Claims (4)

1. Verpackung zum Behandeln einer Anzahl von Gegenständen unterschiedlichen Volumens, die eine Schachtel (1) oder dergleichen und einen Film aus plastischem thermoelastischen Material enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie aus plastischem Material zwischen den äusseren Klappen (3), die an zwei parallele Wände der Schachtel angrenzen und den eigentlichen Boden der Verpackung bilden und den inneren Klappen (5), die an diezwei anderen Wände angrenzen und diesen Boden innen verdoppeln, eingeklemmt ist.
2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Klappen (5) der Schachtel an die Wände mit geringerer Breite angrenzen.
3. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Film (2) aus plastischem Material an der Innenfläche der äusseren Klappen (3) oder vorzugsweise an der Aussenfläche der inneren Klappen (5), insbesondere durch Verkleben fixiert ist.
4. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man während die Schachtel oben und unten geöffnet ist, die Folie (2) aus plastischem thermoelastischen Material von einer Spule (12) mittels eines Antriebselementes (14, 15) abwickelt und sie im Inneren der Schachtel (1 ) mit einem Stempel (11) oder ähnlichem absenkt und zwar parallel zu den gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden bis über die freien Kanten der Klappen hinaus, so dass die zwei Klappen (5), die an die anderen Seitenwände angrenzen, vorzugsweise die mit der geringeren Breite, schon in das Innere der Schachtel senkrecht auf die angrenzenden Wände eingefaltet sind und dass sie eventuell auf ihrer Aussenfläche mit Klebepunkten versehen sind, so dass der daraufhin wieder zurückgezogene Film (2) mit der Aussenfläche der zuvor eingefalteten Klappen (5) in Kontakt kommt, worauf die zwei anderen Klappen (3) ihrerseits eingefaltet werden und gegen die äussere Fläche des Filmes (2) gelegt werden und dass sie anschliessend seitlich abgeschnitten werden, um Teile die am Schluss über die behandelten Gegenstände geschlagen werden, zu bilden, und zwar vor der Schrumpfung des plastischen Filmes.
