Description

  • La présente invention porte sur un emballage de type postal pour bouteille et plus particulièrement sur une enveloppe formant cale permettant le calage d'une bouteille dans un emballage en carton.
  • Lorsqu'il s'agit d'envoyer une bouteille seule par le moyen d'un service postal, celle-ci est habituellement conditionnée dans un emballage individuel, généralement en carton, notamment en carton ondulé car ce dernier absorbe bien les chocs faibles à modérés. Il est souhaitable néanmoins que la bouteille ne soit pas au contact de ses parois, pour réduire les risques de casse lors des chocs d'un niveau plus élevé. On prévoit dans ce but un moyen de calage qui vise à maintenir la bouteille à l'intérieur de l'emballage à distance des parois. Il est souhaitable que ce maintien soit ferme pour éviter d'endommager la bouteille pendant le transport.
  • Une cale comportant les caractéristiques du préambule de la revendication 1 est connue du document US 2 801 783 .
  • La présente invention a pour objet un moyen de calage permettant de maintenir une bouteille à distance des parois d'un emballage de dimensions adaptées, ce maintien étant aussi ferme que possible.
  • Les bouteilles de vin les plus usuelles sont toutes de forme semblable avec un fût cylindrique large, un épaulement, un col également cylindrique et un fond plat ou piqué. Il existe cependant des différences de diamètre de leur fût selon l'origine. Ainsi le diamètre du fût n'est pas le même entre une bordelaise, une bourguignonne ou encore une bouteille d'alsace.
  • Le calage d'une bouteille dans son emballage doit donc être adapté à chaque type si on veut que celui-ci soit satisfaisant et universel.
  • Le distributeur professionnel qui utilise des emballages postaux souhaiterait ne pas avoir à réserver des emballages pour chaque type de bouteille qu'il souhaite expédier.
  • La présente invention vise à résoudre ce problème et y parvient avec une cale en carton ou autre matériau semblable, pour bouteille, apte à être incorporée dans un emballage de type postal, comprenant deux panneaux longitudinaux reliés entre eux par un panneau de fond. La cale est caractérisée par le fait qu'un volet d'appui est découpé dans au moins l'un des panneaux longitudinaux avec une charnière et est mobile entre une position escamotée dans ledit panneau et une position rabattue à 180° contre ledit panneau en formant une surface d'appui pour une bouteille disposée entre les deux panneaux longitudinaux.
  • La solution de l'invention est très simple puisqu'il suffit de rabattre ou non un ou deux volets pour adapter le diamètre de l'enveloppe formant la cale au diamètre de la bouteille. Si la bouteille est étroite, on rabat les volets à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe pour absorber les jeux entre la bouteille et les panneaux longitudinaux. Si la bouteille est large, on utilise l'ensemble des panneaux formant la cale sans rabattre les volets.
  • Conformément à une autre caractéristique, un volet de col est découpé dans l'un des deux panneaux longitudinaux, avec une charnière, ledit volet comprenant un orifice dans lequel le col d'une bouteille est susceptible d'être engagé. Ce mode de maintien de la bouteille est à la fois simple et sûr.
  • Conformément à une autre caractéristique, au moins l'un des panneaux longitudinaux est prolongé par un panneau d'extrémité avec un moyen d'attache à l'autre panneau longitudinal. On verrouille ainsi l'enveloppe de calage autour de la bouteille.
  • Par exemple, ledit moyen d'attache comprend une languette coopérant avec une encoche. Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, les charnières entre le panneau de fond et les panneaux longitudinaux sont incurvées vers l'intérieur de manière à courber les panneaux longitudinaux en forme de gouttière quand ils sont pliés à angle droit par rapport au panneau de fond. Par ce moyen simple, on permet de verrouiller en position rabattue les volets d'appui.
  • Avantageusement, les panneaux longitudinaux sont pourvus latéralement de volets de calage de la cale dans un emballage parallélépipédique. Ces volets latéraux permettent le maintien de la cale à distance des parois.
  • L'invention vise également à protéger un emballage postal comprenant un récipient parallélépipédique et une cale susceptibles d'envelopper une bouteille.
  • L'invention vise également à protéger un procédé pour emballer une bouteille dans un emballage postal comprenant les étapes selon lesquelles on ouvre la cale selon l'invention, la bouteille est déposée sur le panneau de fond, les panneaux longitudinaux sont rabattus contre les flancs de la bouteille, puis on vérifie si un jeu est susceptible de se créer entre les panneaux longitudinaux et les flancs de la bouteille, si c'est le cas on rabat un ou les deux volets d'appui pour réduire ou annuler le jeu, enfin on verrouille les deux panneaux en position contre les flancs de la bouteille et on place la cale avec la bouteille dans un récipient de dimensions adaptées.
  • On décrit maintenant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, non limitatif et à titre d'exemple illustratif en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels
    • La figure 1 montre le plan d'une cale selon l'invention, découpé dans un flan de carton;
    • La figure 2 montre le placement d'une bouteille dans une cale de l'invention;
    • La figure 3 montre un emballage avec la bouteille calée dans un récipient adapté.
  • La figure 1 représente une plaque de carton ou de tout autre matériau dit semi rigide. Il peut s'agir notamment d'une plaque de carton ondulé. Le carton ondulé par sa structure avec une ou plusieurs feuilles de papier ondulées, collées entre deux ou plusieurs feuilles dont les feuilles de couverture, constitue un excellent matériau d'emballage, comme cela est bien connu. Sur le plan les traits pleins sont des découpes, les traits en pointillés sont des lignes de pliage du carton.
  • La plaque 1 comprend deux panneaux longitudinaux 3 et 5 allongés, reliés par un panneau de fond 7. Le panneau de fond est de forme hexagonale avec deux lignes de pliage, 7a et 7b respectivement, avec les panneaux longitudinaux 3 et 5 ; les lignes de pliage sont incurvées ici sous la forme de deux segments de droite non alignés.
  • Des volets d'appui 31 et 51 sont découpés dans les deux panneaux longitudinaux 3 et 5. Ils ont une charnière transversale 31a et 51a qui permet de les plier et de les rabattre à 180° contre le panneau longitudinal.
  • Le panneau 5 sur la figure comprend, de plus, un volet de col 55 découpé dans celui-ci avec une charnière parallèle à la charnière 7b entre le panneau longitudinal 5 et le panneau de fond 7. Une ouverture 55b est pratiquée dans le volet de col pour le passage du col d'une bouteille.
  • Aux extrémités libres des deux panneaux longitudinaux des volets terminaux de verrouillage 33 et 53 sont prévus pour la fermeture de la cale; leur forme est semblable à celle du panneau de fond. Des moyens d'attache, languettes 33a et encoches 53a sont susceptibles de coopérer entre eux pour maintenir ensemble les deux panneaux 3 et 5.
  • Des volets de calage longitudinaux 37, 39 et 57, 59 bordent les deux panneaux longitudinaux de part et d'autre de ceux-ci.
  • La figure 2 montre la mise en place d'une bouteille dans son enveloppe de calage. On a plié le volet de col 55 et introduit le col d'une bouteille dans son orifice 55b de maintien de la bouteille.
  • On observe que l'on a rabattu le volet d'appui 51 à plat contre le panneau longitudinal 5.
  • Le panneau de fond 7 est en phase d'être appliqué contre le fond de la bouteille. On observe que les charnières, lignes de pliage 7a, 7b et 55a sont incurvées en angle ; obligeant les panneaux longitudinaux à s'incurver le long d'une ligne longitudinale médiane. Par cette déformation le volet d'appui 51 se retrouve plaqué contre le panneau 5. De cette manière le volet de col est également maintenu dans sa position dressée par rapport au panneau ce qui contribue à verrouiller la bouteille dans sa position longitudinale.
  • Par rapport à la disposition de la figure 2, on termine le placement de l'enveloppe de calage en rabattant le panneau 3 sur la bouteille, avec le volet d'appui 31 rabattu le cas échéant, en dressant les volets terminaux de verrouillage 33 et 53 et en verrouillant le tout par les moyens d'attache 33a et 53a.
  • On termine l'emballage de la bouteille en glissant l'ensemble dans un récipient de dimensions adaptées. Les volets latéraux 37, 39 et 57, 59 assurent le maintien à distance des parois de la bouteille. On voit sur la figure 3 l'emballage prêt à être fermé et expédié pour deux bouteilles différentes. Pour l'une, celle de gauche, il a été nécessaire de rabattre le volet d'appui. Pour l'autre, à droite, le volet est escamoté.

Claims (8)

  1. Cale (1) en carton pour bouteille, apte à être incorporée dans un emballage de type postal, comprenant deux panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5) reliés entre eux par un panneau de fond (7), caractérisée par le fait qu'un volet d'appui (31, 51) est découpé dans l'un des panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5) avec une charnière (31a, 51a) et est mobile entre une position escamotée dans ledit panneau et une position rabattue contre ledit panneau en formant une surface d'appui pour une bouteille disposée entre les deux panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5).
  2. Cale selon la revendication 1 dont un volet de col (55) est découpé dans l'un des deux panneaux longitudinaux, avec une charnière (55a), ledit volet comprenant un orifice (55b) dans lequel le col d'une bouteille est susceptible d'être engagé.
  3. Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes dont au moins l'un des panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5) est prolongé par un panneau d'extrémité (33, 53) avec un moyen d'attache à l'autre panneau longitudinal.
  4. Cale selon la revendication précédente dont le moyen d'attache comprend une languette (33a) coopérant avec une encoche (53a).
  5. Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes dont les charnières (7a et 7b) entre le panneau de fond (7) et les panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5) sont incurvées vers l'intérieur de manière à courber les panneaux longitudinaux en forme de gouttière quand ils sont pliés à angle droit par rapport au panneau de fond.
  6. Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes dont les panneaux longitudinaux sont pourvus latéralement de volets de calage (37, 39 ; 57, 59) de la cale dans un emballage parallélépipédique.
  7. Emballage postal comprenant un récipient parallélépipédique (10) et une cale (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes susceptible d'envelopper une bouteille.
  8. Procédé pour emballer une bouteille dans un emballage postal selon la revendication précédente comprenant l'étape d'ouvrir la cale (1) selon l'une des revendications 1, à déposer la bouteille sur le panneau de fond (7) rabattre les panneaux longitudinaux (3, 5) contre les flancs de la bouteille, vérifier si la bouteille est étroite et si un jeu est susceptible de se créer entre les panneaux longitudinaux et les flancs de la bouteille ; si c'est le cas rabattre un ou les deux volets d'appui (31, 51) pour réduire ou annuler le jeu, verrouiller les deux panneaux en position contre les flancs de la bouteille et placer la cale (1) avec la bouteille dans un récipient (10) de dimensions adaptées.
