Claims (6)

  1. Fadenschneidevorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine, welche zumindest einen von einem oberen Faden (13) und einem unteren Faden (12) schneidet, die sich zwischen einem horizontalen Haken (10) und einem Nadelloch (9) einer Nadelplatte (8) erstrecken, welche aufweist:
    einen Fadenfänger (14), der einen Hakenabschnitt (142) zum Einhaken eines Fadens hat und sich linear unter der Nadelplatte (8) hin und her bewegt, um den Faden an dem Hakenabschnitt (142) in einer Umgebung eines inneren Hakens (21) des horizontalen Hakens (10) einzuhaken und zu fangen, und
    eine fixierte Klinge (15), die den Faden, der von dem Fadenfänger (14) gefangen ist, schneidet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der horizontale Haken (10) eine Haube (24) hat, unter welcher der Fadenfänger (14) sich in einem Teil eines oberen Abschnitts eines Seitenwandabschnitts hin und her bewegen kann, der ein Spulenabteil bildet, das eine Spule (11) des inneren Hakens (21) beherbergt, und ein Führungselement (26), das den Faden zu dem Gebiet führt, das unter der Haube (24) lokalisiert ist, wo sich der Fadenfänger (14) hin und her bewegt, auf der oberen Oberfläche der Haube (24) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Fadenschneidevorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Führungselement (26) auf einem oder mehr Vorsprüngen (261, 262) gebildet ist und den unteren Faden (12) führt, welcher aus dem oberen Abschnitt des inneren Hakens (21) nach unten von der Haube (24) mittels hin und her Bewegens des Fadenfängers (14) herausgezogen ist.
  3. Fadenschneidemaschine für eine Vorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei der innere Haken (21) ein vorspringendes Element (27) hat, das nach oben mittels eines elastischen Elements (28) unter der Haube (24) vorgespannt ist, und das vorspringende Element (27) nach unten gedrückt wird, wenn der Fadenfänger (14) sich von der Haube (24) nach unteren bewegt.
  4. Fadenschneidevorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Fadenfänger (14) aus zwei plattenähnlichen Elementen zusammengesetzt ist und eine lineare Hin- und Herbewegung davon seine Position relativ zu der fixierten Klinge (15) ändert, die zwischen den zwei plattenähnlichen Elementen vorgesehen ist.
  5. Fadenschneidevorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die fixierte Klinge (15) zwischen den zwei plattenähnlichen Elementen in einer Richtung vorgesehen ist, die den Faden kreuzt, der durch den Hakenabschnitt (142) des Fadenfängers (14) eingehakt ist.
  6. Fadenschneidevorrichtung für eine Nähmaschine gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die fixierte Klinge (15) gleitend in einer Richtung vorgesehen ist, die eine Richtung kreuzt, in welcher sich der Fadenfänger (14) hin und her bewegt.
