Claims (7)

deux rangées (4, 5) de disques de transport allant dans le sens de transport (T), les disques de transport placés en étant respectivement décalés et en se chevauchant dans le sens de transport (T) avec des évidements placés respectivement le long de leur périphérie pour loger les extrémités (8, 9), cependant que les évidements sont placés décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre pour permettre, grâce à la rotation des disques de transport, un transfert des sections de profil long dans le sens de transport (T) d'un disque de transport au disque de transport voisin dans le sens de transport (T) et les deux rangées (4, 5) présentent une distance réglable dans le sens longitudinal (L) à partir d'une plus petite distance de moins de 80 mm l'une de l'autre et avec deux brosses rouleaux (6, 7) qui peuvent tourner, orientées respectivement dans le sens de transport (T) le long d'une des deux rangées (4,5), qui sont destinées à ébarber les deux extrémités (8, 9) des sections de profil long transportées. - Machine pour ébarber à brosses (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux rangées (4, 5) présentent, dans le sens longitudinal (L), une distance réglable l'une par rapport à l'autre à partir d'une plus petite distance de moins de 30 à 60 mm.

- Machine pour ébarber à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chacune des rangées (4, 5) est pourvue de disques de transport, décalés l'une par rapport à l'autre, qui présentent respectivement une épaisseur maximale de 1 à 3 mm.
- Machine pour ébarber à brosses (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les disques de transport (23) de chacune des rangées (4, 5) situées l'une en face de l'autre sont placés sur respectivement un bras de cadre (2, 3) et présentent respectivement une surface intérieure tournée vers la rangée opposée (4, 5) et une surface extérieure tournée vers le bras de cadre qui lui est associé (2, 3) et chacun des disques de transport 23) peut être fixé au bras de cadre (2, 3) au moyen d'une fixation anti-torsion (30) qui fait saillie au-delà de la surface intérieure respective d'au maximum 4 mm.
- Machine pour ébarber à brosses (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque fixation anti-torsion (30) présente une ouverture (25) non symétrique en rotation dans une section transversale dans la surface du disque de transport (23) dans laquelle un vérin (24) adapté à la section transversale de l'ouverture peut être introduit dont l'extrémité intérieure dépasse de la surface intérieure d'au maximum 4 mm.
