Verkeilvorrichtung (82), die zum Einsetzen in eine gerade prismaförmige Verpackung (88) zur Aufnahme eines Fläschchens bestimmt ist, wobei die gerade prismaförmige Verpackung (88) einen Verpackungsboden (90) und eine Mehrzahl von Wänden (92, 94, 96, 98) aufweist, die relativ zu dem Verpackungsboden (90) aufgerichtet sind, wobei die Verkeilvorrichtung (82) einerseits einen Verkeilboden (12) und andererseits eine Mehrzahl von Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) aufweist, die mit dem Verkeilboden (12) verbunden sind und jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende seitliche Kanten (30, 32; 34, 36; 48, 50; 52, 54) aufweisen, wobei die Verkeilvorrichtung (82) zum Einsetzen in die gerade prismaförmige Verpackung (88) bestimmt ist, so dass der Verkeilboden (12) gegen den Verpackungsboden (90) anliegt, während die Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) gegenüber dem Verkeilboden (12) aufgerichtet sind, um geneigt gegen die Wände (92, 94, 96, 98) der Mehrzahl von Wänden der prismaförmigen Verpackung (88) anliegen zu können, wobei das Fläschchen geeignet ist, zwischen den Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) in Eingriff zu kommen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei der seitlichen Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) durch ihre Kanten (30, 32; 34, 36; 48, 50; 52, 54) miteinander verbunden sind, um einen kegelförmigen Abschnitt (84) ab dem Verkeilboden (12) zu bilden.
  2. Verkeilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei der Mehrzahl der Klappen eine Verkeilausnehmung (80) aufweisen, und dadurch, dass sich das Fläschchen durch die Verkeilausnehmungen (80) hindurch erstreckt.
  3. Verkeilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) der Mehrzahl von Klappen einen trapezförmigen Abschnitt (22, 24, 26, 28) aufweist, der mit dem Verkeilboden (12) fest verbunden ist, und einen rechteckigen Abschnitt (40, 58, 44, 62), der den trapezförmigen Abschnitt verlängert.
  4. Verkeilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Klappen (74) eine Lasche (46) aufweist, die den rechteckigen Abschnitt (44) gegenüber dem trapezförmigen Abschnitt (26) verlängert.
  5. Verkeilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verkeilboden (12) eine rechteckige Parallelogrammform aufweist, die vier Seiten (14, 16, 18, 20) definiert.
  6. Verkeilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrzahl von Klappen vier Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) umfasst, die jeweils mit den vier Seiten (14, 16, 20, 18) des Verkeilbodens (12) verbunden sind.
  7. Verkeilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkeilausnehmung (80) kreisförmig ist.
  8. Verkeilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschnitt der Klappen (76, 78) der Mehrzahl der Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) Zungen (64, 66; 68, 70) aufweist, die jeweils mit ihren Seitenkanten (48, 50; 54, 52) verbunden sind.
  9. Verkeilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Material auf Basis pflanzlicher Zellulosefasern hergestellt ist.
  10. Gerade prismaförmige Verpackung (88), die einen Verpackungsboden (90) und eine Mehrzahl von Wänden (92, 94, 96, 98) aufweist, die relativ zu dem Verpackungsboden (90) aufgerichtet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Verkeilvorrichtung (82) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
  11. Gerade prismaförmige Verpackung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungsboden (90) eine rechteckige Parallelogrammform aufweist, während die Mehrzahl von Wänden (92, 94, 96, 98) vier Wände aufweist.
  12. Verfahren zum Einsatz von Verkeilvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, von der Art, die die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - es werden Platten (10) ausgestanzt, die jeweils einerseits einen Verkeilboden (12) und andererseits eine Mehrzahl von Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) aufweisen, die mit dem Verkeilboden (12) verbunden sind und jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenkanten (30, 32; 34, 36; 48, 50; 52, 54) aufweisen, wobei zumindest zwei Klappen der Mehrzahl von Klappen eine Verkeilausnehmung (80) aufweisen;
    - bei jeder der Platten werden die Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) relativ zum Verkeilboden (12) aufgerichtet;
    - bei jeder der Platten werden die Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) beziehungsweise jeweils zwei durch ihre Seitenkanten (30, 32; 34, 36; 48, 50; 52, 54) miteinander verbunden, um ausgehend vom Verkeilboden (12) einen kegelförmigen Teil (84) zu bilden, damit die Verkeilvorrichtungen (82) entstehen;
    - zur Lagerung der Verkeilvorrichtungen (82) werden diese ineinander gesteckt;
    - es werden gerade prismaförmige Verpackungen (88) gebildet, die einen Verpackungsboden (90) und eine Mehrzahl von Wänden (92, 94, 96, 98) aufweisen, die relativ zu dem Verpackungsboden (90) aufgerichtet sind;
    - die Verkeilvorrichtungen (82) werden aus der Schachtelung gelöst, um die einzelnen Verkeilvorrichtungen (82) in jede rechte prismaförmige Verpackung (88) einzusetzen, so dass der Verkeilboden (12) an dem Verpackungsboden (90) anliegt, während die Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) geneigt an den Wänden (92, 94, 96, 98) der Mehrzahl von Wänden der prismaförmigen Verpackung (88) anliegen; und,
    - es werden Fläschchen (100) bereitgestellt, die jeweils in Eingriff in die Verkeilausnehmungen (80) der Klappen (72, 74, 76, 78) jeder der Verkeilvorrichtungen (82) eingesetzt werden.
