Definitions
- the invention relates to a lifting device for lifting and lowering of loads, in particular of vehicles with a lifting device on which a load-receiving means can be arranged, and with a drive device which moves the load-receiving means up and down, which is controlled by a control device.
- a lifting device for lifting loads which has a controllable by a drive control drive means which moves the load receiving means and down. Furthermore, for example, an energy store is provided which supplies the drive control and the operating device with energy.
- drive means may be formed, for example, as single-column lifts that form a lifting system for lifting in particular vehicles in pairs, quadruples or the like.
- a lifting platform for motor vehicles which has a lighting body or a radiator in a recessed in the base body of the lift a lighting fixture or a spotlight, the connection and disconnection of the radiator is done automatically by raising and lowering the stage via a switch.
- a lift is known in which the side of the platform for raising and lowering a wheelchair lighting is arranged, so that the platform is always uniformly illuminated during lifting and lowering.
- a workspace lighting is on the one hand embedded in the ground or arranged in a vertical column of the lift and forms a stationary lighting for the work space.
- the work space is illuminated, but it is also required for work space security that the worker on or in the work space different operating conditions are displayed, such as in particular, hazardous or dangerous situations that are easily recognizable to the workers.
- the invention has for its object to propose a lifting device, in which an increased work safety is given.
- the lifting device has one or more lighting devices, each lighting device comprising workspace lighting and operating state display lighting with at least one operating state, and each lighting device being controllable by a control device in the working room lighting mode, in the operating state display lighting mode or in both modes.
- each lighting device being controllable by a control device in the working room lighting mode, in the operating state display lighting mode or in both modes.
- the working space can be illuminated with a white light and, when switching over into a lowering movement, the lighting device can be switched from a white light (working area lighting) into a yellow light (operating state lighting) or switched on, thus enabling the worker is signaled that the Lowering movement was initiated or he must leave immediately.
- a white light working area lighting
- a yellow light operating state lighting
- a preferred embodiment of the lifting device provides that at least one energy store is provided on the lifting device, which supplies the lighting device with energy.

- the illumination device preferably has at least one multi-color LED luminaire or at least one luminaire made of RGB LEDs or at least one luminous module made up of a plurality of differently colored LED luminaires, which can be controlled individually or in combination with one another.
- these design possibilities allow an immediate change from a workspace lighting or a non-lighting state to an operating state display lighting, and vice versa, thereby allowing not only a quick change but also a quick light-up for immediate signal output.
- the illumination device is designed to indicate one or more operating states.
- the different operating states can be controlled by the drive device and displayed by a color change and / or a selection of a predetermined illumination interval or of a continuous light and / or of differently successive illumination sequences. These can be programmed accordingly and also varied in the color scheme of the output display light and in the duration. In this case, both a continuous light and a flashing light with different intervals can be controlled.
- a repeat of a same color or an alternate color or color order may be triggered to output a particular operational status indication. Since the change in illumination is output by the same lighting device and this particular faces the working space, an increased reliability is created.
- an acoustic signal may also be output accompanying the display of different operating states.
- control device of the illumination device outputs a signal for the color "green” in the case of operational readiness, a signal for the color "red” in the event of a malfunction or a signal for the color "yellow” during the raising and lowering.
- the lifting device preferably has a brightness sensor which, depending on a brightness in the working space, activates both automatic switching on and off and brightness control of the lighting device for the workspace lighting.
- a brightness sensor which, depending on a brightness in the working space, activates both automatic switching on and off and brightness control of the lighting device for the workspace lighting.
- the workspace lighting can be adjusted without the worker having to leave his workstation.
- an automatic connection of the lighting device for a workspace lighting can preferably take place as a function of an adjustable lux value.
- an automatic shutdown can take place as soon as the ambient brightness for the working space is sufficient. This additionally simplifies handling and increases safety at work.
