Claims (13)
- Planche de marquage pour le marquage de composants électriques, avec plusieurs unités de marquage (10), dans laquelle une unité de marquage (10) présente une nervure transversale (12) et plusieurs étiquettes indicatrices (14) moulées sur la nervure transversale (12), dans laquelle les unités de marquage (10) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre (16), des moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) pour le guidage de la planche de marquage dans une imprimante étant agencés sur le cadre (16), les moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) étant sensiblement réalisés en forme de u et chacun présentent deux nervures (20a, 20b) qui sont agencées sensiblement parallèlement les unes aux autres,
caractérisée en ce quela planche de marquage est réalisée en un matière plastique amorphe moulée par injection présentant une meilleure aptitude à l'inscription contrairement aux matières plastiques semi-cristallins,les deux nervures (20a, 20b) présentant chacune un chanfrein sur leurs surfaces latérales intérieures (30b) orientées l'une vers l'autre et/ou sur leurs surfaces latérales extérieures (30a) orientées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre. - Planche de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matière plastique amorphe est du polycarbonate, de l'acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène, du poly(méthacrylate de méthyle), du polystyrène, du polyétherimide, du polyéthersulfone, du polysulfone, de l'oxyde de polyphénylène ou du styrène-acrylonitrile.
- Planche de marquage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) présentent un ou plusieurs évidements (36, 38) le long de leur étendue longitudinale.
- Planche de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des nervures de renfort (34) sont prévues sur les moyens de guidage (18a, 18b).
- Planche de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les nervures transversales (12) et/ou les étiquettes indicatrices (14) présentent une surface d'inscription (22), dans laquelle la surface d'inscription (22) présente une rugosité Ra ≤ 0,5 µm.
- Planche de marquage pour le marquage de composants électriques, avec plusieurs unités de marquage (10), dans laquelle une unité de marquage (10) présente une nervure transversale (12) et plusieurs étiquettes indicatrices (14) moulées sur la nervure transversale (12), dans laquelle les unités de marquage (10) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre (16), des moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) pour le guidage de la planche de marquage dans une imprimante étant agencés sur le cadre (16),

la planche de marquage est réalisée en un matière plastique amorphe moulée par injection présentant une meilleure aptitude à l'inscription contrairement aux matières plastiques semi-cristallins et un ou plusieurs point(s) d'injection (28) sont prévus sur les nervures transversales (12). - Planche de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, dans une zone de liaison entre une unité de marquage (10) et le cadre (16), on prévoit un emplacement destiné à la rupture (32).
- Planche de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'on prévoit des trous de référence (24) sur le cadre (16).
- Planche de marquage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la planche de marquage est dotée d'une identification (26).
- Procédé pour la fabrication d'une planche de marquage pour le marquage de composants électriques avec plusieurs unités de marquage (10), dans lequel une unité de marquage (10) est réalisée par une nervure transversale (12) et plusieurs étiquettes indicatrices (14) moulées sur la nervure transversale (12), dans lequel les unités de marquages (10) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre (16), dans lequel des moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) pour le guidage de la planche de marquage dans une imprimante sont agencés sur le cadre (16), les moyens de guidage (18a, 18b) étant sensiblement réalisés en forme de u et chacun présentant deux nervures (20a, 20b), qui sont agencés sensiblement parallèlement les unes aux autres,
caractérisé en ce quela planche de marquage est moulée par injection à partir d'une matière plastique amorphe présentant une meilleure aptitude à l'inscription contrairement aux matières plastiques semi-cristallins,les deux nervures (20a, 20b) présentant chacune un chanfrein sur leurs surfaces latérales intérieures (30b) orientées l'une vers l'autre et/ou sur leurs surfaces latérales extérieures (30a) orientées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre. - Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, en guise de matière plastique amorphe, on utilise du polycarbonate, de l'acrylonitrile-butadiène-styrène, du poly(méthacrylate de méthyle), du polystyrène, du polyétherimide, du polyéthersulfone, du polysulfone, de l'oxyde de polyphénylène ou du styrène-acrylonitrile.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la planche de marquage est moulée par injection sur les nervures transversales (12) des unités de marquage (10).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la planche de marquage est pourvue, dans la zone de surfaces d'inscription (22) réalisées sur les nervures transversales (12) et/ou les étiquettes indicatrices (14), d'une rugosité Ra ≤ 0,5 µm.
