Claims (12)

  1. Hülse aus halbsteifem Material wie Wellpappe zum Schützen und Festlegen eines länglichen Gegenstandes, insbesondere einer Flasche, in einer Verpackung, wobei
    die Hülse vier im Wesentlichen rechteckige Panele (1) enthält, die über im Wesentlichen parallele Längsknickstellen (2) aneinandergrenzen, so dass sie um den länglichen Gegenstand in Kontakt mit diesem gefaltet werden können,
    die Hülse an jedem Ende jedes dieser Panele enthält:
    eine erste Klappe (3), die über zumindest eine Querknickstelle (4a, 4b), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Längsknickstellen (2) ist, an das entsprechende Panel (1) angrenzt, so dass die erste Klappe (3) gegen die Außenfläche des angrenzenden Panels geklappt werden kann, die nicht der Flasche zugewandt ist, um außen an diesem Panel eine Verdickung zu bilden, und

    an dem anderen Ende des fünften Panels eine vierte Klappe (15), die über eine Querfaltlinie gelenkig mit ihm verbunden ist und senkrecht zu dem angrenzenden Panel (9) im Inneren der Hülse aufgerichtet ist, wobei die Klappe (15) eine Aussparung (16) oder Ansätze einer Aussparung aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, einen vorspringenden Abschnitt des verpackten länglichen Gegenstandes aufzunehmen, insbesondere den Hals einer Flasche, wobei eine fünfte Klappe (17), die mit der vorigen über eine Faltlinie gelenkig verbunden ist, gegen die Innenfläche des Panels (1) anliegt, das dem fünften Panel (9) gegenüberliegt.
  2. Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der dritten Klappe (11), die die Hülse an einem Ende quer verschließt, über eine Querknickstelle eine sechste Klappe (12) gelenkig verbunden ist, die gegen die Innenfläche des Panels (1) anliegt, das dem Panel (9) gegenüberliegt.
  3. Hülse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Querfaltlinie die sechste Klappe (12) in zwei Klappen (12a, 12b) teilt.
  4. Hülse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Schnittlinie (13), die senkrecht zu der Faltlinie ist, die die Klappe (12) in zwei Abschnitte (12a, 12b) unterteilt, zwischen dieser Faltlinie und derjenigen angeordnet ist, durch die die sechste Klappe (12) gelenkig mit der dritten Klappe (11) verbunden ist, wobei letztere in ihrem Mittelabschnitt auch eine zweite Schnittlinie (14) aufweist, deren Enden durch schräg angeordnete Knickstellen mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende der ersten Linie (13) verbunden sind, so dass sich der entsprechende Abschnitt (12a), indem er sich verformt, an Gegenstandskörper mit unterschiedlichem Durchmesser anpassen kann.
  5. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fünfte Klappe (17), die an diejenige (15) angrenzt, die eine Aussparung (16) aufweist, in die der Hals einer Flasche eingeführt werden kann, in der Stellung, in der sie gegen die Fläche des Panels (1) anliegt, das dem Panel (9) gegenüberliegt, durch eine Zunge (18) verriegelt ist, die von diesem Panel (1) aus, gegen das die Klappe (17) in Anschlag kommt, zum Inneren der Hülse hin vorspringt.

Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schnittlinien (24) von der Aussparung (16) ausgehend in dem Panel (15) gebildet sind und von diesem aus divergieren, um es der Aussparung (16) zu ermöglichen, sich an Flaschenhälse mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern anzupassen.
  7. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Querfaltlinie (26) in der fünften Klappe (17) einen Endabschnitt begrenzt, dessen Abmessungen im Wesentlichen gleich denen des Innenabschnitts der Hülse sind und der daran angepasst ist, senkrecht zu dem Abschnitt der fünften Klappe (17) aufgerichtet zu werden, um das entsprechende Ende der Hülse zu verschließen.
  8. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verriegelungselement, insbesondere eine Zunge (21), in dem Panel (1) ausgeschnitten ist, gegen dessen Innenfläche das fünfte Panel (9) anliegt, und über eine Faltlinie, die parallel zu denjenigen ist, über die die Panele (1) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, gelenkig mit diesem Panel verbunden ist, so dass es durch eine Aussparung (22), die in dem fünften Panel gebildet ist, zum Inneren der Hülse hin gefaltet werden und durch Verformung in eine Aussparung (23) mit kleineren Abmessungen eingreifen kann, die in dem an das fünfte Panel angrenzenden Panel (1) ausgebildet ist, nach zum Äußeren der Hülse hin vorzuspringen und daraufhin aufgrund der Elastizität des halbsteifem Materials seine anfängliche Form wieder anzunehmen, um so die Hülse in der zusammengebauten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  9. Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verriegelungselement (30) über eine Faltlinie gelenkig mit zwei benachbarten zweiten Klappen (6) verbunden ist, wobei das Verriegelungselement (30) ein Ende aufweist, das zwischen den zwei benachbarten ersten Klappen (3) angeordnet ist, die an diese Klappen (6) angrenzen, und zu einer Aussparung (8) hin gerichtet ist, die diese Klappen (3) voneinander trennt und sich zwischen den an diese angrenzenden Panelen (1) fortsetzt, wobei dieses Ende des Verriegelungselements (6) eine solche Form und solche Abmessungen aufweist, dass es durch Verformung beim Falten der ersten und zweiten Klappen (3, 6) in die Aussparung (8) eingreifen kann, zu der hin es gerichtet ist, um auf der anderen Seite der entsprechenden Panele vorzuspringen und daraufhin aufgrund der Elastizität des halbsteifem Materials seine anfängliche Form wieder anzunehmen, um so die ersten und zweiten Klappen (3, 6) in der geklappten Stellung zu verriegeln.
