Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Solche Tische sind z.B. aus der WO 03/103458 A1 bekannt. Diese werden vorzugsweise in SB-Geschäften eingesetzt und dienen dem Abverkauf von Aktionsware. Hierfür werden die Tische einzeln, meist aber in Gruppen, im sogenannten Verbund aufgestellt. Die übliche Größe dieser Tische weist eine Abmessung von 1.200 x 800 mm auf. Üblicherweise sind solche Tische aus einem Basisrahmen gebildet, an dem vier Pfosten angeordnet sind. Die Aufnahme für die Waren ist aus vier Seitenwänden und einem Boden gebildet, wobei Seitenwände und Boden oberhalb des Basisrahmens angeordnet sind.
  • Für den Verkauf solcher Aktionsware gibt es in einem SB-Markt verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Werbung. Es sind z.B. schienenartige Werbeträger bekannt, die u.a. auch einen Preis auszeichnen und zum Aufhängen an der Decke eines SB-Marktes bestimmt sind. Ein solcher Werbeträger ist beispielsweise in der DE 40 37 086 A1 beschrieben. Nachteilig hieran ist, dass viel Raum eingenommen wird und ein SB-Markt entsprechend überfüllt wirkt.
  • Oft wird eine Kennzeichnung, z.B. hinsichtlich des Preises, auch direkt am Verkaufstisch vorgenommen. In den Schriften DE 299 21 038 U1 und DE 76 31 838 sind beispielsweise Informationsträger beschrieben, die an die Gitterstäbe einer Seitenwand eines Tisches aufgesteckt werden. Eine weitere Anordnung einer Preiskennzeichnung ist aus der DE 20 2008 008 673 U1 bekannt. Diese findet insbesondere bei Pflanztischen Verwendung. Bei dieser Ausführung ist die Vorderfront konvex ausgeführt.
  • Weitere Preiskennzeichnungen in Form von gewölbten Etikettenleisten sind aus der DE 29 708 636 U1 und der FR 14 41 358 A1 bekannt.
  • Darüber hinaus ist in der DE 20 2011 000 324 U1 eine Preiskennzeichnung offenbart, die ortsfest an der Oberkante einer Seitenwand eines Tisches angeordnet ist. Die Außenseite der Preiskennzeichnung ist mit einem schrägen Winkel versehen, so dass die Preiskennzeichnung von außen gelesen werden kann.
  • Ferner sind zahlreiche Preiskennzeichnungen aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, die meist an Regalen in Form von so genannten Etikettenleisten angebracht sind. Die DE 39 00904 C1 , DE 35 131 99 A1 , DE 84 11 705 U1 , DE 42 12 935 C1 und DE 35 15 474 A1 zeigen solche Etikettenleisten. Diese sind aus Kunststoff gefertigt und werden aus zwei Wandteilen gebildet, zwischen die das Etikettenschild wechselbar angeordnet werden kann. Eine schräge Anordnung von ca. 45° ist hierbei vorteilhaft.
  • Als nachteilig erweisen sich all diese Formen einer Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung, wenn Tische in einem Verbund angeordnet werden sollen, d.h. eine Vielzahl an Tischen neben- bzw. hintereinander. Insbesondere an den Seitenwänden, die sich im Inneren des Verbundes befinden, kann eine Kennzeichnung, z.B. in Bezug auf den Preis, nicht oder kaum gelesen werden.
  • Ein Tisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist in die DE 20202753 U offenbart.
  • Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht nun darin, eine verbesserte Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung für Verkaufstische zu beschreiben.
  • Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Wenn die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung an den Seiten, an denen jeweils Tische aneinandergrenzen, ins Innere gerichtet angeordnet ist, kann der Preis oder die Kennzeichnung auch in diesem Verbund an Tischen auf einfache Art gelesen werden.
  • Mittels einer drehbaren Anordnung kann die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung, je nach Anordnung im Verbund, jederzeit und auf einfache Art und Weise in die gewünschte Position gebracht werden.
  • Auch die Form einer halbkreisförmigen Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen. Eine Kennzeichnung ist von Innen und Außen vorgesehen, so dass die Kennzeichnung auch im Verbund optimal gelesen werden kann. Ein Verändern der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung hinsichtlich der Position ist bei dieser Variante nicht mehr notwendig.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Tisch 1 für SB-Geschäfte vorzugsweise mit einem Basisrahmen, mit vier Pfosten 4 und mit vier Seitenwänden, die an den Pfosten 4 angebracht sind. Ferner weist der Tisch einen Boden auf, der vorzugsweise oberhalb des Basisrahmens angeordnet ist. Ein solcher Tisch 1 ist exemplarisch ausgewählt und, wie auch eingangs beschrieben, aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt.
  • Ferner weist der Tisch 1 eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 auf. Diese ist oberhalb vorzugsweise jeder Seitenwand angebracht.
  • Ein Lesen der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 ist von zwei Seiten, d.h. von Außen und von Innen gewährleistet. Dies ist möglich, da die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 ins Innere des Tisches 1 gerichtet anbringbar ist. Somit können trotz unterschiedlicher Anordnung eines Tisches 1, z.B. bei der Anordnung einer Vielzahl von Tischen 1 im Verbund, Informationen, die auf der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 dargestellt sind, stets gelesen werden.
  • Auch wenn es bei den Informationen vordergründig um die Kennzeichnung des Preises geht, kann diese Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 auch zum Darstellen anderer Informationen Verwendung finden.
  • Die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 weist hierfür jeweils eine Schiene 8 auf, die an einem Trägerprofil 12 angeordnet ist.
  • Der Korpus eines solchen Trägerprofils 12 kann einen halbkreisförmigen, ovalen, dreieckigen oder einen anderen Querschnitt aufweisen. Das Beispiel mit den Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigt ein Trägerprofil 12 mit einem tendenziell dreieckigen Querschnitt. In Figur 4 ist ein Trägerprofil 12 mit einem halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt dargestellt. Fig. 4a zeigt andeutungsweise zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Tische 1 mit einer Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7.
  • Bei einem halbkreisförmigen Trägerprofil 12 richtet sich der Radius des Profils nach der Breite des Pfostens 4. Das Trägerprofil 12 ist vorzugsweise entlang der kompletten Länge jeder Seitenwand des Tisches 1 vorgesehen. Auch die Preisschiene 8 ist entsprechend halbkreisförmig ausgeführt. Neben der Anordnung der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 an dem Pfosten 4, z.B. mittels einer Schraubverbindung, wäre es auch denkbar, die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 mittels eines Adapters auf die quadratische Querschnittsfläche des Pfostens 4 anzubringen. Auch wäre ein Anordnen direkt an der Seitenwand denkbar. Ein einfaches Lösen der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7, um einen einfachen Wechsel der in der Schiene 8 angeordneten Kennzeichnung durchführen zu können, sollte hierbei stets gegeben sein. Alternativ ließe sich die Preisschiene 8 auf einfache Art und Weise auf- und abklipsen, so dass sich die Kennzeichnung einfach wechseln ließe.
  • Die gleiche Länge wie die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 weist auch die Preisschiene 8 auf. Bei Bedarf kann aber auch nur ein Teil der Preisschiene 8 mit einem oder mehreren Trägerprofilen 12 ausgestattet sein.
  • Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten, den Preis von Innen und Außen lesbar zu machen. Eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7, die entlang jeder Seitenwand und jeweils zwischen den Pfosten 4 ortsfest angebracht ist und in das Innere 2 des Tisches 1 gerichtet ist, stellt eine einfache und günstige Lösung dar.
  • Ein Winkel von 45° hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen. Die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7, die mit einer Schiene, z.B. einer Preisschiene 8, ausgestattet ist, stellt eine konstruktiv einfache Lösung dar. Die Schiene 8 ist vorzugsweise ortsfest am Trägerprofil 12 angeordnet. Die Ausführung der Schiene 8 bleibt dem Fachmann überlassen. Zu berücksichtigen ist jedoch, dass die Schiene 8 auch in verschiedenen Positionen eine Kennzeichnung, z.B. ein Preisschild sicher aufnehmen können muss. (Vergleiche hierbei Position A, Figur 2 und Position V, Figur 3.) Ein Herausrutschen der z.B. aus einem Papier oder einer Pappe dargestellten Kennzeichnung, z.B. des Preisschildes, kann vorzugsweise dadurch unterbunden werden, dass die Preisschiene 8 nur an den schmalen Seiten geöffnet ausgeführt ist und dass durch diese Öffnungen die Kennzeichnung eingeschoben werden kann.
  • Ferner kann die Preisschiene 8 beweglich oberhalb der Seitenwand angebracht sein. Hierfür bietet es sich an, die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 im oberen Bereich jeweils zwischen zwei Pfosten 4 beweglich anzuordnen. Die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 ist jeweils an den zwei gegenüberliegenden Pfosten 4 drehbar gelagert.
  • Figur 1 zeigt einen Pfosten 4 mit einer Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7. Ferner ist in Figur 1a eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 zwischen zwei Pfosten 4 angeordnet. Die Pfosten 4 zeigen andeutungsweise den Umriss eines nicht näher dargestellten Tisches 1. Die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 ist nach außen gerichtet. Das Innere 2 des Tisches 1 ist nur andeutungsweise, unter Verwendung der Pfosten 4, dargestellt. Die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 ist mit einem Drehpunkt D ausgestattet. Dieser liegt vorzugsweise zentriert im oberen Bereich des Pfostens 4. In dem Drehpunkt D lagert ein Drahtbolzen 10. Ferner ist ein weiterer Bolzen 10 vorgesehen. Dieser ist vorzugsweise aus einer federbelasteten Gewindehülse hergestellt und in einer Führung bewegbar.
  • Bei einer Verwendung von zwei Bolzen 10 an dem Ende 9 einer Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 kann es u.U. auch Sinn machen, zwei Führungen vorzusehen. Hierbei können die obere Führung gerade und die untere Führung radial ausgeführt sein. Alternativ können die untere Führung gerade und die obere Führung radial gebildet sein.
  • Somit weist jede Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 an ihren Enden 9 einen oder mehrere Bolzen 10 auf, wobei die Pfosten 4 zur Aufnahme dieser Bolzen 10 mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl an Führungen ausgestattet sind.
  • Unabhängig von der Wahl der Führung ist die Anordnung der Führungen bei den gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Pfosten 4 jeweils gleich ausgeführt.
  • Exemplarisch ist in den Figuren eine mögliche Anordnung der Preiskennzeichnung 7 dargestellt. Mit dem Ziel eine optimale Position der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 zu gewährleisten, bleiben dem Fachmann weitere Positionen und die Anzahl der Bolzen 10 überlassen.
  • In den Figuren 2 und 3 sind zwei mögliche Positionen der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 abgebildet. Figur 2 zeigt eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7, die ins Innere 2 des Tisches 1 gerichtet ist.
  • In Figur 3 ist die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 nach außen gerichtet. Diese Position bietet sich dann an, wenn es sich um den äußeren Rand der Tische 1 in einem Verbund handelt. (Vgl. Fig. 3a)
  • Ferner kann die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 eine Verrasterung aufweisen, so dass eine Positionierung der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 in der jeweils gewünschten Position gewährleistet ist. An welcher Stelle und auf welche Art und Weise die Verrasterung bei Verwendung eines oder mehrerer Bolzen 10 angebracht wird, bleibt dem Fachmann überlassen. Es bietet sich vorzugsweise die Anordnung einer solchen Verrasterung an einer der Führungen an.
  • In einer weiterführenden Variante ist das Trägerprofil 12 derart ausgeführt, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 keine zusätzliche Verrasterung benötigt.
  • Sowohl die Höhe als auch die Breite der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung 7 richtet sich nach dem entsprechend verwendeten Tisch 1 und dessen Pfosten 4 bzw. der Art der Seitenwand.
  • Ein Trägerprofil 12 aus einem Kunststoff hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen. Gleiches gilt für die Schiene 8. Wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, ist eine solche Schiene 8 vorzugsweise aus einem transparenten Material hergestellt. Es sind aber auch andere Materialien denkbar.

Claims (6)

  1. Tisch für SB-Geschäfte mit Pfosten (4), und mit Seitenwänden, die an den Pfosten (4) angebracht sind und mit einem Boden, wobei oberhalb der Seitenwände eine Kennzeichnungsvorrichtunq (7) angebracht ist, und wobei die dargestellten Informationen auf der Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) nach Außen oder nach Innen gerichtet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) an zwei einer Seitenwand gegenüberliegenden Pfosten (4) drehbar gelagert ist.
  2. Tisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) eine Schiene (8) aufweist, die an einem Trägerprofil (12) angeordnet ist.
  3. Tisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) ortsfest angebracht ist.

  5. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) jeweils zwischen zwei Pfosten (4) angeordnet ist.
  6. Tisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsvorrichtung (7) an ihren Enden (9) Bolzen (10) aufweist und jeder Pfosten (4) mit Führungen zur Aufnahme der Bolzen (10) ausgestattet ist.
