Claims (6)

  1. Verpackung (100), die Folgendes umfasst:
    a) ein Element aus halbsteifem Material, wie beispielsweise Pappe oder Wellpappe, wobei das Element einteilig ist, aus einem Zuschnitt ist und einen Bodenteil (10) und auf beiden Seiten dieses Bodenteils mindestens zwei Wände (20, 30) umfasst, die in Bezug zu dem Bodenteil aufgerichtet sind, wobei der Bodenteil (10) und die mindestens zwei Wände (20, 30) einen Innenraum zum Aufnehmen eines Inhalts definieren, und
    b) eine Wärmeschrumpffolie (40), die dazu bestimmt ist, den Inhalt abzudecken und einerseits auf einer Innenseite fest mit dem Bodenteil (10) verbunden ist, wobei die Verpackung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Wärmeschrumpffolie andererseits auf abnehmbare Art und Weise fest mit mindestens einer der Wände (20, 30) auf einer Außenseite verbunden ist, wobei die feste Befestigung der Folie (40) durchgeführt wird, wenn das Element aus halbsteifem Material sich im Zustand eines Zuschnitts befindet, und die Wärmeschrumpffolie (40):
    - entweder aus mindestens zwei Blättern gebildet ist, wobei jedes Blatt fest mit dem Bodenteil (10) und mit einer entsprechenden Wand (20, 30) auf der Außenseite der Wand verbunden ist,
    - oder einteilig in einem Stück gebildet ist.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Wärmeschrumpffolie (40) auf abnehmbare Art und Weise fest an den Außenseiten von zwei entsprechenden Wänden (20, 30) befestigt ist.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Folie eine Abdeckungslänge aufweist, die ausreicht, um die Außenseite von mindestens einer der Wände auf mindestens einem Drittel der Höhe der ersten Wand (20, 30) abzudecken.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Abdeckungslänge eine halbe Höhe, insbesondere mindestens 60%, mindestens 70% oder sogar mindestens 80%, darstellt und insbesondere zwischen 30% und 100% der Höhe einer Wand (20, 30) enthalten ist.
  5. Zuschnittvorrichtung (1), die Folgendes umfasst:
    a) ein Element aus halbsteifem Material, wie beispielsweise Pappe oder Wellpappe, das einteilig ist, einen Bodenteil (10) und auf beiden Seiten dieses Bodenteils mindestens zwei Wände (20, 30) umfasst, die fest mit dem Bodenteil verbunden sind und dazu bestimmt sind, in Bezug zu dem Bodenteil aufgerichtet zu sein, und
    b) eine Wärmeschrumpffolie, die einerseits fest mit dem Bodenteil (10) auf der Innenseite verbunden ist und andererseits auf abnehmbare Art und Weise mit mindestens einer der Wände (20, 30) auf der Außenseite verbunden ist, wobei die Folie dazu bestimmt ist, den Inhalt abzudecken.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung wie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, das die Schritte umfasst, die aus Folgendem bestehen:
    a) Vorsehen eines Elements aus halbstarrem Material, wie beispielsweise Pappe oder Wellpappe, das einteilig ist und einen Bodenteil (10) und auf beiden Seiten dieses Bodenteils mindestens zwei Wände (20, 30) umfasst, die geeignet sind, um in Bezug zu dem Bodenteil derart aufgerichtet zu werden, dass der Bodenteil und die mindestens zwei Wände einen Innenraum zum Aufnehmen eines Inhalts definieren, und
    b) Vorsehen einer Wärmeschrumpffolie (40) zum Abdecken des Inhalts, und
    c) festes Befestigen einerseits der Wärmeschrumpffolie an dem Bodenteil auf einer Innenseite und andererseits auf abnehmbare Art und Weise an mindestens einer der Wände auf einer Außenseite, wobei dieser Schritt zur festen Befestigung der Folie (40) durchgeführt wird, wenn das Element aus halbsteifem Material sich im Zustand eines Zuschnitts befindet.
