Claims (8)

  1. Kartonkeil (1) für eine Flasche, der geeignet ist, in eine Verpackung des Typs Postverpackung eingegliedert zu werden, umfassend zwei Längsplatten (3, 5), die miteinander durch eine Bodenplatte (7) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stützklappe (31, 51) in einer der Längsplatten (3, 5) mit einem Scharnier (31a, 51a) ausgeschnitten ist und zwischen einer in die Platte eingezogenen Position und einer an die Platte umgelegten Position beweglich ist, wobei sie eine Stützfläche für eine Flasche bildet, die zwischen den beiden Längsplatten (3, 5) angeordnet ist.
  2. Keil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Halsklappe (55) in einer der zwei Längsplatten mit einem Scharnier (55a) ausgeschnitten ist, wobei die Klappt eine Öffnung (55b) umfasst, in die der Hals einer Flasche eingreifen kann.
  3. Keil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens eine der Längsplatten (3, 5) durch eine Endplatte (33, 53) mit einem Mittel zur Befestigung an der anderen Längsplatte verlängert ist.
  4. Keil nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem das Befestigungsmittel eine Lasche (33a) umfasst, die mit einer Kerbe (53a) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Keil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Scharniere (7a und 7b) zwischen der Bodenplatte (7) und den Längsplatten (3, 5) nach innen gekrümmt sind, um die Längsplatten in Form einer Rinne zu biegen, wenn sie im rechten Winkel in Bezug zur Bodenplatte umgelegt werden.
  6. Keil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Längsplatten seitlich mit Befestigungsklappen (37, 39; 57, 59) für den Keil in einer parallelflachen Verpackung versehen sind.
  7. Postverpackung, umfassend einen parallelflachen Behälter (10) und einen Keil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die geeignet ist, eine Flasche zu umhüllen.
  8. Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Flasche in einer Postverpackung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend den Schritt des Öffnens des Keils (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1, des Stellens der Flasche auf die Bodenplatte (7), des Umlegens der Längsplatten (3, 5) an die Seiten der Flasche, des Überprüfens, ob die Flasche schmal ist und ob ein Spiel zwischen den Längsplatten und den Seiten entstehen kann; ist dies der Fall, ist eine oder sind beide Stützklappen (31, 51) umzulegen, um das Spiel zu verringern oder zu beseitigen; des Verriegelns der beiden Platten in ihrer Position an den Seiten der Flasche und des Anordnens des Keils (1) mit der Flasche in einem Behälter (10) mit geeigneten Abmessungen.
