Definitions
- the invention relates to a groove-comb connection, which is particularly suitable for the connection of fiberboard.
- Such plate-shaped elements can be connected to a crumpled pushed surface.
- Fiber boards have the disadvantage that they absorb or release moisture, which can lead to expansion or shrinkage, which can have a negative effect, in particular in the area of the plate connection.
- the processing recommendation is to store the plates in moderate humidity so that the plates do not shrink after expansion but expand, the previous embodiments of the ridges and grooves have not been proven.
- the seal may be unsatisfactory, since the formation of a gap between the comb and the groove can not be avoided in the case of shrinkage mainly in the plate direction.
- the introduction of the comb into the groove is complicated and the risk of damaging the corners becomes great.
- the insertion into the groove is better, but the corners are still critical.
- Groove-comb connections for plate-shaped elements are known per se and, for example, in JP2004 / 35350 . WO98 / 32428 . US5165816 . WO2006 / 104436 DE20219023 , and US6324809 described. Fiberboard with groove and comb connections are in WO00 / 10371 and NL1008945 described. The compounds disclosed in these documents are comparatively complicated to manufacture and / or suitable only for specific plate-shaped elements.
- the aim of the present invention was therefore to provide an improved groove-comb connection. Especially It is an object of the present invention to provide a compound in which the nested plate-shaped elements give a flat and dense surface. Another object is to provide connections for plate-shaped elements which are easy to assemble and robust. Another object is to provide easy to make connections.
- the invention describes a special groove-comb connection (not according to the invention).
- the invention relates to a fiberboard with a corresponding groove-comb connection.
- the invention relates to methods of making a corresponding fiberboard
- the invention relates to the use of fiberboard in the manufacture of a building, such as for insulation and protection in the exterior and interior of buildings, in particular as a wall insulation board, sub-roof panel, footstep, intermediate wall with additional protective effect, etc.
- the invention relates to a building comprising fiberboard panels, as described above, which are arranged such that at least one comb of a plate engages in the groove of a subsequent plate.
- the invention relates to a method for producing such a structure in which fiberboards according to the invention are joined together, such that the crests of one plate are engaged in the grooves of adjacent plates.
- Beveling before rounding / sloping area The sloping surfaces are essential for the tightness of the T joints. A bevel of 8-20 degrees has proved ideal. A preferred profile has a bevel of 14 degrees at the crest and 13 degrees at the groove.
- Rounding / rounded area The rounding of the corners reduces the notch stress and thus increases the strength in the groove cheeks. The rounding makes the comb less susceptible to mechanical stress.
- the rounded portion on the spring between (2a) and (2b) and (2b) and (2c) (corresponding also in the groove between (3a) and (3b) and (3b) and (3c)) is also called "seamless Transition ".
- the maximum height of the groove or comb i. the maximum extent perpendicular to the edge or the sum of the maximum heights of the three areas, is slightly larger at the groove than the comb, which good contact of the edges abutting members and thus causes additional seal on these.
- the difference in size is usually and preferably due to a difference in the height of the middle oblique area.
- the parallel portions of the groove and the comb are virtually identical and differ only by the play of about 0.1 mm necessary for inserting the comb into the groove.
- the fibreboard can be used in particular a) as a roof insulation board, the laying directly on the rafters or under the sub roof is possible or b) as an outer wall insulation board, the installation under plaster (in compact design) -. Also as a plaster base plate - or in ventilated facades is possible.
- the fiberboard can be used in particular a) as a roof insulation board, laying under the rafters is possible or b) as an insulation board for ceilings, interior walls, partitions or c) as insulation or footboard in the floor area.
- fiberboard comprises all plates made of wood fibers, sisal fibers and other vegetable fibers, in particular of wood fibers.
- Preferred fiberboard are wood soft fiberboard.
- wood softboard also called wood fiber insulation board
- wood fiber insulation board refers to known plates which are typically 80-90 vol .-% of wood fibers, which are obtained from sawing (rind, Spreissel) and wood chips;
- soft wood fiber boards comply with the standard DIN-EN 13171. Preference is given to soft wood fiber boards whose wood fibers are obtained predominantly or exclusively from softwoods.
- Soft wood fiber boards have two pairs of parallel edges, as well as top and bottom, which are typically indistinguishable.
- the dimensions for suitable soft wood fiber boards can vary widely and depend inter alia on production engineering considerations. Suitable are, for example, soft wood fiber boards with a thickness of 20-300 mm, preferably 20 - 160 mm.
- the densities for suitable wood fiber boards may vary widely and depend inter alia on the intended use.
- Wood fiber boards with a density of 100-400 kg / m3, preferably 120-300 kg / m3, are suitable, for example.

Description
- 1
- Element, plattenförmiges Element 1a Kante mit Nut 1b Kante mit Kamm
- 2
- Kamm (ggf. mit Index K) 2a Bereich mit parallelen Flächen 2b Bereich mit schrägen Flächen und Winkel αK 2c Bereich mit Rundung und Rundungsradius RK
