Claims (2)

  1. Verfahren zur Verpackung von Flaschen oder anderen länglichen Gefäßen in einer Verpackung aus einem halb-starren Material wie Karton oder Pappe oder Wellkarton bzw. -pappe, vom Typ mit einem Bodenteil und an dieses Bodenteil angrenzenden und miteinander durch parallele Faltlinien gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbundenen Seitenwandungen, wobei zwei parallele Wandungen (1) an einem selben Ende Klappteile bzw. Klappen (3) aufweisen, die mit ihnen über in einer selben Ebene angeordnete Knick- bzw. Faltstellen gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbunden sind und rechtwinklig zu diesen Wandungen (1) umgeklappt werden können unter Bildung innerer Klappen, während zwei andere parallele Wandungen (2) an ihrem entsprechenden Ende Klappteile bzw. Klappen (4) aufweisen, die mit ihnen über in einer selben Ebene angeordnete Knick- bzw. Faltstellen gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbunden sind und rechtwinklig zu diesen Wandungen (2) umklappbar sind, zur Bildung äußerer Klappen, welche gegen die inneren Klappen zur Anlage kommen und mit diesen durch in der Technik bekannte Mittel verbunden werden können, wobei wenigstens eine der äußeren Klappen (4) durch eine zu der diese Klappe mit der angrenzenden Wandung (2) gelenkig-schwenkbar verbindenden Knick- bzw. Faltlinie rechtwinklige Schnittlinie (5) in zwei Teile (4a, 4b) unterteilt ist, wobei diese Schnittlinie (5) sich auf dieser Wandung (2) in einem Reiß- bzw. Bruchstreifen (6) oder in einer Schnittlinie (7) fortsetzt, wobei das Verfahren die Einbringung der Flaschen aufrecht stehend oder liegend in die Verpackung in gegenseitiger Berührung miteinander und/oder mit den angrenzenden Wandungen umfasst, wobei die Klappen während dieser Einbringung hochgeklappt sind und sodann rechtwinklig zu den angrenzenden Wandungen heruntergeklappt werden, um sodann auf die Teile benachbart den an wenigstens zwei parallele Wandungen (1 oder 2) angrenzenden Klappen (3 oder 4) einen Preßdruck auszuüben, derart dass diese Teile einander angenähert werden, um im wesentlichen jedes Spiel zwischen Flaschen und/oder diesen und den angrenzenden Wandungen zu eliminieren, wobei die Klappen (3,4) miteinander fest verbunden werden, während die Wandungen (1,2) in dieser Stellung gehalten werden, das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine der äußeren Klappen (4) in zwei Teile (4a, 4b) unterteilende Schnittlinie (5) näher der einen von den Wandungen, an welche die inneren Klappen angrenzen, ist als der anderen, derart dass der Teil (4a) der äußeren Klappe mit der größeren Abmessung sich über die beiden inneren Klappen (3) erstreckt und mit diesen beiden Klappen fest verbunden werden kann.
  2. Verpackung aus einem halb-starren Material wie Karton oder Pappe oder Wellkarton bzw. -pappe, zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die Verpackung vom Typ mit einem Bodenteil und an dieses Bodenteil angrenzenden und miteinander durch parallele Faltlinien gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbundenen Seitenwandungen, wobei zwei parallele Wandungen (1) an einem selben Ende Klappteile bzw. Klappen (3) aufweisen, die mit ihnen über in einer selben Ebene angeordnete Knick- bzw. Faltstellen gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbunden und rechtwinklig zu diesen Wandungen (1) umklappbar sind zur Bildung innerer Klappen, während zwei andere parallele Wandungen (2) an einem entsprechenden Ende Klappteile bzw. Klappen (4) aufweisen, die mit ihnen über in einer selben Ebene angeordnete Knick- bzw. Faltstellen gelenkig bzw. schwenkbar verbunden sind und rechtwinklig zu diesen Wandungen (2) umklappbar sind zur Bildung äußerer Klappen, welche gegen die inneren Klappen zur Anlage kommen und mit diesen durch in der Technik bekannte Mittel verbunden werden können, wobei die eine der äußeren Klappen (4) durch eine zu der diese Klappe mit der angrenzenden Wandung (2) gelenkig-schwenkbar verbindenden Knick-bzw. Faltlinie rechtwinklige Schnittlnie (5) in zwei Teile unterteilt ist, wobei diese Schnittlinie (5) sich auf dieser Wandung (2) in einer Schnittlinie (7) oder in einer Soll-Reiß- bzw.-Bruchlinie (6) fortsetzt, welche dazu bestimmt ist, das Öffnen des Verpackungsbehälters zu gestatten, die Verpackung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnittlinie (5), welche die wenigstens eine der äußeren Klappen (4) unterteilt, nicht gleichen Abstand von den zu ihr parallelen Wandungen (1) besitzt, sondern der einen von ihnen näher liegt, derart dass die beiden Teile (4a, 4b) der äußeren Klappe nicht gleiche Länge besitzen, sondern der eine Teil (4a) länger ist und sich auf die beiden inneren Klappen, mit denen er verbunden werden soll, erstreckt, während der andere, kürzere Teil (4b) sich nur über eine innere Klappe (3) erstreckt, mit der er verbunden werden kann.
