkraft, um einzelne Ware in den Entnahmebereich zu befördern.
  • Weiterhin ist aus der DE 20 2007 006 950 U1 ein Warenbehälter bekannt, der neben einer Rückhaltevorrichtung eine besonders ausgeführte Schwenkplatte aufweist. Bei dieser Variante kommt es jedoch insbesondere dann zu einem Warenstau, wenn die Ware nicht ordnungsgemäß entnommen wird.
  • Ein Warenbehälter gemäß dem Oberbegriff ist aus der AU 199745196 B2 bekannt.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht somit darin, einen Warenbehälter aufzuzeigen, der mit einem effektiveren Rücklegeschutz in Form einer verbesserten Rückhaltevorrichtung ausgestattet ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Das Zurücklegen einer Ware in den Innenraum kann somit auf einfache Art und Weise unterbunden werden.
  • Ferner sind beide Elemente leicht einsetzbar und wieder herausnehmbar, so dass eine, durch die Hygienevorschriften geforderte Reinigung, durchgeführt werden kann.
  • Auch sind die beiden Elemente nicht beweglich, so dass ein Verklemmen oder ein Warenstau weitestgehend ausgeschlossen werden kann.
  • Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, durch den Einsatz der beiden Elemente die Anzahl der Bauteile und somit auch die Kosten der Herstellung und der Montage zu verringern. Zudem erfordert die Wartung keine großen Umstände.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Warenbehälter 1 zur Selbstbedienungsentnahme von Brot, Brötchen oder dergleichen. Es ist ein Innenraum 2 vorgesehen. Dieser weist Wände 3 auf. Am Boden des Innenraumes 2 ist eine Rückhaltevorrichtung 4 wechselbar oder schwenkbar angebracht. Die Rückhaltevorrichtung 4 unterteilt den Innenraum 2 in einen Bereich zur Lagerung der Waren und in einen Entnahmebereich 6. Der Entnahmebereich 6 ist aus hygienischen Gründen mit einer Schwenkplatte 5 verschließbar. Ferner ist im oberen Bereich eine weitere Schutzvorrichtung 7 vorgesehen.
  • Die Rückhaltevorrichtung 4 weist als Bestandteile ein erstes flächiges Element 4.1 und ein zweites flächiges Element 4.2 auf. Das erste und das zweite flächige Element 4.1, 4.2 sind nahezu parallel oder parallel zueinander angeordnet. Figur 2 zeigt exemplarisch eine Variante, bei der die beiden Elemente 4.1 und 4.2 nahezu parallel zueinander und mit einem Abstand A zueinander positioniert sind.
  • Es hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen, dass das erste flächige Element 4.1 wechselbar in einer schienenartigen Vorrichtung 4.4 angeordnet ist. So kann das erste flächige Element 4.1 auf einfache Art herausgenommen, gereinigt und wieder eingesetzt werden.
  • Die schienenartige Vorrichtung 4.4 ist an einem Einsatz 4.3 angeordnet, der einen weiteren Bestandteil der Rückhaltevorrichtung 4 darstellt. Die schienenartige Vorrichtung 4.4 weist zwei sich gegenüberliegende Schienen auf. Eine andere Anzahl an Schienen oder eine andere Art der Anordnung des ersten flächigen Elements 4.1 an dem Einsatz 4.3 wäre denkbar.
  • Der Einsatz 4.3 kann aus einem Drahtgestell gebildet sein, so dass die schienenartige Vorrichtung 4.4 in einfacher Weise an dem Einsatz 4.3 angebracht werden kann. Um genügend Rücklegeschutz zu bilden, ragt das erste flächige Element 4.1 über den Einsatz 4.3 heraus. (vgl. Figuren 1, 2) Eine Länge L des ersten flächigen Elements 4.1, L(4.1) = 250 mm, findet vorzugweise Einsatz. Andere Längen sind denkbar und je nach Art und Größe der Waren entsprechend zu wählen.
  • Das zweite flächige Element 4.2 ist ortsfest oder wechselbar an den Wänden 3 des Warenbehälters 1 angebracht. Hierbei kann es sich um zwei gegenüberliegende Außenwände 3.1 oder aber um eine Außenwand 3.1 und eine Innenwand 3.2 handeln. In der wechselbaren Variante kann das zweite flächige Element 4.2 z.B. durch eine Öffnung in der Wand 3 des Behälters 1 eingeschoben werden. Somit ist auch bei diesem Element 4.2 eine einfache Entnahme zur Reinigung gegeben. Eine Länge L des zweiten flächigen Elements 4.2, L(4.2) = 55 mm, hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen. Andere Längen sind denkbar und je nach Art und Größe der Waren entsprechend zu wählen.
  • Um einen optimalen Rücklegeschutz zu bilden, sind beide Elemente 4.1, 4.2 in einem annähernd gleichen oder gleichen Winkel von α = 40° bis 55° zur Horizontalen angeordnet.
  • Das zweite flächige Element 4.2 ist unterhalb der Oberkante des ersten flächigen Elements 4.1 angebracht. (vgl. hierzu Figur 2) Beide flächigen Elemente 4.1 und 4.2 sind durch einen Abstand A voneinander getrennt. Der Abstand A muss groß genug sein, damit zum einen die Waren von dem Innenraum 2 in den Entnahmebereich 6 befördert werden können, zum anderen aber auch ein Zurücklegen einer Ware von dem Entnahmebereich 6 in den Innenraum 2 ausgeschlossen werden kann. Ein Abstand A von 100 mm hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen.
  • Je nach Breite des Warenbehälters 1 und der Anzahl der Schwenkplatten 5, die das Anbringen von Innenwänden 3.2 fordern, z.B. wenn unterschiedliche Waren in einem Behälter 1 angeboten werden, sind ein oder mehrere erste flächige Elemente 4.1 pro Warenbehälter 1 vorgesehen. Je nach Anzahl der ersten flächigen Elemente 4.1 finden somit auch ein oder mehrere zweite flächige Elemente 4.2 pro Warenbehälter 1 Einsatz.
  • Um die Waren im Innenraum 2 des Behälters 1 von außen deutlich und ohne weitere Hindernisse erkennen zu können, sind beide Elemente 4.1, 4.2 aus einem transparenten Material gebildet. Es hat sich insbesondere als sinnvoll erwiesen, beide Elemente 4.1, 4.2 aus Glas oder Acrylglas herzustellen.

Claims (9)

  1. Warenbehälter zur Selbstbedienungsentnahme von Brot, Brötchen oder dergleichen, mit einem Innenraum (2), Wänden (3), einer Rückhaltevorrichtung (4) und einem mittels einer Schwenkplatte (5) verschließbaren Entnahmebereich (6), wobei die Rückhaltevorrichtung (4) als Bestandteile ein erstes flächiges Element (4.1) und ein zweites flächiges Element (4.2) aufweist, und wobei das erste und das zweite flächige Element (4.1, 4.2) nahezu parallel oder parallel zueinander angeordnet sind
    , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste flächige Element (4.1) wechselbar in einer schienenartigen Vorrichtung (4.4) angeordnet ist
  2. Warenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schienenartige Vorrichtung (4.4) an einem Einsatz (4.3), der einen weiteren Bestandteil der Rückhaltevorrichtung (4) bildet, angeordnet ist.
  3. Warenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite flächige Element (4.2) ortsfest oder wechselbar an den Wänden (3) des Warenbehälters (1) angebracht ist.
  4. Warenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Elemente (4.1, 4.2) in einem annähernd gleichen oder gleichen Winkel von α = 40° bis 55° zur Horizontalen angeordnet sind.
  5. Warenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste flächige Element (4.1) über den Einsatz (4.3) herausragt.
  6. Warenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere erste flächige Elemente (4.1) pro Warenbehälter (1) vorgesehen sind.
  7. Warenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein oder mehrere zweite flächige Elemente (4.2) pro Warenbehälter (1) Einsatz finden.
  8. Warenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Elemente (4.1, 4.2) aus einem transparenten Material gebildet sind.
  9. Warenbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Elemente (4.1, 4.2) aus Glas oder Acrylglas hergestellt sind.
