Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer (1) mit einem Gestell (2), an dem Rollen (3) und Ständer (4) angeordnet sind, mit einer Bodenplatte (5) und mit einem Informationsschild (6), wobei das Informationsschild (6) wechselbar an Einsatziellen (7) angeordnet ist und wobei jedes Einsatzteil (7) in Ständern (4) wechselbar eingesetzt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verkaufsständer mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs.
  • Ein Verkaufsständer dieser Gattung wird zum Darbieten von Ware eingesetzt. Vorzugsweise ist ein solcher Verkaufsständer mit Rollen versehen, um ihn an seinen häufig auch wechselnden Einsatzort zu schieben. Es ist ein Boden vorgesehen, auf dem die Ware liegt. Weiterhin weist ein Verkaufsständer meist Eck- und/oder Wandelemente auf. Oft ist eine Stabilisierung der Eck- und/oder Wandelemente vorgesehen.
  • Bei einem solchen Verkaufsständer ist es jedoch schwierig, ein Informationsschild z.B. zum Anzeigen des Preises oder für Werbung anzuordnen. Informationsschilder herkömmlicher Art sind mit Werkzeug zu montieren, um sie beispielsweise gegen ein Herunterfallen zu sichern.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen besseren Verkaufsständer aufzuzeigen.
  • Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen im Hauptanspruch.
  • Durch die Verwendung von Einsatzteilen ist eine einfache und wechselbare Anordnung eines Informationsschildes möglich. Hierfür ist kein Werkzeug notwendig.
  • Durch die Verwendung der Einsatzteile ist weiterhin eine Sicherung gegen ungewünschtes Herausrutschen wie beispielsweise beim Transport des Verkaufsständers, bei Verwendung im Freien durch Windböen oder durch Unachtsamkeit gegeben.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeig

  • Figur 1 zeigt einen Verkaufsständer 1 mit einem Gestell 2 an dem Rollen 3 und Ständer 4 angeordnet sind.
  • Das Gestell 2 ist aus einem Rahmen gebildet. Vorzugsweise ist der Rahmen rechteckig gebildet.
  • Es ist eine Bodenplatte 5 vorgesehen. Auf dieser kann Ware gelagert werden. Die Bodenplatte 5 ist aus Drahtstäben gebildet. Sie kann aber auch auf eine andere Art und Weise ausgeführt sein. An der Bodenplatte 5 sind die Rollen 3 ortsfest oder wechselbar angeordnet. Vorzugsweise sind vier Rollen 3 vorgesehen.
  • Am Gestell 2 sind vier Ständer 4 angeordnet. Diese sind ortsfest verbunden. Vorzugsweise ist jeder Ständer 4 derart ausgeführt, dass er bis auf den Boden reicht, wie es in Figur 1 dargestellt ist. Eine solche Ausführung gibt dem Verkaufsständer 1 zusätzliche Standfestigkeit.
  • Jeder Ständer 4 ist aus Rechteck-Rohr gebildet. Es sind aber auch andere Querschnitte denkbar.
  • In den Ständer 4 sind zwei Einsatzteile 7 wechselbar eingesetzt. Die Anordnung in den Ständern 4 bleibt dem Fachmann überlassen. Jeweils zwei Ständer 4 dienen für die Aufnahme eines Einsatzteiles 7. Damit das Einsatzteil 7 höhenverstellbar jeweils an zwei gegenüberliegenden Ständern 4 angeordnet werden kann, weist jeder Ständer 4 Ausnehmungen 12 auf. Jedes Einsatzteil 7 ist vorzugsweise bogenförmig gebildet. Eine halbkreisförmige Ausführung jedes Einsatzteiles 7, wie es in den Figuren dargestellt ist, hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen. Die Einsatzteile 7 sind gegenüberliegend angeordnet.
  • Am höchsten Punkt P des Halbkreises eines jeden Einsatzteiles 7 ist jeweils eine Aufnahme 8 vorgesehen. Die Aufnahme 8 dient zum Aufnehmen eines Informationsschildes 6.
  • Jede Aufnahme 8 weist drei Seitenwände 9 auf. Die offene Seite der Aufnahme 8 weist wenigstens eine Vorrichtung 10 auf, die die Anordnung des Informationsschildes 6 ermöglicht. Es sind vorzugsweise zwei Vorrichtungen 10 vorgesehen, die ortsfest an der Aufnahme 8 angeordnet sind.
  • Die Vorrichtungen 10 bestehen aus zwei horizontal angeordneten Stabelementen 11, wie diese in Figur 3 dargestellt sind. Die Stabelemente 11 sind ortsfest an der offenen Seite der Vorrichtung 10 angeordnet. Die Stabelemente 11 stehen über die Vorrichtungen 10 hinaus.
  • Das Informationsschild 6 ist wechselbar an den beiden Einsatzteilen 7 angeordnet und hat hierfür eine entsprechende Form aufzuweisen. Beispielhaft ist die Form des Informationsschildes 6 in Figur 3 dargestellt. Das Schild 6 kann auf einfache Art und Weise eingehängt und ausgehängt werden. Durch die Stabelemente 11 ist es fixiert. Die Seitenwände 9 der Aufnahme 8 geben darüber hinaus Halt und halten das Schild 6 in der gewünschten Position.

Claims (8)

  1. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer (1) mit einem Gestell (2), an dem Rollen (3) und Ständer (4) angeordnet sind, mit einer Bodenplatte (5) und mit einem Informationsschild (6), wobei das Informationsschild (6) wechselbar an Einsatzteilen (7) angeordnet ist und wobei jedes Einsatzteil (7) in Ständern (4) wechselbar eingesetzt ist.
  2. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier Ständer (4) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Einsatzteile (7) wechselbar in den Ständern (4) eingesetzt sind.
  4. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Einsatzteil (7) halbkreisförmig ausgeführt ist.
  5. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Einsatzteil (7) wenigstens eine Aufnahme (8) für das Informationsschild (6) aufweist.
  6. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahme (8) drei Seitenwände (9) aufweist.
  7. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach den Ansprüchen 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufnahme (8) wenigstens eine Vorrichtung (10) aufweist, die die Anordnung des Informationsschildes (6) ermöglicht.
  8. Von Hand bewegbarer Verkaufsständer nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (10) aus zwei horizontal angeordneten Stabelementen (11) besteht.
