Claims (5)

  1. Behälterzuschnitt aus halbfestem Material, wie Pappe oder Wellpappe, für die Herstellung einer Verpackung, bestehend aus:
    untereinander gelenkig an ihren Längsrändern durch erste parallele Stauchungen verbunden sind, d.h. eine erste Mittelplatte (1), zwei zweite Platten (2) mit den gleichen Maßen, die mit der ersten Platte gelenkig verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu dieser aufgerichtet zu werden, sowie zwei dritte Platten (3) mit der gleichen Breite wie die erste Platte (1), die gelenkig mit den zweiten Platten (2) verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu diesen aufgerichtet zu werden und dadurch eine parallele Position zur ersten Platte (1) zu erhalten;
    an den Enden der ersten, zweiten und dritten Platten (1-3) befinden sich Flügel (4, 5, 6), die gelenkig mit den Platten durch zweite Stauchungen verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den ersten Stauchungen liegen, wobei diese Flügel (4, 5, 6) dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu den anliegenden Platten (1, 2, 3) aufgerichtet zu werden, um Klappen zu bilden, die mindestens teilweise die angrenzenden Klappen überlappen;
    einem Schrumpffilm (7), der mindestens an einigen der genannten Platten (1-3) und der genannten Flügel (4-6) angeklebt wird, wobei dieser Film (7) dazu bestimmt ist, Artikel zu bedecken, die auf der ersten Platte (1) ruhen, bevor er aufgeschrumpft und die Verpackung in Form gebracht wird.
    Dieser Behälterzuschnitt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrumpffilm (7) durch Kleben steif mit der gesamten ersten Platte (1) und einem Teil (9) der an diese angrenzenden Flügel (7) verbunden ist, wobei dieser Teil (9) die Form eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes oder gleichschenkligen Dreiecks hat, dessen größte Basis aus der zweiten Stauchung besteht, durch die diese Flügel (7) mit der ersten Platte (1) gelenkig verbunden sind und der Schrumpffilm (7) ferner abnehmbar an Klebepunkten (10) an den dritten Platten (3) und den beiden Teilen (5, 6) der Klappe angeklebt ist, die an diese dritten Platten (3) angrenzen, sowie ggf. an die zweiten Platten (2), und dies in der Nähe der freien Ränder derselben.
  2. Behälterzuschnitt aus halbfestem Material, wie Pappe oder Wellpappe, für die Herstellung einer Verpackung, bestehend aus:
    einer Reihe von fünf rechtwinkligen Platten gleicher Länge, die untereinander gelenkig an ihren Längsrändern durch erste parallele Stauchungen verbunden sind, d.h. eine erste Mittelplatte (1'), zwei zweite Platten (2') mit den gleichen Maßen, die mit der ersten Platte gelenkig verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu dieser aufgerichtet zu werden, sowie zwei dritte Platten (3') mit der gleichen Breite wie die erste Platte (1'), die gelenkig mit den zweiten Platten (2') verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu diesen aufgerichtet zu werden und dadurch eine parallele Position zur ersten Platte (1') zu erhalten;
    an den Enden der ersten und zweiten Platten (1'-2') befinden sich Flügel (4', 5'), die gelenkig mit den Platten durch zweite Stauchungen verbunden sind, die senkrecht zu den ersten Stauchungen liegen, wobei diese Flügel (4', 5') dazu bestimmt sind, senkrecht zu den anliegenden Platten (1', 2') aufgerichtet zu werden, um Klappen zu bilden, die mindestens teilweise die angrenzenden Klappen überlappen;
    jede dritte Platte (3') ist mit den Flügeln (5') der zweiten, anliegenden Platte (2') durch eine zweiteilige (13', 14') Klappe verbunden, wobei ein Teil (13') derselben gelenkig mit der dritten Platte (3') durch eine Stauchung verbunden ist, die in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden zweiten Stauchungen liegt, während der andere Teil (14') gelenkig mit dem Flügel (5') der zweiten Platte (2') durch eine Stauchung verbunden ist, die in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden ersten Stauchung liegt und die beiden Teile (13', 14') der Klappe untereinander durch eine Stauchung verbunden sind, die einen 45°-Winkel mit den vorhergehenden bildet und diese beiden Teile (13', 14') dazu bestimmt sind, bei der geformten Verpackung aneinander zu liegen;
    einem Schrumpffilm (7'), der mindestens an einigen der genannten Platten (1'-3') und der genannten Flügel (4'-6') angeklebt wird, wobei dieser Film (7') dazu bestimmt ist, Artikel zu bedecken, die auf der ersten Platte (1') ruhen, bevor er aufgeschrumpft und die Verpackung in Form gebracht wird;
    wobei dieser Behälterzuschnitt dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Schrumpffilm (7') durch Kleben steif mit der gesamten ersten Platte (1') und einem Teil (9') der an diese angrenzenden Flügel (7') verbunden ist, wobei dieser Teil (9') die Form eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes oder gleichschenkligen Dreiecks hat, dessen größte Basis aus der zweiten Stauchung besteht, durch die diese Flügel (7') mit der ersten Platte (1') gelenkig verbunden sind und der Schrumpffilm (7') ferner abnehmbar an Klebepunkten (10') an den dritten Platten (3') und den beiden Teilen (13', 14') der Klappe angeklebt ist, die an diese dritten Platten (3') angrenzen, sowie ggf. an die zweiten Platten (2'), und dies in der Nähe der freien Ränder derselben.
  3. Behälterzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vorgestanzte Linien zwischen den entsprechenden Teilen der Platten (1-3, 1'-3') und den Flügeln (4, 5, 5') und/oder den Klappen (13', 14') angeordnet wurden, mit denen keine feste bzw. eine abnehmbare Klebeverbindung besteht.
  4. Behälterzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ausschnitt (11, 11') in mindestens eine der Platten (3, 3') eingebracht ist, während Klebestreifen (12, 12') auf beiden Seien dieses Ausschnitts (11, 11'), die bis zur angrenzenden Platte (1, 1') verlaufen, Platte (3, 3') und den Schrumpffilm verbinden und dadurch gegenüber der Öffnung (11, 11') einen Tasche bilden, in die ein von außen sichtbares Dokument eingeschoben werden kann.
  5. Verpackung, die aus einem Behälterzuschnitt gemäß einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 hervorgeht und Artikel enthält, die durch den Schrumpffilm (7, 7') auf der ersten Platte (1, 1') in Position gehalten werden.
