Erfindungsgemäß können durch die Bürstentgratemaschine Langprofilabschnitte ab einer Länge von weniger als 80 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 30 mm entgratet werden. Dazu sind die beiden Transportscheibenreihen auf einen Abstand von unter 30 mm zueinander verstellbar. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden die Transportscheiben mit einer Dicke von jeweils höchstens 1 bis 3 mm, vorzugsweise von höchstens 1 mm ausgebildet, die in jeder der beiden Reihen versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, so dass die gesamte Dicke der sich überlappenden Transportscheiben weniger als 6 mm, vorzugsweise weniger als 2 mm beträgt.

Dadurch kann, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, die Bürstenrolle 7 im Vergleich zu einer geraden Wandung ein Stück näher an den transportierten Langprofilabschnitt 10 herangeführt werden. Es wird so möglich, Langprofilabschnitte 10 mit kürzerer Länge zu transportieren, da das über die zweite Reihe Transportscheiben 5 nach außen überstehende zweite Ende 9 bei gleicher Entgratequalität kürzer als herkömmliche Enden sein muss, um doch noch mit der zweiten Bürstenrolle 7 in Kontakt zu kommen. Fig. 2 zeigt neben dem zweiten Rahmenarm 3 der Bürstenrolle 7 die zweite einer Reihe von Transportscheiben 5 in einer Draufsicht, die in Transportrichtung T versetzt zueinander und sich überlappend angeordnet sind.
Fig. 3 zeigt den zweiten Rahmenarm 3 in einem Querschnitt, wobei ein Kugellager 21 für eine der Transportscheiben 23 zu erkennen ist. Die eine Transportscheibe 23 ist an einem Drehteller 22 drehfest montiert, der mittels des Kugellagers 21 drehbar im zweiten Rahmenarm 3 angerordnet ist.
Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen die dünne Ausbildung der einen Transportscheibe 23 in Längsbildung L, die etwa einen Millimeter oder weniger beträgt.
Die in Fig. 1 ansatzweise gezeigte Verdrehsicherung 30 zeigt einen innenseitig, auf jede der Transportscheiben 23 zentral aufgebrachten kurzen Zylinder 24, durch den die jeweilige Transportscheibe 23 drehbar am zweiten Rahmenarm 3 befestigt ist. Die Verdrehsicherung 30 ist in Fig. 4 im Detail dargestellt.
Fig. 4 zeigt die Verdrehsicherung 30 mit der einen Transportscheibe 23 in einer Explosionsdarstellung. Der Drehteller 22 ist drehbar an dem zweiten Rahmenarm 3 mittels eines Kugellagers 21 angeordnet. Auf den Drehteller 22 ist die eine Transportscheibe 23 mit einer nicht rotationssymmetrischen zentralen Öffnung 25 auflegbar, wobei der Transportteller 22 eine dem Querschnitt der Öffnung 25 der Transportscheibe 23 deckungsgleiche Aussparung 26 aufweist. Der Im Querschnitt mit der Öffnung 35 und der Aussparung 26 ebenfalls deckungsgleich ausgeformte kurze Zylinder 24 ist durch die Öffnung 25 hindurchsteckbar und in die Aussparung 26 des Drehtellers 22 formschlüssig einfügbar.
Der Zylinder 24 kann innenseitig mittels einer (nicht dargestellten) Schraube in einem zentral angeordneten Gewinde 27 des Drehteller 22 festgeschraubt werden. Die zwischen einem Zylinderinnenkragen 28 und dem Drehteller 22 vorgesehene Transportscheibe 23 ist auf diese Weise gegenüber dem Drehteller 22 verdrehsicher befestigt. Der Zylinderkragen 28 steht innenseitig von der Transportscheibe 23 je nach Ausführung um 1 - 3 mm ab. Aufgrund des kurzen Aufbaus der montierten Verdrehsicherung 30, innenseitig der Transportscheibe 23, können die beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Rahmenarme 2, 3 ganz eng aufeinander zu verschoben werden. Insgesamt können somit Langprofilabschnitte 10 ab einer Länge von L= 30 mm entgratet werden.

Claims (7)

  1.
