Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif servant à traiter par un fluide traversant un matériau en forme de bande, perméable aux gaz, en particulier servant à faire sécher des tissus tissés et non-tissés, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - un tambour perforé (S) monté de manière à pouvoir tourner et relié à un générateur de vide, présentant un pourtour extérieur configuré de manière perméable, sachant que la bande de matériau (M) à traiter court autour d'une partie du pourtour extérieur du tambour perforé (S),
    - une chambre de traitement (BH) abritant le tambour perforé (S), laquelle est soumise à l'action du gaz à traiter, de préférence à de l'air chauffé,
    - à l'intérieur de la chambre de traitement (BH), une partie de recouvrement perforée (SD) entourant le tambour perforé (S) dans la zone autour de laquelle s'enroule la bande de matériau (M),
    - un moyen servant à modifier au moins dans un tronçon du pourtour du tambour perforé (S) la perméabilité à l'air de la partie de recouvrement perforée (SD),
    sachant que la perméabilité de la partie de recouvrement perforée (SD) peut être modifiée par endroits sur le trajet global de transport de la bande (M), caractérisé en ce que la perméabilité de la partie de recouvrement perforée diminue en direction du trajet de transport.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la partie de recouvrement perforée (SD) est fabriquée par endroits à partir d'éléments en tôle trouée (LE).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un élément en tôle trouée (LE) peut être remplacé.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un coulisseau (SB) muni de fenêtres (F) servant à régler la perméabilité est associé à au moins un élément en tôle trouée (LE).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
