Definitions
- the invention relates to a support member for a step of a Flußweges in the outdoor area.
- the CN 1959031 A describes a modular system for the construction of stairs outdoors.
- the individual parts of the system are rectangular surfaces made of cast concrete and connecting fittings for it.
- the system may well be suitable if a staircase is to be built in the garden area near the house. For use on hiking trails, it is not suitable for cost-weight and labor cost reasons.
- DE 202009002885 U1 It is proposed to form the walk-in surface of a running under a water surface, not too steep footpath by a pile of gravel and to confine this bed laterally by a along the way extending series of interconnected, elongated flat stainless steel parts.
- the oblong-flat parts lie with a longitudinal edge on the untreated substrate and are fixed by spikes, which are hammered into the ground. The formation of steps is not provided.
- the CA 2089363 A1 shows a construction for a good adaptable to uneven terrain mounting footpaths.
- the construction can be described as a rope ladder placed in the terrain, the individual steps being formed by steps and the distance between the steps being very small. In the case of slight bumps and if the path does not run laterally to the slope direction and if the steps are not slippery by wet, the construction can provide good walking comfort. For use in hiking trails, the construction is hardly suitable due to these many preconditions.
- the EP 0 753 645 A1 shows a usable as a stage in the outside shell part, which may be made of sheet metal.
- Vertical sheet metal surfaces can form the frontal and lateral vertical surfaces of steps. Through openings in the sheet metal surfaces through rods or the like can be inserted horizontally or vertically into the adjacent soil, so that the shell part is thus fixed in its position.
- the shell part serves to be able to quickly and temporarily form a staircase or even standing surface on a slope.
- the US 4,671,699 A shows a modular system of surface elements, which are a kind of combination of grating and perforated metal sheet. As intended, the surface elements are fed on a meadow, so they form a stable roadway for vehicles that are to drive across the meadow. However, grass can still grow through the holes of the surface elements.
- the surface elements can be fixed to the ground by mandrels, which are inserted through holes in the surface elements in the adjacent soil.
- the object underlying the invention is to make weather-resistant and sure-footed steps of footpaths in the outdoor area so that over existing such stages, the assembly of the steps itself is simplified and that the assembly of stands for railing is supported.
- the vertical surface of a step is formed as a sheet metal surface of an anchored in the ground support member.
- the support part has a tube through which a rod can be pushed through in the vertical direction.
- Fig. 1 shows a playable support member according to the invention, for example, from that direction from which it can see a hiker, when the support member is mounted.
- the support member consists of three interconnected, typically with each other welded metal parts, namely a sheet metal part 1, a spit 2 and a pipe. 3
- the vertical surface 1.1 of the sheet metal part 1 forms the intended front surface of a step in the landscape.
- the upper, horizontal Surface 1.2 of the sheet metal part 1 forms the leading edge and the front part of the tread surface of the stage.
- the surface 1.2 is provided with a grid of holes 1.5, the edge regions of which project slightly upwards from the plane of the surface 1.2.
- the upper portion of the vertical surface 1.1 can be designed as a bulge, as shown, whose lower surface forms an overhang over the lower part of the vertical surface 1.1.
- the bulge thus forms a step nose 1.7.
- this stepped nose it is achieved that, in the case of very steep step arrangements, the individual tread surfaces can be deeper (ie longer in direction of travel) than they could be without such bulging, since this overlaps the floor plan surfaces of adjacent steps.
- At the opposite edge of the horizontal surface of the horizontal surface 1.2 follows a surface 1.4 of the sheet metal part 1, which is bent from the horizontal surface 1.2 down and protrudes when mounted support member in the soil below the tread.
- the major part of the tread is intended not formed by a surface of the support member, but by material from the environment (earth or gravel, etc.), which is located behind the vertical surface 1.1 and with the horizontal surface 1.2 is approximately flush.
- the support member is anchored in the surrounding soil by being inserted with the spit 2, the tube 3 and the lower surface area of the vertical surface 1.1 of the sheet metal part 1 in the soil.
- the process of fixing is best done by fitting the spit 2 and 3 of the pipe to the ground and hammering these parts by means of a heavy hammer.
- the lower edge 1.6 of the vertical surface 1.1 of the sheet metal part 1 can be designed as a cutting edge.
- the vertical surface 1.1 is provided with a plurality of rows of vertically stacked apertures 1.3 with a U-shaped cross-sectional area.
- a post of a railing can be inserted and thus anchored, or participate in the anchoring of the support member.
- a support member with left-sided spit 2 and right side befindlichem pipe 3 is particularly advantageous when a trail on a slope slopes upwards, for the uphill hiking the mountain side is left of the way and the valley side right of the path.
- the Aus GmbH On the mountain side you do not need a railing, so with a spit 2, on which no guardrail can be mounted, the Aus GmbH.
- a guardrail can be mounted well, for example, by a long spit through the tube is inserted into the soil underneath and by a tubular handrail post is pinned to the top of the tube protruding end of the skewer.
- the handrail post is held particularly well by the support member, as are transmitted by this anchoring forces to the mountain side spit 2.
- the in Fig. 2 shown support member is formed solely by a sheet metal part 11. It has two vertical surfaces 11.1, 11.8, which are inserted for anchoring the support member with its lower portion in the ground.
- the two vertical surfaces 11.1, 11.8 are arranged at right angles to each other, so that they form an L-shaped arrangement.
- the longer leg, which is formed by the vertical surface 11.1 has the same function as the vertical surface 1.1 of the support part of Fig. 1 ,
- the shorter leg serves as a depletion of the earth material under the tread of the step to the right side.
- the support part according to Fig. 2 So it is advantageous to apply, if a trail runs obliquely up a slope with the uphill side of the valley to the right.
- materials for the support parts according to the invention are mainly aluminum, not stainless steel with galvanized surface and stainless steel in question. If the metallic appearance is distracting, you can also paint the column in the desired color.
- a support member according to the invention can be attached to the upper surface of the sheet metal part 1, 11, a separate attachment made of a particularly easy to walk material.
- the sheet metal part may be provided in this area with a groove with overhanging groove walls.
- a rubber profile is clamped, which protrudes above the groove and also extends next to the groove.
- the additional, walk-friendly part in a groove he can be attached to the sheet metal part, for example, by gluing or by screws.
- a tread of supported by a support member according to the invention stage you do not necessarily need to provide soil or gravel of the substrate material. It is also possible to provide supporting parts according to the invention in combination with a rigid, flat tread surface, such as, for example, a grate. To connect support member and rigid flat tread can be provided, for example, a screw or connectors.
- support parts in such a way that a plurality of support parts according to the invention arranged one behind the other can be connected to one another.
- metallic strips or rods which extend from one support member to the next, with each support member, via a screw or a locking connection can be connected. This ensures that the position of adjacent support parts to each other is better defined and remains well defined for a long time.
- the present invention supported level of a trail is not one that separates a deeper trail part of a higher hiking trail part, but one that separates the trail of a laterally adjacent slope area.
- Fig. 3 is specially outlined that case in which the support members 21 of the invention on the valley-side longitudinal edge of a Hiking trail are arranged, which crosses a slope. The support members 21 thus serve to prevent parts of the trail slip sideways.
- Support member 21 which have a pipe 3 on both sides, are arranged one behind the other at the valley-side edge of the trail and fixed in the ground via the pipes 3 and bolts (in which a guardrail post may also be mounted). Since the substrate material on the valley-side edge of the trail is usually not very strong, as it is often a significant part of bulk material that has been dug by the mountain-side longitudinal edge of the trail, on the one hand the bolts must be very long, so that they protrude into solid underground material. As a further essential fastening measure a tab 4 is provided, which connects the tubes 3 of two adjacent support members 21 with another tube 3, which is also connected by means of a hammered bolt to the ground.
- This third pipe is ideally anchored on the mountain-side longitudinal edge of the trail in the underground.
- the tab 4, the mountain-side tube 3 and the bolt taken in this are ideally buried several feet deep in the bulk material of the trail, so they are therefore invisible to the hikers and also do not form a stumbling block.
- the tab 4 is formed in three parts.
- a support member side flap portion 4.1 comprises the two adjacent tubes 3 of the two adjacent support members 21.
- a long flap portion 4.3 connects the support member side flap portion 4.1 with the mountain side tube 3.
- the connection between the two flap parts 4.1, 4.3 is formed by a bolt 4.2, which by a Bore in both flap parts 4.1, 4.3 passes through and thus pivotally connects the flap parts together.
- Fig. 4 shows a support member according to the invention which has a sheet metal part 31 which forms the horizontal tread surface of the step, but also extends vertically in the depth and forms the vertical support surface of the step.
- a pipe 3 extending coaxially through the pipe 3 is struck into the ground.
- a hole is first drilled into the ground. After the skewer 12 has been driven as far as necessary or as possible into the ground - the exact length is obtained only when hammering - the projecting above the support part above is cut off so spit 12 and pipe 3 ends flush above.

Description

- Fig. 2:
- zeigt einen anderen Stützteil in einer Schrägrissansicht.

- Fig. 4:

-
Fig. 1 .
