Claims (10)

  1. Kasten aus halbsteifem Material wie z.B. Pappe oder Wellpappe, der dazu bestimmt ist, verpackte Artikel (2) aufzunehmen und eine zweiteilige Verpackung zu bilden, die einen Deckel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 enthält,
    wobei der Kasten eine rechteckige Platte (4) enthält, die seinen Boden bildet und an deren Seiten über Faltlinien zwei Längswände (5) und zwei Querwände (6a, 6b) gelenkig angebracht sind, die senkrecht zu der Bodenplatte aufgerichtet sind,
    die Längswände (5) an jedem ihrer Enden Klappen (7, 8) enthalten, die an ihnen über senkrecht zum Boden verlaufende Faltlinien gelenkig angebracht und so gefaltet sind, dass sie Kontakt zu den benachbarten Querwänden (6a, 6b) haben, mit denen sie über Klebepunkte verbunden sind,
    wobei die zwei Längswände (5) an einem ihrer Enden einen Abschnitt (5a) aufweisen, dessen Höhe über dem Boden größer als diejenige der übrigen Wand und zumindest gleich derjenigen der zu verpackenden Artikel (2) ist, während die Klappen (8), die gelenkig an diesem Ende angebracht sind, eine analoge Höhe haben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    diese Abschnitte (5a) der Längswände (5b) und die zugeordneten Klappen (8) weiter jeweils an ihren oberen Abschnitt eine Lasche (9, 10) aufweisen, die über eine parallel zum Boden (4) verlaufende Faltlinie gelenkig angebracht ist, und
    eine dieser Laschen dazu bestimmt ist, auf den verpackten Artikeln zu liegen, während die andere zur Überdeckung mit der vorigen kommt und durch Klebung mit ihr verbunden ist.
  2. Kasten gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappen (8), die an die Abschnitte (5a) größerer Höhe des Kastens (1) angrenzen, benachbarte aneinandergesetzte Ränder aufweisen.
  3. Vorgeschnittener und genuteter Zuschnitt zur Verwirklichung eines Kastens gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    wobei der Zuschnitt eine rechteckige Platte (4) enthält, die dazu bestimmt ist, den Boden des Kastens zu bilden, und an deren beiden längeren Seiten Abschnitte (5) über zwei Faltlinien gelenkig angebracht sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Längswände des Kastens zu bilden, während an den beiden kurzen Seiten des Bodens (1) rechteckige oder trapezförmige Abschnitte (6a, 6b) über Faltlinien gelenkig angebracht sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Querwände des Kastens zu bilden,
    wobei Klappen (7, 8) über Faltlinien, die jeweils in der Verlängerung derjenigen angeordnet sind, über die die Abschnitte (6a, 6b) gelenkig an dem Boden angebracht sind, gelenkig an den Abschnitten (5) angebracht sind
    die Klappen (7, 8) dazu bestimmt sind, in dem Kasten mit dessen Querwänden verbunden zu werden,
    die Abschnitte (5) eine L-Form aufweisen,
    die Klappe (8), die jedem der Abschnitte (5) zugeordnet ist, gelenkig an deren Abschnitt (5a) angebracht ist, die einem Schenkel des L entspricht, der nicht der rechteckigen Platte (4) benachbart ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    an dem Ende dieses Abschnitts (5a) und des entsprechenden Abschnitts der Klappe (8) jeweils Laschen (9, 10) über Faltlinien, die gegenseitig in ihrer Verlängerung angeordnet sind, gelenkig angebracht sind.
  4. Deckel (3), der eine Haube aus halbsteifem Material wie z.B. Pappe oder Wellpappe bildet und dazu bestimmt ist, eine zweiteilige Verpackung zu bilden, die einen Kasten gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2 enthält,
    enthaltend drei Platten (11, 12), die über parallele Faltlinien gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, die senkrecht zum Boden (4) des Kastens sind, wobei diese drei Platten so gefaltet sind, dass sie ein U bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Platten (11), die den Schenkeln des U entsprechen, dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen die verpackten Artikel (2) und die Längswände (5) des Kastens eingeführt zu werden, mit denen sie über Klebepunkte verbunden werden, während ihre Basis mit dessen Boden in Kontakt ist und eine Länge aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich derjenigen der Innenfläche der Seitenwände (5) ist,
    die Platte (12), die der Basis des U entspricht, dazu bestimmt ist, zwischen die verpackten Artikel (2) und die Querwand (6b) eingeführt zu werden, die dem Ende der Längswände (5) gegenüber dem hohen Abschnitt (5a) dieser Wände benachbart ist, wobei die Basis dieser Platte (12) mit dem Boden des Kastens in Kontakt ist und eine Länge aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich derjenigen der Innenfläche entsprechenden Querwand ist,
    jeder dieser Platten (11, 12) an ihrem oberen Abschnitt eine Lasche (13, 14) enthält, die über eine Faltlinie parallel zu dem Boden des Kastens gelenkig angebracht ist und eine Höhe aufweist, die zumindest gleich derjenigen der zu verpackenden Artikel entspricht, so dass sie auf diesen zu liegen kommen kann,
    die zwei Laschen (13), die an die Platten (11) angrenzen, die den Längswänden des Kastens entsprechen, die Lasche (14), die an die dritte Platte (12) angrenzt, bedecken und mit dieser durch Klebung verbunden sind.
  5. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (13) des Deckels (3), die an die Platten (11) angrenzen, die in Kontakt mit den Längswänden (5) des Kastens (1) sind, benachbarte aneinandergesetzte Ränder aufweisen.
  6. Deckel gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Laschen (13), die an die Platten (11) angrenzen, die in Kontakt mit den Längswänden (5) des Kastens (1) sind, an ihrem Ende, das den Klappen (8) größerer Höhe benachbart ist, die an die Längswände (5) angrenzt, eine Zunge (15) aufweisen, die zu diesen Klappen hin gerichtet und auf die Laschen (10) aufgebracht ist, die an diese Klappen angrenzen.
  7. Vorgeschnittener und genuteter Zuschnitt aus halbsteifem Material wie z.B. Pappe oder Wellpappe zur Verwirklichung eines Deckels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
    wobei der Zuschnitt drei Platten (11, 12) enthält, die über parallele Faltlinien miteinander verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jede der Platten (11, 12) einen freien Rand hat, der senkrecht zu diesen Faltlinien ist und sich ohne Diskontinuität an den ähnlichen freien Rand der benachbarten Platte(n) anschließt, während Laschen (13, 14) jeweils über eine Faltlinie gelenkig entlang einer zu dem freien Rand parallelen Seite jeder dieser Platten angebracht sind,
    wobei die Faltlinien gegenseitig in ihrer Verlängerung angeordnet sind.
  8. Zweiteilige Verpackung aus halbsteifem Material wie z.B. Pappe oder Wellpappe für den Transport oder das zum Verkauf Ausstellen diverser Artikel, wobei die Verpackung enthält:
    einen Kasten (1), wie er in Anspruch 1 oder 2 angegeben ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, verpackte Artikel (2) aufzunehmen, und
    einen Deckel (3), wie er in einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6 angegeben ist, der eine Haube bildet und dazu bestimmt ist, auf den verpackten Artikeln aufzuliegen und sie zu bedecken.
  9. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 8 durch annähernd gleichzeitiges in Form Bringen und Zusammenbauen eines Zuschnitts gemäß Anspruch 3 und eines Zuschnitts gemäß Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die drei Platten (11, 13) des Zuschnitts des Deckels auf die Flächen eines Stempels (16) geeigneter Form gelegt werden, der oberhalb einer Matrize (17) mit einer Form, die für diejenige des Kastens geeignet ist, angeordnet ist, auf der der Zuschnitt des Kastens in einer geeigneten Stellung aufliegt,
    Klebepunkte an geeigneten Stellen des letzteren Zuschnitts aufgebracht werden und
    der Stempel, der den Zuschnitt des Deckels hält, in die Matrize eingesetzt wird, um gleichzeitig den Zuschnitt des Kastens dort hineinzubringen.
  10. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 8 ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 3 und einem Zuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 7, und Füllen dieser Verpackung mit den zu verpackenden Artikeln (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Los von Artikeln (2) in der Stellung gruppiert wird, die sie in dem Kasten einnehmen werden,

    dieser Zuschnitt an geeigneten Stellen mit Kleber versehen wird und durch an sich bekannte Verfahren um den Deckel herum in Form gebracht wird, wobei er gleichzeitig über die mit Kleber versehenen Stellen mit ihm verbunden wird.
