Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (20) d'analyse spectrométrique UV de composés gazeux, comprenant : un canal de mesure (5) permettant de recevoir un écoulement d'un échantillon gazeux, une fenêtre (16) transparente pour un rayonnement ultraviolet disposé à une première extrémité (5a) du canal de mesure (5), une source de rayonnement (11) produisant un rayonnement ultraviolet disposée de façon à émettre un rayonnement à travers la fenêtre (16) dans le canal de mesure (5), et un spectrographe (3) permettant de mesurer le rayonnement ultraviolet à une seconde extrémité opposée (5b) du canal de mesure (5). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le spectrographe (3) est doté d'une ouverture (12), la seconde extrémité (5b) du canal de mesure (5) étant ouverte vers le spectrographe (3) de sorte qu'une partie intérieure du spectrographe (3) et le canal de mesure (5) soient en communication via ladite ouverture (12). Le spectrographe (3) est rempli d'une atmosphère inerte qui circule à travers ladite ouverture (12) et entre dans le canal de mesure (5).
